通信技术的更新迭代需要对通信设备进行更换。目前常用的做法是通过安装件将通信设备固定在抱杆等柱子上。然而,由于抱杆等柱子可安装通信设备的空间有限以及抱杆等柱子的数量有限,并且一个安装件只能安装一套通信设备,难以满足日益增多的通信设备的安装。为了解决这些问题,一些情形下通过设计间距可调的安装件,使得多台通信设备在安装时间距可调,然而这样的安装件,在安装时调试过程复杂,需要多人相互辅助才能完成,拆装效率低下。
发明内容
本公开提供一种安装机构,旨在解决现有安装件用于安装通信设备时调试复杂且效率低下等问题。
一种安装机构,包括:连接组件,连接组件用于将安装机构固定于其他物体;至少一组扩展组件,扩展组件用于固定物件,每组扩展组件均包括扩展固定件,每个扩展固定件具有固定主体和至少两个扩展连接部,至少两个扩展连接部分别设于固定主体的相对两端;其中一组扩展组件与连接组件连接,相邻的两组扩展组件于扩展连接部相互可拆卸连接;紧固组件,紧固组件用于将相邻的两组扩展组件进行紧固连接。
在一些实施方式中,每组扩展组件还包括加强件,加强件嵌设于扩展固定件,且自扩展固定件的内部延伸至扩展固定件的相对两侧外。

在一些实施方式中,固定主体设有第二卡位部,第二卡位部和第一卡位部分别凸设于扩展固定件的相对两侧;或者,固定主体设有第二卡位部,第二卡位部和第一卡位部分别凸设于扩展固定件的相对两侧,且第二卡位部与第一卡位部成中心对称设置。
在一些实施方式中,每个扩展固定件具有两个扩展连接部,同一个扩展固定件的两个扩展连接部分别设于固定主体的相对两端,且均自固定主体的相对两端朝相互远离的方向延伸。

请参阅图1、图2以及图3和图8,本实施例的安装机构10包括连接组件11、至少一组扩展组件12以及紧固组件13。其中,连接组件11用于将安装机构10与其他物体进行固定安装,如将安装机构10固定在柱子等物体上;所有的扩展组件12均用于固定物件20,每组扩展组件12均包括扩展固定件121,而扩展固定件121具有固定主体1211和至少两个扩展连接部1212,其中,一个扩展固定件121的扩展连接部1212均与固定主体1211连接,并且分设于固定主体1211的相对两端,在所有的扩展组件12中,相邻的两组扩展组件12于扩展连接部1212相互可拆卸连接,其中一组扩展组件12与连接组件11连接;紧固组件13用于将相邻的两组扩展组件12进行紧固连接。本实施例提供的安装机构10,每个扩展固定件121 均具有扩展连接部1212,可以实现多个扩展固定件121的可拆卸连接,从而可以在一个安装机构10上扩展安装多组扩展组件12以实现固定多个物件20,有效地提高了安装机构10的扩容安装,更重要的是扩展组件12中扩展固定件121的结构设计使得整个安装机构10在扩容安装过程中拆装简便,有利于提高拆装效率,尤其适用于物件20为通信设备的固定安装,使用本实施例的安装机构10,在一根抱杆30上只需要安装一个安装机构10,即可实现对多个通信设备进行扩展安装,有效地提高了安装机构10的安装容量。
请参阅图2、图7,连接组件11包括第一固定件111、第二固定件112以及连接紧固件113。其中,第一固定件111和第二固定件112分别与连接紧固件113可拆卸连接,并且第一固定件111和第二固定件112分设于连接紧固件113的相对两端,第一固定件111和第二固定件112之间具有间隔,由第一固定件111、连接紧固件113和第二固定件112三者构成环抱结构以实现在其他物体上固定安装,如可以实现连接组件11在抱杆30、电线杆等柱子上环抱安装。连接组件11环抱固定安装在柱子上之后,其中一组扩展组件12与第一固定件111可拆卸连接,或者一组扩展组件12与第二固定件112可拆卸连接,再将通信设备等固定在扩展组件12上,即可实现对通信设备的固定安装,当需要安装多个通信设备时,在与连接组件11相连接的扩展组件12拼接其他的扩展组件12即可。