Abstract

Inmunoensayos que permiten la deteccion de polipéptidos en una muestra con una mayor sensibilidad que los ensayos conocidos en el estado de la técnica. También se relaciona con kits que proporcionan los componentes necesarios para llevar a cabo dichos inmunoensayos. Reivindicacion 1: Un kit para la deteccion de un péptido diana seleccionado del grupo de Abeta42, Abeta40 y la combinacion de ambos que comprende (i) un primer anticuerpo a combinacion de anticuerpos que reconoce específicamente el péptido diana; (ii) un segundo anticuerpo o combinacion de anticuerpos que reconocen una region del péptido diana distinta de la region reconocida por el primer anticuerpo o combinacion de anticuerpos; (iii) un reactivo que muestra afinidad por el segundo anticuerpo que está acoplado a un primer miembro de un par de union y (iv) un segundo miembro de un par de union acoplado a una etiqueta detectable.
