Abstract
Cuchilla tangente pre-rectificada (1) con un perfil de hoja (2) que se obtiene por medio de una muela abrasiva (3), en la cual la hoja (2) tiene un perfil curvo (en forma de arco de circulo o de arco de elipse) y las acanaladuras de mecanizacion (4) producidas por la muela abrasiva (3) sobre la hoja (2) no son paralelas al borde de la cuchilla tangente (1). También se describe un método para producir dicha cuchilla tangente (1) que comprende al menos los pasos de: colocar una muela abrasiva (3) sobre el fleje con su eje de rotacion en ángulo no recto con respecto del borde de la cuchilla tangente (1); hacer rotar la muela abrasiva (3); mover el fleje más allá de la muela abrasiva (3), en forma paralela a su borde. La muela abrasiva 3 puede ser una muela abrasiva cilíndrica o conica. Durante el proceso, el borde de la cuchilla tangente (1) puede mantenerse vertical con respecto al centro de la muela abrasiva (3) o desviado con respecto de dicha vertical.
