Abstract
Se emplea una cavidad de molde que posee una extension de tipo apéndice, generalmente en forma de tetilla, en su region de base. Luego de haberseinsertado en la cavidad del molde una hoja de material para envolver y habérsele dado formae n modo complementario, se coloca un elemento con formade disco en dicha extension de tipo apéndice y se ubica sobre el mismo una roseta de material cremoso o de tipo pasta, formando la mencionada decoracion.A continuacion se inserta en lacavida d del molde el cuerpo constituido, por ejemplo, por un praliné, lo que completa la formacion del producto.