在一些实施方式中,连接紧固件113的数量为两个,其中一个连接紧固件113穿设于第一固定件111和第二固定件112的一端、另一个连接紧固件113穿设于第一固定件111和第二固定件112的另一端,从而连接组件11按照“第一固定件111-一个连接紧固件113-第二固定件112-另一个连接紧固件113-第一固定件111”的连接结构围合形成可环抱在柱子周向的状态。在一些实施方式中,第一固定件111和第二固定件112均具有弧形部,以便于第一固定件111和第二固定件112环抱在柱子的周向。在一些实施方式中,连接紧固件113的数量为四个,其中两个连接紧固件113穿设于第一固定件111和第二固定件112的一端、其余两个连接紧固件113穿设于第一固定件111和第二固定件112的另一端。在一些实施方式中,第一固定件111的数量为两个,并且两个第一固定件111并排设置。在一些替代的实施方式中,连接组件11可以只包括第一固定件111和连接紧固件113,第二固定件112被扩展固定件121替代,即扩展固定件121既起到用于固定物件20的作用,又起到与第一固定件111、连接坚固件113抱紧在柱子等物体以将安装机构10固定安装的作用,从而可以使得安装机构10更加轻质化。
请参阅图2、图3、图4,在一些实施方式中,扩展固定件121通过钣金工艺加工得到。对薄板进行切割、压弯成型得由薄板围合形成具有容纳腔1210的扩展固定件121,并且扩展固定件121设有敞口,敞口设于扩展固定件121的一侧且与容纳腔1210连通。扩展固定件 121具有固定主体1211和扩展连接部1212,扩展连接部1212与固定主体1211连接,每个扩展固定件121的扩展连接部1212包括两个,分别设于固定主体1211的相对两端,且均自固定主体1211的相对两端朝相互远离的方向延伸。这样的结构设计,可以使得相邻的两个扩展固定件121可以在扩展连接部1212相互连接,再经紧固组件13进行紧固,从而提高相邻两个扩展固定件121的组装连接强度。在一些实施方式中,钣金工艺加工成型的扩展固定件121包括第一腔室、第二腔室和第三腔室,第一腔室和第三腔室分别对应扩展连接部1212设置,第二腔室对应固定主体1211设置,并且第一腔室和第三腔室分别设于第二腔室的相对两侧,同时第二腔室分别与第一腔室、第三腔室连通,由第一腔室、第二腔室和第三腔室构成容纳腔1210。以钣金工艺加工成型的扩展固定件121,可以有效减轻安装机构10的重量,有利于安装机构10的轻装化。
请参阅图3、图4,在一些实施方式中,通过钣金工艺对薄板进行加工得到的扩展固定件121包括第一板体12101、第二板体12102、第三板体12103、第四板体12104以及第五板体12105,第一板体12101、第二板体12102、第三板体12103、第四板体12104以及第五板体12105一体成型。其中第一板体12101和第三板体12103平行间隔设置;第二板体12102自第一板体12101的边缘与第一板体12101连接,并且第二板体12102自与第一板体12101连接的边缘向第三板体12103所在的方向延伸并与第三板体12103连接;第四板体12104和第五板体12105分别自第三板体12103的两相对边缘与第三板体12103连接,并且先分别向第一板体12101所在的方向延伸、接着分别弯折至与第一板体12101平行后朝向相互远离的方向延伸,最后分别弯折朝向第一板体12101所在的方向延伸并分别与第一板体12101连接,由第一板体12101、第二板体12102、第三板体12103、第四板体12104以及第五板体12105围合形成容纳腔1210;由第四板体12104、局部第三板体12103以及局部第一板体12101构成一个扩展连接部1212,由第五板体12105、局部第三板体12103以及局部第一板体12101构成一个扩展连接部1212。第四板体12104和第三板体12103之间具有间隙,第五板体12105和第三板体12103之间具有间隙,以方便第四板体12104和第五板体12105弯折成型。在一些实施方式中,第四板体12104与第一板体12101之间同样具有间隙,并且第五板体12105与第一板体12101之间同样具有间隙,以利于钣金工艺加工成型。
