Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de una banda o de una pieza recortada en una banda de acero maraging laminada en frío y endurecida por un tratamiento térmico de endurecimiento, según el cual antes de efectuar el tratamiento térmico de endurecimiento, se somete la banda o la pieza a una deformación plástica en frío con una proporción de batido en frío superior a 30% y se somete la banda o la pieza a un recocido de recristalización de modo que se obtenga un grano fino de índice ASTM superior a 8. La composición del acero maraging comprende, en peso: 12% <= Ni <= 24,5%; 2,5% <= Mo <= 12%; 4,17% <= Co <= 20%; Al <= 0,15%; Ti <= 0,1%; N <= 0,003%; Si <=0,1%; Mn <= 0,1%; C <= 0,005%; S <= 0,001%; P <= 0,005%; H <= 0,0003%; O <= 0,001%; siendo el resto hierro e impurezas resultantes de la elaboración, satisfaciendo la composición química además las relaciones: 20% <= Ni + Mo <= 27%; 50 <= Co x Mo <= 200; Ti x N <= 2 x 104. Banda o pieza obtenida por dicho procedimiento y también se reivindica una correa de transmisión y placa de soporte de circuitos integrados formadas por dicha banda o pieza.
