Abstract

um kit de detecção de antígeno de grupo sanguíneo.simantígeno de grupo sanguíneo, composto por uma tira de teste e uma peça de adição de amostra, sendo a amostra entregue à área de detecção da tira de teste através de um anel de amostragem da peça de adição de amostra. a presente invenção adota tecnologia de imunocromatografia para identificar antígeno de grupo sanguíneo humano usando anticorpos para grupo sanguíneo conhecido, que é primeiro pré-encapsulado e curado em uma membrana de reação, apresentado como ponto de detecção, e depois montado em tira de teste com almofada de enxágue, papel absorvente e liner; ao testar a amostra, uma gota da amostra é adicionada à membrana de reação e depois uma gota do enxágue da amostra é adicionada à almofada de enxágue, quando os eritrócitos da amostra a ser testada reagem com o anticorpo de fase sólida em uma reação de imunoconjugação, os eritrócitos ficam retidos no ponto de teste na membrana de reação, mostrando um ponto vermelho, que é uma reação positiva; se não houver reação imunológica antígeno-anticorpo, os glóbulos vermelhos não são retidos e avançam para a almofada absorvente por cromatografia, mostrando branco no ponto de teste na membrana de reação e vermelho apenas no ponto de controle positivo, uma reação negativa.