请参阅图3、图4,在一些实施方式中,每个扩展连接部1212设有至少一个第一通孔12120,第一通孔12120用于供紧固组件13穿设,紧固组件13穿设于其中一个扩展固定件121的第一通孔12120并穿设至另一个扩展固定件121的第一通孔12120中,从而可以实现将两个扩展固定件121进行紧固连接,由此可以有效提高相互拼接组装的两个扩展固定件121的连接 强度。在一些实施方式中,一个扩展连接部1212设有两个第一通孔12120,其中一个第一通孔12120用于预装一组紧固组件13,另一个第一通孔12120用于供预装在另一组扩展组件12的一组紧固组件13插接,通过一个扩展连接部1212设有两个第一通孔12120,并且每个第一通孔12120穿设一组紧固组件13,有利于提高扩展组件12相互拼接得可靠性。当然,一个扩展连接部1212不局限于设置一个第一通孔12120或者两个第一通孔12120,也可以开设多个第一通孔12120,具体可以根据实际需要来设计。在一些实施方式中,扩展固定件121具有第一端面和第二端面,第一端面和第二端面相背设置,其中第一端面为第一板体12101所在的平面、第二端面为第三板体12103所在的平面,扩展连接部1212具有第三端面和第四端面,并且第三端面和第四端面相对设置,其中,第三端面第一板体12101所在的平面,第四端面为局部第四板体12104、第五板体12105所在的平面,由此第三端面与第一端面连接且与第一端面齐平,而第四端面与第二端面连接且自与第二端面连接的部位以与第一端面所在平面的距离逐渐减小的趋势向远离固定主体1211的方向延伸。在一些实施方式中,第三端面和第四端面相互平行,并且第三端面至第四端面的距离小于第一端面至第二端面的距离。在一些实施方式中,第三端面和第四端面以两者间的距离逐渐缩小的趋势向远离固定主体1211的方向延伸。在一些实施方式中,第四端面为倾斜平面或者阶梯面或者弧形面。
请参阅图2、图3以及图4和图7,在一些实施方式中,固定主体1211设有第二卡位部12111,第二卡位部12111可以通过钣金工艺的方式使得固定主体1211被切割并冲压形成第二卡位部12111,第二卡位部12111自固定主体1211向远离容纳腔1210的方向延伸,以对物件20进行卡位固定,提高扩展组件12对物件20的固定效果。在一些实施方式中,第二卡位部12111先自固定主体1211向远离容纳腔1210的方向延伸并弯折以与敞口所在的平面平行,以提高对物件20的卡位固定效果,即在第二板体12102的局部经过冲切形成有第二卡位部12111,即第二卡位部12111自第二板体12102向背离容纳腔1210的方向延伸。在一些实施方式中,第二卡位部12111包括自第二板体12102向远离容纳腔1210的方向延伸的第二延伸部和第二弯折部,其中第二延伸部与第一板体12101、第三板体12103平行,第二弯折部自第二延伸部远离第一板体12101的边缘弯折以与第三板体12103所在的平面平行。加强件122以钣金工艺成型,有利于进一步减轻安装机构10的重量,进一步使得安装机构10轻装化,减轻安装机构10的连接组件11与承重。
请参阅图3、图4以及图5和图7,在一些实施方式中,每组扩展组件12还包括加强件122,加强件122嵌设于扩展固定件121,并且自扩展固定件121的相对两侧伸出以供支撑安装的物件20,如供通信设备安装支撑。在一些实施方式中,加强件122安装于容纳腔1210, 并且一端从容纳腔1210的敞口伸至扩展固定件121外、另一端穿设于固定主体1211并延伸至固定主体1211外,从而使得加强件122的相对两端延伸至扩展固定件121的相对两侧外,以供支撑固定于扩展组件12的物件20。在一些实施方式中,第三板体12103经过冲切形成有两个第一去料孔,两个第一去料孔分设于第二卡位部12111的相对两侧,加强件122的局部穿过第一去料孔延伸至扩展固定件121外。
