Abstract
Ovaj pronalazak se odnosi na pojacavajuce peptidne sekvence koje originalno poticu iz razlicitih retrovirusnih obuhvatnih (omotanih) (gp41) proteinskih sekvenci koje pojacavaju farmakokineticke osobine bilo kojeg centralnog (osnovnog) polipeptida za koji su vezane. Ovaj pronalazak se bazira na otkricu da hibridni polipeptidi koji obuhvataju pojacavajuce peptidne sekvence vezane za centralni (osnovni) polipeptid imaju pojacane farmakokineticke osobine kao sto je povecan poluzivot. Ovaj pronalazak se dalje odnosi na postupke za pojacavanje farmakokinetickih osobina bilo kojeg centralnog (osnovnog) polipeptida preko vezivanja pojacavajucih peptidnih sekvenci za centralni (osnovni) polipeptid. Centralni (osnovni) polipeptidi koji se trebaju koristiti u praksi ovog pronalaska mogu ukljucivati bilo koji farmakoloski prihvatljiv (podesan) peptid koji se moze primeniti, na primer, kao terapeutski ili profilakticki reagens.
