Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE SUPSTITUISANIH PIPERIDINA I SUPSTITUISANI PIPERIDINI, opisani su novi supstituisani piperidini formule i postupci za njihovo dobijanje korišćenjem jedinjenja formule koja reaguje sa jedinjenjem R1CX, gde je X lako odlazeća grupa, a zatim se redukuje do jedinjeaja formule (II) koja se dalje redukuje do jedinjenja formule (I). U gornjim formulama R1 R2 su isti ili različiti i predstavljaju fenil opciono supstituisan hlorom, fluorom, (C1-C6)alkil i (C1-C6)alkoksi grupom. U varijanti postupka koristi se jedinjenje formule (III) gde je R1 kao prethodno definisano, a Q je halogen, koji se prevodi do jedinjenja formule (II), koje se zatim redukuje do jedinjenja formule I. Takodje su opisani postupci za dobijanje korišćenih polaznih materija.