请参阅图4、图5,在一些实施方式中,加强件122设有第一卡位部1221和四个卡槽1222,且四个卡槽1222两两间隔成对设于扩展固定件121的同侧,第一卡位部1221与其中一对卡槽1222同侧设置。在一些实施方式中,加强件122选自钣金结构,即加强件122采用钣金工艺加工得到,第一卡位部1221和卡槽1222均通过切割和冲压形成,第一卡位部1221的延伸方向与第二卡位部12111的延伸方向相反,异侧设置的卡槽1222的开口朝向相反,这样的结构,可以使得相邻的两组扩展组件12在拼装时,其中一组扩展组件12翻转180°即可实现拼装。在一些实施方式中,第一卡位部1221同样先朝远离容纳腔1210的方向延伸并弯折以与敞口所在的平面平行,并且第一卡位部1221弯折的朝向与第二卡位部12111弯折的朝向相反,这样的结构设计,可以使得相邻两组扩展组件12在扩展拼装时,其中一个扩展组件12翻转180°即可实现拼装扩展。在一些与扩展固定件121异侧的两对卡槽1222成中心对称设置,同时,第一卡位部1221和第二卡位部12111成中心对称结构设置,从而有利于提高扩展组件12扩展拼接时具有较高的平整度,使得多个相互扩展拼装的扩展组件12在同一水平高度,也使得物件20固定在安装机构10后显得比较整齐,具有一定的美观效果。
请参阅图4、图5,在一些实施方式中,加强件122通过钣金工艺对薄板进行加工得到。在一示例性实施例中,通过钣金工艺加工得到的加强件122包括第六板体12201、第七板体12202、第八板体12203和第九板体12204,第六板体12201与第一板体12101平行设置,第七板体12202与第六板体12201连接,并且第七板体12202自第六板体12201的边缘与第六板体12201连接,第七板体12202与第六板体12201相互垂直,在相互连接的部位形成有弯折过渡区,第八板体12203和第九板体12204分设于第七板体12202的两相对边缘,并且与第七板体12202均具有间隔,第八板体12203和第九板体12204分别与第六板体12201连接,以将第七板体12202围设在第八板体12203和第九板体12204之间。在一些实施方式中,第八板体12203包括第一板主体(图中未标示)、第一弯折部(图中未标示)和第二弯折部(图中未标示),第一板主体的局部边缘与第六板体12201连接,第一弯折部和第二弯折部分别于第一板主体的相对两边缘与第一板主体连接,并且第一弯折部和第二弯折部向背对第七板体12202的一侧弯折,然后第一弯折部和第二弯折部相向延伸。在一些实施方式中,第九板 体12204包括第二板主体(图中未标示)、第三弯折部(图中未标示)和第四弯折部(图中未标示),第二板主体的局部边缘与第六板体12201连接,第三弯折部和第四弯折部分别于第二板主体的相对两边缘与第二板主体连接,并且第三弯折部和第四弯折部向背对第七板体12202的一侧弯折,然后第三弯折部和第四弯折部相向延伸,第一弯折部和第三弯折部对称设置,第二弯折部和第四弯折部对称设置,在第一板主体靠近第一弯折部的区域开设有一个卡槽1222,在第二板主体靠近第三弯折部的区域开设有一个卡槽1222,靠近第一弯折部设置的卡槽1222与靠近第三弯折部设置的卡槽1222组成一对,并且这两个卡槽1222对称设置,以供物件20卡接。在一些实施方式中,在第一板主体靠近第二弯折部的区域开设有一个卡槽1222,在第二板体12102靠近第四弯折部的区域开设有一个卡槽1222,靠近第二弯折部设置的卡槽1222和靠近第四弯折部设置的卡槽1222组成一对,并且这两个卡槽1222对称设置,靠近第二弯折部设置的卡槽1222和靠近第一弯折部设置的卡槽1222的开口朝向相反,靠近第四弯折部设置的卡槽1222和靠近第三弯折部设置的卡槽1222的开口朝向相反,以使得由于扩展组件12在拼接组装过程中翻转后,保证设于扩展固定件121同侧的一对卡槽1222能够对物件20进行卡接。在一些实施方式中,第七板体12202和第六板体12201连接的部位局部被冲切,从而形成第一卡位部1221。在一些实施方式中,第一板主体和第二板主体上分别开设有第二去料孔,以减轻加强件122的重量,使得扩展组件12更轻。加强件122安装于容纳腔1210时,第一弯折部和局部第一板主体穿过其中一个第一去料孔,第二弯折部和局部第二板主体穿过另一个第一去料孔,第三弯折部和局部第一板主体则自容纳腔1210伸至敞口外,第四弯折部和局部第一板主体同样自容纳腔1210伸至敞口外。
