Abstract

Un impulsor de flujo axial revestido en vidrio y unidad mezcladora que comprende el impulsor. El impulsor de alto flujo axial, revestido con vidrio,incluye un cubo y palas fijadas al cubo. El cubo tiene un orificio ubicado centalmente en donde elori ficio presenta un eje geométrico central. El impulsortiene una pluralidad de ángulos y bordes, la totalidad de los cuales presentan una configuracion redondeada para permitir el revestimiento con vidrio. Elimpulsor incluye además por lo menosdos pa las de paso variable. Cada pala tiene superficies frontal y posterior, ambas definidas por un borde interno quetiene un extremo delantero y un extremo trasero , un borde delantero que conecta al extremo delantero del borde interno con elextremo dela ntero, del bordeexterno y un extremo trasero que conecta el extremo trasero del borde interno con el extremo trasero del borde externo. El borde externo de cada pala tienealrededor de 1,5 a alrededor de 2,5 veces la longitud del bordeintterno. Las p alas están fijadas en forma simétrica al cubo por sus bordes internos forman unángulo que va desde alrededor de 45s a alrededor de 60s con respecto al eje geométrico central del cubo de union y sus bordes externos forman un ánguloque vadesde alreded or de 50* a alrededor de 60s con respecto al eje geométrico central de dicho cubo. El ángulo de los bordes internos con respecto al eje geométricocentral de dicho cubo es de alrededor de 6 a alrededor de 12s menos que el ángulode los bordes externos con respecto al eje geométrico central. El cubo y laspalas fijadas al mismo están recubiertos por un revestimiento contiguo de vidrio.
