Description

一种裁断机用侧面取刀装置 技术领域
本发明涉及裁断机附属装置的技术领域,特别是涉及一种裁断机用侧面取刀装置。
背景技术
目前裁断机采用的是带气缸式的正面取刀装置裁断机,缺点有:
(1)刀库在主机后部,与送料架相邻,增加了主机的宽度,主机较大,空间利用率低;
(2)带气缸式的取刀装置所用无杆气缸长度达1m左右,占用空间大;
(3)所用无杆气缸价格昂贵,且易损坏。
(4)取刀装置动作复杂,控制元件多,造价昂贵。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种裁断机用侧面取刀装置。
本发明的一种裁断机用侧面取刀装置,包括设备主体和移动头,移动头上设置刀模,移动头通过丝杆机构滑动安装在设备主体上;还包括刀模移动机构,所述刀模移动机构包括刀模板以及安装在设备主体的固定架和支撑架,刀模板上螺纹连接有螺钉,支撑架上纵向滑动连接有二层刀库,并且支撑架上固定连接调节气缸,调节气缸用于调节二层刀库的高度;
所述支撑架的两侧均转动安装有二个主动胶轮以及两个压料胶轮,支撑架中部固定连接有升降气缸,升降气缸输出端横向安装有拉刀模气缸和刀模进库气缸,拉刀模气缸输出端安装有呈L型的勾刀板,刀模进库气缸的输出端设置有推板,支撑架远离设备主体一侧的 中部安装取刀气缸。
进一步地,主动胶轮通过链条链轮机构驱动。
进一步地,压料胶轮通过杠杆机构驱动动作,所述杠杆机构包括摆动杆和固定在支撑架上的驱动气缸,摆动杆与支撑架转动连接,驱动气缸输出端与摆动杆一端滑动连接,压料胶轮转动安装在摆动杆的另一端。
进一步地,支撑架上还转动安装有若干过渡轮。
进一步地,所述升降气缸由角钢固定在支撑架上。
进一步地,所述二层刀库包括连接的上板和下板。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:
一、二层刀库在机架侧面,缩短了机架的宽度,使机架的结构更加紧凑,提高空间利用率;
二、采用电机带动主动胶轮进行传动,以带动刀模板进行移动,结构小巧;
三、所用气缸成本低,效率高;
四、取刀装置动作简单,易于控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1至图5所示,本发明的一种裁断机用侧面取刀装置,包括设备主体1和移动头2,移动头2上设置刀模,移动头2通过丝杆机构3滑动安装在设备主体1上;还包括刀模移动机构,刀模移动机构包括刀模板5以及安装在设备主体1的固定架22和支撑架10,刀模板5上螺纹连接有螺钉16,支撑架10上纵向滑动连接有二层刀库4,并且支撑架10上固定连接调节气缸17,调节气缸17用于调节二层刀库4的高度;
固定架22的两侧均转动安装有二个主动胶轮13以及两个压料胶轮12,固定架22中部固定连接有升降气缸6,升降气缸6输出端横向安装有拉刀模气缸11和刀模进库气缸8,拉刀模气缸11输出端安装有呈L型的勾刀板9,刀模进库气缸8的输出端设置有推板7,支撑架10远离设备主体1一侧的中部安装取刀气缸15。
在本实施例中,需要进行换刀时,首先操作设备主体1上的丝杆机构3使移动头2移动至指定换刀模位置,然后拉刀模气缸11工作,使勾刀板9伸到螺钉16的侧上方,然后升降气缸6执行下降动作,勾刀板9勾住刀模板5的螺钉16,之后拉刀模气缸11执行收缩动作,拉出刀模板5和刀模至主动胶轮13上,压料胶轮12压下,主动胶轮13转动,使刀模板5和刀模向二层刀库4方向移动,此时升降气缸6上升,刀模板5进到二层刀库4时,刀模板5移动到指定位置,升降气缸6动作,使刀模进库气缸8下降到达指定位置,刀模进库气缸8动作,使推板7推动刀模板5和刀模至二层刀库4指定位置;取刀时,取刀气缸15动作,从二层刀库4中推出刀模板5和刀模至右边主动胶轮13上,压料胶轮12压下,主动胶轮13转动,使刀模板5和刀 模向移动头2方向移动,刀模板5移动到指定位置,升降气缸6动作,使拉刀模气缸11到达指定位置,拉刀模气缸11动作,推动刀模板5上的螺钉16,使刀模板5移动至移动头2处,换刀完成。
作为上述实施例的优选方案,主动胶轮13通过链条链轮14机构驱动。
在本实施例中,主动胶轮13通过链条链轮14机构驱动,并且电机为双输出轴,使得各主动胶轮13动作一致。
