Abstract
本发明公开了一种带保护装置的搅拌机，包括电动机、转轴、叶轮，所述的转轴与电动机连接，叶轮固定在转轴上，所述的电动机底部通过螺丝连接一保护装置，所述的保护装置中间部位为空心管，空心管下部连接保护罩，所述的保护罩直径略大于叶轮的宽度，保护罩为网状。本发明具有如下的优点：能够保护搅拌机叶轮周围的物体不被叶轮搅碎，装置简单，保护效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域，更具体地说涉及一种带保护装置的搅拌机。
背景技术
在污水处理厂中，搅拌机使用范围非常广泛，在缺氧池中需要少量的氧气，所以往往需要搅拌机进行搅拌，但对于缺氧池中放置的有填料，搅拌机在搅拌过程中容易将填料搅碎，不利于活性污泥的固定，目前市场上缺少专门用于缺氧池的搅拌机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足。为达到上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
带保护装置的搅拌机，包括电动机、转轴、叶轮，所述的转轴与电动机连接，叶轮固定在转轴上，所述的电动机底部通过螺丝连接一保护装置，所述的保护装置中间部位为空心管，空心管下部连接保护罩，所述的保护罩直径略大于叶轮的宽度，保护罩为网状。
本发明具有如下的优点：能够保护搅拌机叶轮周围的物体不被叶轮搅碎，装置简单，保护效果好。

具体实施方式
下面以附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
带保护装置的搅拌机，包括电动机1、转轴2、叶轮3，所述的转轴与电动机1连接，叶轮3固定在转轴2上，所述的电动机1底部通过螺丝5连接一保护装置，所述的保护装置中间部位为空心管，空心管下部连接保护罩4，所述的保护罩4直径略大于叶轮的宽度，保护罩4为网状。

1.带保护装置的搅拌机，包括电动机、转轴、叶轮，其特征在于，所述的转轴与电动机连接，叶轮固定在转轴上，所述的电动机底部通过螺丝连接一保护装置，所述的保护装置中间部位为空心管，空心管下部连接保护罩，所述的保护罩直径略大于叶轮的宽度，保护罩为网状。
