Abstract

Esta invencion se relaciona con un proceso para elaborar una primera y una segunda pluralidad de hilos (80) de filamentos multiples completamenteorientados en una hiladora para hilos completamente orientada. Este proceso comprende hilar unapluralida d de filamentos (30) a partir de un paquete (25)de giro que contiene una placa de espinereta; enfriar los filamentos (30) en una chimenea (25) de enfriamiento; aplicar un terminado en los filamentos(30) y hacer converger los filamentos(30) en una pr imera y una segunda pluralidad de hilos (80) de filamentos multiples; y extraer la primerapluralidad de hilos hilos (80) de filamentos multiples con un primer montaje (90) de rodillos graduales, y extraer la segunda pluralidad dehilos (80) defilamen tos multiples con un segundo montaje (90) de rodillos graduales para incrementar su longitud en una cantidad fija. Los hilos (80) de filamentosmultiples desde los montajes (90) de rodillos graduales se calientan al aplicar vapora los hilos (80) de f ilamentos multiples desde una unidad (100) derelajamiento por vapor entre el primero y segundo montajes (90) de rodillos graduales; la separacion de los hilos (80) se mantiene y los hilos (80) defilamentos multiples se dirigen;y la primera y segund a pluralidades de los hilos (80) de filamentos multiples son enrollados o bobinados sobre unprimero y segundo montajes (74a, 74b) de enrollado en una primera y una segunda pluralidad de paquetes (70).
