Claims (8)
- 알칼리 및, 예를 들어, 강철제품 분진, 미세광물 또는 고로 분진등의 중금속을 함유하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법에 있어서,상기 분진을 용융금속과 액체산화물 슬래그의 욕 위 또는 그 안으로, 특히 노정송풍 또는 노내송풍하며, 예를 들어, Zn산화물 및/또는 Pb산화물 등의 휘발성 중금속혼합물을 가스상으로부터 분리시키고 알칼리를 상기 슬래그 속으로 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 분진을 장입하기 전에, 상기 액체슬래그의 염기도를 1 과 1.4 사이의 값으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분진을 공기식으로 슬래그 표면 위 또는 아래로 이송하여, 이송가스, 특히 열풍에 의해 노정송풍 또는 노내송풍 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법.
- 제 1 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리되어질 분진을, 예를 들어, 석탄, 모래 및/또는 보오크사이트등의 첨가제와 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분진을 유기적으로 채워진 물질과 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속욕으로서 선철욕을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 욕은 액체슬래그 및 용융 선철을 1:3 내지 1:6, 바람직하게는 1:4 의 중량비로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분진 또는 분진 혼합물을 바닥 송풍구를 통해 전로에 송풍하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분진 또는 분진 혼합물의 처리방법.
