Abstract

"CARRETEL DE FIO ESTIRADO E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO". A invenção provê um carretel de fio estirado de poli (tereftalato de trimetileno). O carretel de fio estirado da invenção compreende fio estirado de poli (tereftalato de trimetileno) tendo uma viscosidade intrínseca de 0,71 3 dl/g, uma temperatura inicial demonstrando tensão de encolhimento térmico de 55<198>C ou mais, uma temperatura extrema de tensão de encolhimento térmico de 150-190<198>C e um alongamento em ruptura de 36-60% , enrolado em uma dureza, no estado enrolado, de 80-90. O carretel de fio estirado da invenção demonstra satisfatória capacidade de enrolamento no carretel mesmo com uma torção preliminar em alta velocidade, assim como uma mínima ruptura de fio e geração de felpa, assim dando um fio texturizado com satisfatória qualidade.
