Abstract

La invencion describe un componente de deteccion de antigenos de grupo sanguineo, que comprende una tira reactiva (1) y un dispositivo de adicion de muestra (2), y la muestra se transporta al area de deteccion (16) de la tira reactiva (1) a traves de un anillo de muestreo (22) del dispositivo de adicion de muestra (2). La presente invencion utiliza tecnologia de inmunocromatografia para identificar antigenos de grupos sanguineos humanos con anticuerpos de grupos sanguineos existentes. Los anticuerpos estan prerecubiertos y solidificados en la membrana reactiva (11) para presentarlos como puntos de prueba, y luego ensamblarlos en tiras reactivas con almohadillas de enjuague (12), y el papel de absorcion de agua y la almohadilla para definir la tira reactiva; Cuando la muestra es analizada, la muestra se gotea sobre la membrana reactiva (11), y luego la solucion de enjuague de muestra se gotea sobre la almohadilla de enjuague (12). Cuando los globulos rojos en la muestra que se va a analizar se someten a una reaccion de union inmunologica con el anticuerpo en fase solida, los globulos rojos quedan retenidos en el punto de deteccion en la membrana reactiva (11). Si se muestra el punto rojo, es una reaccion positiva; si no hay una reaccion inmune antigenoanticuerpo, los globulos rojos no pueden ser retenidos, pero se mueven a la almohadilla de absorcion debido a la funcion cromatografica, los puntos de prueba en la membrana reactiva se muestran en blanco. Solo en el control positivo, el punto se muestra en rojo, que es una reaccion negativa.