请参阅图4,在一些实施方式中,每组扩展组件12还包括加强块体123,加强块体123嵌设于扩展连接部1212内。通过设置加强块体123,紧固组件13穿设在扩展连接部1212时,可有效提高紧固组件13穿设连接的可靠性和强度,有效解决扩展连接部1212的强度不够容易出现的变形等问题。在一些实施方式中,每组扩展组件12包括两块加强块体123,其中一块加强块体123收容于第一腔室,另一块加强块体123收容于第三腔室,从而每块加强块体123可以加强其所对应的扩展连接部1212的强度。在一些实施方式中,每块加强块体123设有一个第二通孔,第二通孔用于供紧固组件13穿设,每个第二通孔与相应的扩展连接部1212的第一通孔12120相连通,以供紧固组件13穿设扩展连接部1212和加强块体123。在一些实施方式中,每块加强块体123开设的第二通孔的数量与相对应的扩展连接部1212所设有的第一通孔12120的数量相同。在一些实施方式中,加强块体123通过紧固件固定在第一腔室或第三腔室内,或者通过焊接或胶接的方式固定。
请参阅图1、图4以及图7,在一些实施方式中,紧固组件13包括螺栓(图中未标示)和螺母(图中未标示),其中螺栓穿设于相邻的两组扩展组件12之间,螺母则于螺栓的相对两端旋紧以实现对两组扩展组件12的紧固连接。而在一些替代的实施方式中,紧固组件13包括连接轴(图中未标示)和螺钉(图中未标示),连接轴穿设于相邻的两组扩展组件12之间的第一通孔12120,螺钉则于连接轴的相对两端与连接轴可拆卸连接,如连接轴设有内螺纹孔,螺钉则旋紧固定于内螺纹孔,从而可以实现对相邻两组扩展组件12的紧固连接。在一些替代的实施方式中,紧固组件13包括连接轴(图中未标示)和销钉(图中未标示),连接轴穿设于相邻的两组扩展组件12之间的第一通孔12120,连接轴的端部设有销钉孔,以供销钉插设固定或锁定。在一些实施方式中,同一个扩展连接部1212设置的紧固组件13的数量为一组,当然也可以是两组或者更多组,具体可以根据相邻的扩展组件12需要紧固的强度以及扩展组件12安装的物件20的重量等因素进行选择。
下面结合图1至图8说明本公开提供的安装机构10的基本工作过程。
(1)将连接组件11固定在抱杆30等柱子上,具体是将第一固定件111和第二固定件112分别摆放于柱子的相对两侧,连接紧固件113穿设于第一固定件111和第二固定件112之间,旋紧连接紧固件113使得第一固定件111、第二固定件112以及连接紧固件113环抱固定在柱子周向。
(2)将一个扩展组件12与第一固定件111或者第二固定件112安装连接,如通过螺栓连接或者焊接等方式。
(3)在扩展组件12背对连接组件11的一端安装通信设备。在一些实施方式中,在安装通信设备时,扩展组件12与过渡连接件40连接,过渡连接件40固定于扩展组件12,并且过渡连接件40卡接于同侧设置的卡槽1222以及第一卡位部1221或者第二卡位部12111卡插于过渡连接件40,通信设备则安装固定于过渡连接件40。
使用本公开实施的安装机构10,可以快速扩展拼接,以提供更多的安装位实现对多个通信设备等物件20的固定安装,方便拆装,可以减少通信设备等拆装过程中需要的人员,并且提高拆装效率。
相对于一些情形下而言,本公开提供的安装机构,包括连接组件、至少一组扩展组件和紧固组件,其中连接组件配置为将安装机构固定于其他物体,每组扩展组件包括扩展固定部,每个扩展固定部具有固定主体和至少两个扩展连接部,而相邻的两组扩展组件在扩展连接部相互可拆卸连接,紧固组件则配置为将相邻的两组扩展组件进行紧固连接,这样的安装机构,可实现快速安装,并且扩展组件相互可以实现拆卸连接,从而可以有效提高安装效果,同时 还能够实现对安装机构的拼接安装,能够安装多个物件,使得安装机构具有较大的物件安装容量。本公开提供的安装机构,具有安装操作简便、安装效率高等特点,并且具有较大的物件安装容量。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安装机构,包括:
