Abstract

Se procede a almacenar dos componentes reactivos (eductos) en recipientes separados (2, 3, 4 y 5) y mediante los dispositivos de regulacion y dosificacion6, 7, que pueden ser bombas dosificadoras, se los introduce por sobre presion en una micro-mezcladora 18, pasando por los intercambiadores de calorprecalentados, 11, 12. En los intercambiadores de calor 11, 12, cada uno de los eductos es calentados por separado en un grado tal que en el proceso delmezclado en la micro-mezcladora 18 se llega deinmediato a la temperatura requerida para la reaccion. La polimerizacion tiene lugar en un reactor tubular 20situado corriente abajo, consistente en tubos 21, 22, 23, conectados en serie (fig. 1).
