本发明涉及机械领域，更具体地说涉及一种双叶轮的搅拌机。
背景技术
在企业中，搅拌机使用范围非常广泛，尤其对于一些污水处理厂，在污水处理厂中，当活性污泥池曝气气压不足时，常常需要搅拌机搅拌，防止活性污泥沉淀到池底，但是市场上的搅拌机只有一个叶轮，搅拌时底部的水体转动但是对于靠近水面部位的水体流动较小，搅拌不充分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种双叶轮的搅拌机。采用本搅拌机，能够搅拌更充分。为达到上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
双叶轮的搅拌机，包括电动机、转轴、叶轮，所述的转轴与电动机连接，转轴上安装2个叶轮，转轴最底端安装一个叶轮，转轴中间位置安装一个叶轮，所述的底部叶轮的扇叶与水平方向的夹角为60度，中间位置叶轮的扇叶与水平方向的夹角为45度。
本发明具有如下的优点：能够将被搅拌的物体搅拌的更充分，结构简单，成本低。

下面以附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图所示，双叶轮的搅拌机，包括电动机1、转轴2、叶轮3，所述的转轴2与电动机1连接，转轴2上安装2个叶轮3，转轴2最底端安装一个叶轮3，转轴2中间位置安装一个叶轮3，所述的底部叶轮3的扇叶与水平方向的夹角为60度，中间位置叶轮3的扇叶与水平方向的夹角为45度。

1.双叶轮的搅拌机，包括电动机、转轴、叶轮，其特征在于，所述的转轴与电动机连接，转轴上安装2个叶轮，转轴最底端安装一个叶轮，转轴中间位置安装一个叶轮，所述的底部叶轮的扇叶与水平方向的夹角为60度，中间位置叶轮的扇叶与水平方向的夹角为45度。
