제1도는 본 발명에 따라 형성된 직물 슬리이브의 제조과정을 개략적으로 나타낸 설명도,
제2도 및 제3도는 사용하기에 적당한 길이로 절단된 직물의 인장력을 받은 상태와 보통상태를 각각 나타내고 있는 단면도이다.
Claims (16)
- 가요성을 갖고있는 각각의 제 1실 (yarns)과 단단한 필라멘트를 최소한 하나 포함하고 있는 제2실로 구성되는바, 제 2실을 슬리이브 원 둘레로 균일하게 분포시키고, 제 2실의 갯수는 제실과 제2실의 갯수비율로서 약 1/3-2/3가 되도록 하며 제 2실을 꽉 짜이도록 된 나선형으로 압축 응력을 가하고 슬리이브가 직조되는 동안 최소 30%정도 나선으로 된 실을 늘리기 위해 장력을 가한 상태에서 직조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실을 꼬아서 짠 직물 슬리이브.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 제 2실은 금속 선(wire)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 슬리이브.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 금속 선은 약 68×106-276×106KN/m2영 개수(youngys modulus)와 약 45-3400kg의 축 강도(axial stiffness)를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 직물 슬리이브.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 장력이 직조하는 동안 최소장 100%나선의 실을 늘리기에 충분하도록 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 슬리이브.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 선은 스테인레스 스틸로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 슬리이브.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 선이 약 0.075-0.38mm사이의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 슬리이브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1실은 섬유 유리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 슬이브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 플리머 코팅이 직조한 후 제 1실 및 제 2실에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 슬리이브.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 플리머 코팅 물질은 열가소성 플라스틱으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 슬리이브.
- 가요성을 갖고 있는 필라멘트를 포함하고 있는 각각의 제 1실과 약 68×106-276×106KN/m6의 영계수와 약 45-3400kg의 축 강도를 갖는 단단한 필라멘트를 최소한 하나 포함하고 있는 제 2실을 함께 직조하는 바, 제 2실의 직조기 캐리어(carriers)갯수는 슬리이브 직조에 사용되는 전체 갯수에서 약 1/3-2/3를 차지하도록 하고, 제 2실에 꽉 짜이도록 된 나선형을 이루도록 압축 응력을 가하고, 슬리이브가 직조하는 동안 최소한 30% 신장될 수 있노록 충분한 장력하에서 직조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물 슬리이브 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제 1실은 유리섬유를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 단단한 필라멘트가 금속 선(wire)인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 금속선은 약 0.075-0.38mm의 직경을 갖는 단일 필라멘트 선으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 직조 슬리이브에 열처리를 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 직물 슬리이브에 플리머 코팅을 적용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 플리머 코팅을 직물 슬리이브의 외표면에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
