Abstract

Un sistema terapéutico transcutáneo para la administración de hormonas sexuales, que tiene una capa posterior impermeable a la sustancia activa, y unida a ella una matriz de polímeros adhesiva que contiene una hormona sexual junto con sustancias favorecedoras de la penetración, y una capa protectora desprendible antes de la aplicación, se caracteriza porque la matriz de polímeros contiene la hormona sexual testosterona junto con una mezcla de al menos una sustancia que estimula la penetración, perteneciente al grupo que comprende ésteres de alcoholes grasos y ésteres de ácidos grasos, y al menos una sustancia de fácil volatilidad y favorecedora de la penetración.
