Abstract
Se describe un medio de lectura en computadora que se usa para grabar datos de coordenadas cristalograficas de Rayos X de una enzima conversora de alfa-TNFLos datos de coordenadas de Rayos X derivan de la estructura cristalina de un peptido de TACEe n forma de cristal. El polipeptido preferentemente comprende eldominio catalitico de la TACE. También puede comprender los dominios pro y cataliticos de la TACE. El polipeptido puede ser codificado por los residuos deaminoacidos 1-477 de la TACE,pue de tambien incluir cambios simples de aminoacidos y secuencias fusionadas adicionalesde Gly-Ser (His)6 en el extremo C terminal. El cristal tienepreferentemente una estructura cristalina que difracta a 2.0 A. Las coordenadas de difraccion porrayos X de la estructura cristalina tambien se revelan.