    连接组件,所述连接组件用于将所述安装机构固定于其他物体;
    至少一组扩展组件,所述扩展组件用于固定物件,每组所述扩展组件均包括扩展固定件,每个所述扩展固定件具有固定主体和至少两个扩展连接部,所述至少两个扩展连接部分别设于所述固定主体的相对两端;其中一组所述扩展组件与所述连接组件连接,相邻的两组所述扩展组件于所述扩展连接部相互可拆卸连接;
    紧固组件,所述紧固组件用于将相邻的两组所述扩展组件进行紧固连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装机构,其中,每组所述扩展组件还包括加强件,所述加强件嵌设于所述扩展固定件,且自所述扩展固定件的内部延伸至所述扩展固定件的相对两侧外。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装机构,其中,所述加强件设有第一卡位部和四个卡槽,且所述四个卡槽两两间隔成对设于所述扩展固定件的同侧,所述第一卡位部与其中一对所述卡槽同侧设置,异侧设置的所述卡槽的开口朝向相反;
    或者,所述加强件设有第一卡位部和四个卡槽,且所述四个卡槽两两间隔成对设于所述扩展固定件的同侧,所述第一卡位部与其中一对所述卡槽同侧设置;位于所述扩展固定件异侧的两对所述卡槽成中心对称设置且异侧设置的所述卡槽的开口朝向相反。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安装机构,其中,所述加强件选自钣金件,所述第一卡位部和所述卡槽通过钣金工艺加工形成。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的安装机构,其中,所述固定主体设有第二卡位部,所述第二卡位部和所述第一卡位部分别凸设于所述扩展固定件的相对两侧;
    或者,所述固定主体设有第二卡位部,所述第二卡位部和所述第一卡位部分别凸设于所述扩展固定件的相对两侧,且所述第二卡位部与所述第一卡位部成中心对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的安装机构,其中,每个所述扩展固定件具有两个所述扩展连接部,同一个所述扩展固定件的两个所述扩展连接部分别设于所述固定主体的相对两端,且均自所述固定主体的相对两端朝相互远离的方向延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安装机构,其中,每个所述扩展连接部设有至少一个第一通孔,所述第一通孔用于供所述紧固组件穿设。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的安装机构,其中,每组所述扩展组件还包括加强块体,所述加强块体嵌设于所述扩展连接部内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安装机构,其中,所述扩展固定件为钣金件,由所述扩展固定件围合形成具有敞口的容纳腔,所述加强件收容于所述容纳腔,且自所述容纳腔分别延伸至所述敞口外以及与所述敞口相对的侧壁外,所述加强块体收容于所述容纳腔;
    或者,所述加强块体收容于所述容纳腔且所述加强块体设有供所述紧固组件穿设固定的第二通孔,所述第二通孔和所述第一通孔连通。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的安装机构,其中,所述连接组件包括第一固定件、第二固定件以及连接紧固件;所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件分别可拆卸安装于所述连接紧固件的相对两端且相互之间具有间隔;其中一组所述扩展组件与所述第一固定件或所述第二固定件可拆卸连接。
