Abstract
Διαδικασία για την κατασκευή μίας ταινίας ή ενός τεμαχίου από μία ταινία χάλυβα μαρτεγήρανσης ψυχρής έλασης και σκληρυμένης μέσω μίας θερμικής επεξεργασίας σκλήρυνσης, σύμφωνα με την οποία προτού να πραγματοποιηθεί η θερμική επεξεργασία σκλήρυνσης, η ταινία ή το τεμάχιο υποβάλλεται σε μία πλαστική παραμόρφωση εν ψυχρώ με ένα ποσοστό ψυχρηλασίας μεγαλύτερο από 30% και υποβάλλεται η ταινία ή το τεμάχιο σε μία ανόπτηση ανακρυστάλλωσης έτσι ώστε να επιτευχθεί ένας λεπτός κόκκος με δείκτη ΑSΤΜ μεγαλύτερο από 8. Η σύνθεση του χάλυβα μαρτεγήρανσης περιλαμβάνει, κατά βάρος: 12 % ≤ Νi ≤ 24,5 %· 2,5 % ≤ Μo ≤ 12 %· 4,17 % ≤ Cο ≤ 20 %· Α1 % ≤ 0,15 %· Τi ≤ 0,1 %· Ν ≤ 0,0003 %· Si ≤ 0,1 %· Μn ≤ 0,1 %· C ≤ 0,0005 %· S ≤ 0,001 %· Ρ ≤ 0,005%· Η ≤ 0,0003%· Ο ≤ 0,001 %· το δε υπόλοιπο είναι σίδηρος και ακαθαρσίες που προκύπτουν από την κατεργασία, η δε χημική σύνθεση ικανοποιεί εξάλλου τις σχέσεις: 20 % ≤ Νi + Μo ≤ 27 %· 50 ≤ Co x Μο ≤ 200· Τi x Ν ≤ 2 x 10-4. Ταινία ή τεμάχιο που προκύπτει.
