Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para procesar polvos o mezclas de polvos que contienen álcalis y metales pesados, como ser por ejemplo polvos de acerías,minerales finos o polvos de alto horno, siendo dichos polvos aportados sobre o dentro de un bano de metales fundidos y escorias oxídicas en estado líquido, enparticular aportados por soplado sobre o dentro del bano. Los compuestos de metales pesados volátiles, como ser por ejemplo oxidos de Zn y/o de Pb, sonseparados de la fase gaseosa, siendo los álcalis aportados a las escorias.
