Abstract

Kontinualni postupak za proizvodnju sircetne kiseline karbonilovanjem metanola i/ili njegovog reaktivnog derivata, naznacen time, sto se sastoji od: (I) uvodenja metanola i/ili njegovog reaktivnog derivata u reaktor za karbonilovanje u kome metanol i/ili njegov reaktivni derivat reaguje sa ugljen-monoksidom u tecnoj reakcionoj smesi, a ova tecna reakciona smesa sadrzi plemeniti metal VII Grupe kao katalizator za karbonilovanje, ko-katalizator metil-jodid koncentracije najmanje 2 mas%, opciono najmanje jedan promoter, najmanje konacnu koncentraciju vode, metilacetat koncentracije najmanje 8 mas% i proizvedenu sircetnu kiselinu; (II) odvodenja tecne reakcione smese iz reaktora za karbonilovanje i uvodenje odvedene tecne reakcione smese u najmanje jednu zonu za separaciju i ispiranje, bez ili sa dovodenjem toplote, da bi se dobila frakcija pare koja sadrzi vodu, proizvedenu sircetnu kiselinu, metilacetat i metil-jodid, i frakcija tecnosti koja sadrzi plemeniti metal VIII Grupe kao katalizator za karbonilovanje i opciono najmanje jedan promoter; (III) reciklisanja frakcije tecnosti iz stupnja (II) u reaktor za karbonilovanje; (IV) uvodenja frakclje pare iz stupnja (II) u destilacionu kolonu za lake frakcije; (V) odovdenja smese koja sadrzi proizvedenu sircetnu kiselinu iz destilacione kolone za lake frakcije, (VI) odvodenja, sa vrha destilacione kolone za lake frakcije frakcije pare koja sadrzi metilacetat, metil-jodid, vodu i sircetnu klselinu; (VII) kondenzovanja frakcije pare sa vrha kolone iz stupnja (VI); (VIII) prevodenja kondenzovane frakcije pare sa vrha kolone iz (VII) u dekanter, pri cemu se ova frakcija razdvaja na gornji (vodeni) sloj i donji (organski) sloj; (IX) reciklisanja celokupnog ill samo dela gomjeg (vodenog) sloja, razdvojenog u (VIII), kao refluks u destilacionu kolonu za lake frakcije, i donjeg (organskog) sloja razdvojenog u (VIII), u celini ili delimicno u reaktor, pri cemu je bitno da se razdvajanje gornjeg (vodenog) sloja i donjeg (organskog) sloja u dekanteru, u stupnju (VIII), ostvaruje na racun odrzavanja koncentracije sircetne kiseline u kondenzovanoj frakciji pare sa vrha kolone, koja se prevodi u dekanter, ispod 8 mas%. Prijava sadrzi jos sedam zavisnih zahteva.
