Abstract

Gant de protection. Il est réalisé à partir d'un fil retors 12 constitué par une âme 24, 25 et un recouvrement 26, 28. Ce dernier est fait de deux fils de fibre filée ou en filament, dont l'un est enroulé dans un sens autour de l'âme, et l'autre dans le sens inverse. L'âme comporte un premier fil métallique souple 24 et un second en fibre aramide 25. Le retors obtenu est très flexible et résistant Le diamètre du fil métallique est 0,10 à 0,15 mm + 0,0125 mm. Le filament de fibre aramide présente une solidité de 200 à 1500 deniers, et préférablement de 200 à 400 deniers, tandis que le filé comporte un numéro de coton de 1 à 60, préférablement de 15 à 35 et avantageusement de 25. Sécurité dans les industries nécessitant la manipulation d'objets tranchants.
