Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE SUPSTITUISANIH PIPERIDINA I SUPSTITUISANI PIPERIDINI, formule u kojima R1 je aril odabran iz grupe koju sacinjavaju indanil, fenil i naftil; heteroaril odabran iz grupe koju sacinjavaju tienil, furil, piridil i hinolil; i cikloalkil koji ima 3-7 ugljenikovih atoma, gde jedan od pomenutih ugljenikovih atoma moze opciono biti zamenjen sa azotom, kiseonikom ili sumporom; gde svaka od pomenutih aril i heteroaril grupa moze opciono biti supstituisana sa jednim ili vise supstituenata, i pomenuti (C3-C7) cikloalkil moze opciono biti supstituisan sa jednim ili dva supstituenta, pri cemu pomenuti supstituenti su nezavisno odabrani iz grupe koju sacinjavaju halo, nitro, (C1-C10) alkil, (C1-C10) alkoksi, trifluorometil, amino, cijano, hidroksil, (C1-C6) alkilamino, (C1-C6) dialkilamino, O O -NHCH i -NHC-(C1-C6)alkil, gde atomi azota u pomenutim amino i (C1-C6) alkilamino grupama mogu opciono biti zasticeni sa odgovarajucom zastitnom grupom; i R2 je tienil, benzhidril, naftil ili fenil supstituisan sa od jedan do tri supstituenta koji su nezavisno odabrani iz grupe koju sacin-javaju hloro, bromo, fluoro, jodo, (C1-C10)-alkil, (C1-C10)alkoksi i trifluorometil; naznacen time, sto obuhvata (a) reakciju jedinjenje formule: u kojoj R2 je kao sto je gore definisano, sa ili (i) jedinjenjem O R1CX, u kome R1 je kao sto je gore definisano i X je lako odlazeca grupa, posle cega se vrsi tretiranje dobijenog amida sa reduk-cionim sredstvom, (ii) jedinjenjem formule R1CHO, gde R1 je kao sto je gore definisano, u prisustvu redukcionog sredstva, ili (iii) jedinjenjem formule R1CH2X, gde R1 je kao sto je gore definisano i X je lako odlazeca grupa, radi dobijanja jedinjenja formule u kome R1 i R2 su kao sto je gore definisano; i (b) redukciju pomenutog jedinjenja formule II. Prijava sadrzi jos 1 nezavisan i 9 zavisnih zahteva.
