Supstituisani flavonoidi, naznaceni time, sto imaju formulu u kojoj; X oznacava NH, O, Se ili S(O)n, gde je n=0, 1 ili 2; R1 je metil, bifenil eventualno supstituisan sa nitro ili fluoro, tri-fluorometilom, 2-piridilom ili 4-piridilom, fenil ili fenil supstituisan sa najmanje jednim iz grupe koju cine halogen, amino, nitro, hidrok-si, karboksi, (C1-C6)alkoksi, fenoksi, (C1-C12)alkil, trifluorometil, (C1-C6)alkilkarbonilamino, karbamoil, alkiltiazolil, aminotiazolil, benzoil, -N=N-NRaRb grupa, gde Ra i Rb su nezavisno vodonik ili (C1-C6)alkil, (C1-C6)alkilkarbonil, -O-Alk-NRaRb grupa, gde Alk je (C1-C6)alkilen, a Ra i Rb su isti kao sto je to gore navedeno; R2 je vodonik, hidroksi ili metoksi; ili R1 i R2 zajedno formiraju naftalenov sistem spojen sa nukleusom flavonoida; R3 i R4 su vodonik, (C1-C6)alkil, (C1-C6)alkoksi, -CH2COOH, hidroksil, halogen ili R3 i R4 zajedno formiraju benzenov sistem spojen sa nukleusom flavonoida; kada je R15 vodonik, R16 je karboksilni radikal; merkapto radikal; fosfonska grupa; tiazolil grupa eventualno supstituisana sa etok-sikarbonilom, fenilom ili karboksi; hidrazino grupa supstituisana sa aminotiokarbonil grupom ili imidazolinil grupom; grupa NR13R14 u kojoj su R13 i R14 nezavisno vodonik, imidazolinil, metil, fenil supstituisan sa halogenom, (C1-C6)alkoksi ili karboksi, -C(CH2OH)2CH3 grupa, (C1-C6)hidroksialkil grupa ili karbok-simetilen grupa ili R13 i R14 kada su uzeti zajedno formiraju N-metilpiperazinil grupu; (C1-C6)alkil grupa; grupa CONHR17 ili CSNHR17 gde je R17 (C1-C6)alkil ili vodonik; -COOCH(CH3)CO2Et; -SCOCH3; -SCH2CO2R10 gde je R10 vodonik ili metil; -O-(CH2)2-NEt2; -O-CH(CH2OH)2; -CH(CO2Et)2NHCOH3; -CH(COOH)NH2; ili kada R15 oznacava R-CH= gde je R vodonik, fenil, 2-bromofenil, 4-piridil ili 3-piridil, R16 je COOH; ili kada R16 oznacava =O, R15 je COOH, -CH=CH-COOH, -(CH2)2COOH, -CH3, CH2Br ili CH=CHAr gde je Ar H, fenil, 3-piridil ili 4-piridil, COOEt; ili kada je R15 =N-OH, R16 je metil ili vodonik; ili kada je R15 CH3, R16 je -O-COCH3 ili -C(CH3)CO2R10 gde je R10 isto kao gore; R15 i R16 uzeti zajedno predstavljaju grupu formule u kojoj su Q1 i Q2 nezavisno izabrani iz grupe: vodonik; COOR10; fenil eventualno supstituisan sa halogenom, -O(C1-C3)alkilen-COOR10; (C1-C3)alkil; -O-CS-NR10R11; -O(C1-C3)alkilen-NR10R11; hidroksil; (C1-C3)alkoksi; i NR10R11, gde su R10 i R11 nezavisno vodonik ili (C1-C6)alkil; ili R15 i R16 zajedno su in-dolizinil, imidazo /2,1-b/tiazolil, imidazo/2,1,-b/ biazolinil, tiazolil eventualno supstituisan sa amino, metil, fenil, imidazo-/1,2-a/piridil, pirolo/1,2-a/piridil ili tetrahidropiran supstituisan sa okso ili hidroksilnom grupom; ili kada R4 i R15 zajedno formiraju benzenovsistem, R16 je -COOH ili -CH2COOH, , CH2OH; ili kada R1 i R2 zajedno formiraju naftalenov sistem, R15 je H, a R16 je -COOH; ili kada R3 i R4 formiraju benzenov sistem, R15 je vodonik, a R16 je -COOH; ili kada je R15 hidroksil, R16 je -COOH, -CH2CH2COOH, -CH3 ili -CO2Et, i njihove fizioloski prihvat
