Abstract

U postupku dobijanja sirćetne kiseline karbonilovanjem metana i/ili njegovog reaktivnog derivata, u prisustvu plemenitog metala VIII Grupe kao katalizatora za karbonilovanje, ko-katalizatora metil-jodida, koncentracije najmanje 2 mas.%, opciono najmanje jednog promotera i najmanje konačne koncentracije vode, metilacetata koncentracije najmanje 8 mas.% i proizvedene sirćetne kiseline, razdvajanje gornjeg (vodenog) sloja i donjegh (organskog) sloja, u dekanteru kolone za lake frakcije, se ostvaruje održavanjem koncentracije sirćetne kiseline u kondenzatu frakcije pare sa vrha kolone, koja se prevodi u dekanter, ispod 8 mas.%.
