Abstract

MÉTODOS DE ANÁLISE IMUNOCROMATOGRÁFICA, DISPOSITIVO DE ANÁLISE IMUNOCROMATOGRÁFICA E KIT. Trata-se de um método de análise imunocromatográfica, que não necessita de um conhecimento de especialista sobre um dispositivo ou análise específicos e que também não envolve operações complicadas fazendo-se com que, individualmente, uma primeira substância a ser detectada, que deve ser determinada como sendo positiva ou negativa, e uma segunda substância a ser determinada, que é usada como um padrão para realizar uma determinação positiva ou negativa verificando-se a razão entre a segunda substância a ser detectada e a primeira substância a ser detectada, revelem uma cor através de uma reação imunológica, e ajustando-se a concentração na qual as intensidades dos sinais de cor revelados das duas substâncias a serem detectadas são iguais como um limite para a determinação da primeira substância a ser detectada.
