Description
本発明は、樹脂組成物及び樹脂膜に関するものである。
液晶表示装置、有機EL表示装置、集積回路素子、固体撮像素子などの電子部品には、平坦化膜、保護膜、絶縁膜等として種々の樹脂膜が設けられている。
従来、上記のような樹脂膜を形成するための樹脂組成物としては、種々の樹脂組成物が提案されてきた。例えば、特許文献1では、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、多官能ビニルエーテル化合物と、窒素原子数が3の含窒素縮合複素環化合物とを含んでなる樹脂組成物が提案されている。この樹脂組成物によれば、耐薬品性に優れる樹脂膜を形成することができる。
従来、上記のような樹脂膜を形成するための樹脂組成物としては、種々の樹脂組成物が提案されてきた。例えば、特許文献1では、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、多官能ビニルエーテル化合物と、窒素原子数が3の含窒素縮合複素環化合物とを含んでなる樹脂組成物が提案されている。この樹脂組成物によれば、耐薬品性に優れる樹脂膜を形成することができる。
しかしながら、上記従来の樹脂膜は、例えば金属配線を保護する保護膜などとして使用する場合、十分な防錆性が得られない場合があった。また、上記従来の樹脂膜は、透明性を向上させる点において更なる改善の余地があった。さらに、上記従来の樹脂膜を形成するために用いる樹脂組成物は、基板等に塗布すると塗布欠陥が発生する場合があり、この点においても改善の余地があった。
そこで、本発明は、塗布欠陥の発生を抑制することができ、防錆性及び透明性に優れる樹脂膜を形成可能な樹脂組成物を提供することを目的とする。

上記課題を解決するために、本発明者らは、樹脂膜の防錆性を高めるために、樹脂組成物に防錆剤を配合することを検討した。しかし、特定の防錆剤を使用しなければ、得られる樹脂膜は十分な防錆性を発揮することができないことが明らかとなった。そこで本発明者はさらに検討し、樹脂膜の防錆性と、防錆剤の有機溶剤に対する溶解性との間には相関関係があるとの知見を得た。また、樹脂組成物に含まれる樹脂として、カルボキシル基を有する樹脂を用いることで、得られる樹脂膜の透明性が向上するとの知見を得た。さらに、特定の防錆剤を用いることで、樹脂組成物を塗布した際に塗布欠陥の発生を抑制できるとの知見を得た。そして、これらの知見に基づき、カルボキシル基を有する樹脂と、特定の溶解パラメータ(SP値)を有する防錆剤と、架橋剤とを含んでなる樹脂組成物を用いれば、樹脂組成物を塗布した際に塗布欠陥が発生するのを抑制することができ、得られる樹脂膜の防錆性と透明性とを向上させることができることを新たに見出し、本発明を完成させた。
すなわち、この発明は、上記課題を有利に解決することを目的とするものであり、[1]本発明の樹脂組成物は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、溶解パラメータが17.0(MPa)1/2以上25.5(MPa)1/2以下である防錆剤と、架橋剤とを含むことを特徴とする。本発明の樹脂組成物によれば、樹脂組成物を塗布した際に塗布欠陥を抑制することができる。また、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、特定の溶解パラメータ(以下、「SP値」ともいう。)を有する防錆剤とを組み合わせることで、これらの相乗効果によって、得られる樹脂膜の防錆性及び透明性の双方を向上させることができる。
ここで、[2]上記[1]の樹脂組成物において、前記防錆剤は、窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であることが好ましい。窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物は、有機溶剤に対する溶解性に優れている。したがって、窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物を防錆剤として用いれば、得られる樹脂膜の透明性を維持したまま、防錆性を更に向上させることができる。
また、[3]上記[1]又は[2]の樹脂組成物において、前記架橋剤は、多官能エポキシ樹脂であることが好ましい。多官能エポキシ樹脂は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂との反応性に優れる。したがって、多官能エポキシ樹脂を架橋剤として用いれば、得られる樹脂膜の透明性を十分に向上させることができると共に、樹脂膜の耐熱性及び強度を向上させることができる。
さらに、[4]上記[1]~[3]のいずれかの樹脂組成物は、前記防錆剤の含有量が、前記カルボキシル基含有樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上30質量部以下であることが好ましい。防錆剤の含有割合が上記範囲内であれば、得られる樹脂膜の防錆性を更に向上させることができることに加えて、密着性を向上させることができると共に、防錆剤のブリードアウトを抑制することができる。
また、[5]本発明は、上記課題を有利に解決することを目的とするものであり、本発明の樹脂膜は、上記[1]~[4]のいずれかの樹脂組成物を用いて形成したことを特徴とする。上述した[1]~[4]のいずれかの樹脂組成物を用いて形成した樹脂膜は、透明性及び防錆性に優れる。
本発明によれば、塗布欠陥の発生を抑制することができ、防錆性及び透明性に優れる樹脂膜を形成可能な樹脂組成物を提供することができる。

以下、本発明の実施形態について詳細に説明する。本発明の樹脂組成物は、各種素子や部品等に適用され得る。また、本発明の樹脂組成物は、保護膜、平坦化膜、及び絶縁膜として機能し得る樹脂膜を形成するために好適に用いられ得る。
(樹脂組成物)
本発明の樹脂組成物は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、溶解パラメータ(SP値)が17.0(MPa)1/2以上25.5(MPa)1/2以下の防錆剤と、架橋剤とを含み、任意に、その他の成分及び有機溶剤を含み得る。
