Abstract

Se relaciona con una hiladora para hilos completamente orientada para elaborar una primera y una segunda pluralidad de hilos (80) de filamentosmultiples completamente orientados. Esta hiladora hila una pluralidad de filamentos (30) a pa rtir de unpaquete (25) de giro que contiene una placade espinereta. Los filamentos (30) son enfriados en una chimenea (25) de enfriamiento; un terminado es aplicado en los filamentos (30) y los filamentos(30) convergen en una primera y una se gunda pluralidadde hilos (80) de filamentos multiples; y un primer montaje con (90) de rodillos gradualesextrae la primera pluralidad de los hilos (80) de filamentos multiples, y un segundo montaje (90) de rodillos graduales extrae la seg unda pluralida dehilos(80) de filamentos multiples pra incrementar su longitud en una cantidad fija. Los hilos (80) de filamentos multiples desde los montajes (90) de rodillosgraduales se calientan al aplicar vapor a los hilos (80) de filamentos multiples desde unaunidad (100) de relajamiento por vapor entre el primero ysegundo montajes (90) de rodillos graduales; la separacion de los hilos (80) se mantiene y los hilos (80) de filamentos multiples se dirigen; y la primera ysegunda pluralidades de los hilos(80) de filamentos multiples son enrollados o bobinados sobe un primero y segundo montajes (74a, 74b) de enrollado en unaprimera y una segunda pluralidad de paquetes (70).
