Abstract

Plateforme de support intelligente pour une machine de rainurage de tuyau en acier, comprenant une plateforme de support de tuyau en acier, une base de bâti partagé (6), un bâti partagé (12) et un système de commande intelligent. La plateforme de support de tuyau en acier comprend une structure de plateforme (1), un mécanisme de structure de base de plateforme (2), un mécanisme de déplacement transversal de roue de support de tuyau en acier (3), des roues de support de tuyau en acier (4), un mécanisme de levage/d'abaissement de plateforme à roues de support de tuyau en acier (5), un mécanisme de rouleau de tuyau en acier (8) et des rails de coulissement de structure de plateforme (9). La machine de rainurage de tuyau en acier et la plateforme de support de tuyau en acier sont toutes deux agencées sur la base de bâti partagé. Sous la commande du système de commande intelligent, le mécanisme de structure de base de plateforme, le mécanisme de déplacement transversal de roue de support de tuyau en acier, les roues de support de tuyau en acier, le mécanisme de levage/d'abaissement de plateforme à roues de support de tuyau en acier et le mécanisme de rouleau de tuyau en acier fonctionnent de concert pour réaliser une opération de rainurage par pression sur un orifice d'un tuyau en acier. La plateforme de support peut réaliser non seulement une opération coordonnée entière sur la plateforme de support de tuyau en acier et la machine de rainurage de tuyau en acier, mais également une opération de rainurage par pression à haute précision sur des tuyaux en acier présentant des diamètres différents.
