Abstract

A találmány tárgya - polipeptidet kristályos formában tartalmazókészítmény, amelyben a polipeptid egy TNFa-t konvertáló enzim-polipeptid, - tumornekrózis-faktor-a-t (TNFa) konvertáló enzimkristálya, amely az enzim szubsztrátjával együtt lett kristályosítva,- számítógép által leolvasható eszköz, amelyen a TNFa-konvertáló enzimkatalitikus doménje vagy egy része röntgendiffrakcióskrisztallográfiai koordinátaadatai vannak rögzítve, - TNFa-konvertálóenzimpolipeptid tanulmányozására szolgáló rendszer, valamint -videomemória, amely alkalmas a TNFa-t konvertáló enzimpolipeptidlegalább egy része vizuális megjelenítésének létrehozására szolgálóadatok tárolására. A találmány tárgyát képezik továbbá eljárások -TNFa-konvertáló enzim kristályosítására, és - a TNFa-t konvertálóenzimmel kapcsolódó vegyület azonosítására. A találmány szerintimegoldás a TNFa-val és annak gátlásával kapcsolatos kutatás ésfejlesztés területén alkalmazható. Ó
