Abstract
Se revela un método y un aparato para efectuar diagnosticos por medio de un regulador. El regulador de presion está dispuesto en un conducto de pasaje deflujo de fluido y tiene un elemento de regulacion por estrangulacion desplazable en el conductod e pasaje de flujo. Un vástago está vinculado al elemento deregulacion. El aparato incluye un primer sensor de presion para medir la presion corriente arriba del elemento de regulacion, un segundo sensor de presion paramedir la presion corrienteabajo del elemento de regulacion, y un sensor de recorrido para detectar la posicion del elemento de estrangulacion. Se provee unprocesador que incluye un algoritmo almacenado para determinar el caudal en base a los valores de presion y derecorridos medi dos, y una rutina de alarma paragenerar alarmas logicas en base a los parámetros de funcionamiento medido.
