Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA KONTINUIRANU IZRADU TRASDERMALNIH TERAPIJSKIH FLASTERA, pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za kontinuiranu izradu transdermalnih terapijskih flastera, koji imaju zadnji sloj, sloj rezervoara aktivne materije koji se leipi prianjanjem i odvojiv zaštitni sloj, pri čemu se u toku konfekcioniranja gubitak aktivne materije svodi na najmanju meru. Ispred zadnjeg sloja (1) flastera, izvedenog u obliku trake laminata, koji se lepi prianjajućim i odvojivim yaštitnim slojem (3) umeću se izmedju slojeva (2, 3) u uzdužnom pravcu jedan iza drugog pojedinačni, četvorougaoni otsečci (2) rezervoara aktivne materije koji se lepe prianjanjem, otsečci (2) u uzdužnom pravcu izmedju sebe imaju ista unutrašnja rastojanja i njihova širina se tako dimenzioniše, da oni na obe strane zadnjeg sloja (1) i odvojivog zaštitnog sloja (3) štrče. Zadnji sloj (1) isecanjem se tako odvaja, da linija (1a) sečenja ide zaokrugljeno oko pojedinačnih itsečaka (2) rezervoara sa jasnim rastojanjem od njihovih spoljnih ograničenja. Pri ovome se nastalo mrežasto sečenje zadnjeg sloja (1) bez aktivne materije odstranjuje i u nastalim medjuprostorima izmedju otsečaka (2) rezervoara aktivne materije odvaja skroz zaštitni sloj (3).