そして、本発明の樹脂組成物は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、特定のSP値を有する防錆剤と、架橋剤とを含んでなるため、当該樹脂組成物を用いれば、塗布欠陥の発生を抑制して、防錆性及び透明性に優れた樹脂膜を形成することができる。
以下、樹脂組成物に含有される各成分について説明する。
本発明の樹脂組成物は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、溶解パラメータ(SP値)が17.0(MPa)1/2以上25.5(MPa)1/2以下の防錆剤と、架橋剤とを含み、任意に、その他の成分及び有機溶剤を含み得る。
そして、本発明の樹脂組成物は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、特定のSP値を有する防錆剤と、架橋剤とを含んでなるため、当該樹脂組成物を用いれば、塗布欠陥の発生を抑制して、防錆性及び透明性に優れた樹脂膜を形成することができる。
以下、樹脂組成物に含有される各成分について説明する。
<カルボキシル基含有樹脂>
本発明の樹脂組成物は、カルボキシル基を有するカルボキシル基含有樹脂を含んでいるため、かかる樹脂組成物を用いれば、透明性に優れた樹脂膜を形成することができる。ここで、カルボキシル基含有樹脂としては、カルボキシル基を有する重合体により構成される限りにおいて特に限定されることなく、あらゆる樹脂を用いることができる。カルボキシル基含有樹脂としては、例えば、カルボキシル基を含有する単量体単位(以下、「カルボキシル基含有単量体単位」ともいう。)を含む(共)重合体が挙げられる。なお、本明細書において、「(共)重合体」とは重合体又は共重合体を意味する。
本発明の樹脂組成物は、カルボキシル基を有するカルボキシル基含有樹脂を含んでいるため、かかる樹脂組成物を用いれば、透明性に優れた樹脂膜を形成することができる。ここで、カルボキシル基含有樹脂としては、カルボキシル基を有する重合体により構成される限りにおいて特に限定されることなく、あらゆる樹脂を用いることができる。カルボキシル基含有樹脂としては、例えば、カルボキシル基を含有する単量体単位(以下、「カルボキシル基含有単量体単位」ともいう。)を含む(共)重合体が挙げられる。なお、本明細書において、「(共)重合体」とは重合体又は共重合体を意味する。
カルボキシル基含有単量体単位を含む(共)重合体としては、例えば、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体及びその誘導体や、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体及びその誘導体を用いて形成した(共)重合体が挙げられる。エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体としては、エチレン性不飽和モノカルボン酸及びその誘導体、エチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸及びその酸無水物並びにそれらの誘導体が挙げられる。エチレン性不飽和モノカルボン酸の例としては、(メタ)アクリル酸及びクロトン酸が挙げられる。なお、本明細書において、「(メタ)アクリル酸」とは、アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸を意味する。エチレン性不飽和モノカルボン酸の誘導体の例としては、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸ブチル、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸エチル、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート等のアクリル酸エステル等が挙げられる。エチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸の例としては、マレイン酸、フマル酸及びイタコン酸が挙げられる。カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体としては、例えば、5-ヒドロキシカルボニルビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプト-2-エン、5-メチル-5-ヒドロキシカルボニルビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプト-2-エン、5-カルボキシメチル-5-ヒドロキシカルボニルビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプト-2-エン、5,6-ジヒドロキシカルボニルビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘプト-2-エン、4-ヒドロキシカルボニルテトラシクロ[6.2.1.13,6.02,7]ドデカ-9-エン、9-メチル-9-ヒドロキシカルボニルテトラシクロ[6.2.1.13,6.02,7]ドデカ-4-エン、及び9,10-ジヒドロキシカルボニルテトラシクロ[6.2.1.13,6.02,7]ドデカ-4-エン等が挙げられる。
そして、カルボキシル基含有単量体単位を含む(共)重合体は、上記のような単量体のうちの一種からなる重合体であってもよいし、上記のような単量体と、これらと共重合可能な他の単量体との共重合体であってもよい。例えば、上記の単量体と共重合可能な他の単量体としては、既知のアミド基含有単量体、ヒドロキシル基含有単量体、イソシアネート基含有単量体、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体以外のオレフィン単量体、シラン単量体、及び、上記のカルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体以外の環状オレフィン単量体等が挙げられる。特に、上記カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体以外の環状オレフィン単量体としては、特開2015-25892号に開示されたような、下記式(A)にて表され得るN-置換イミド基を有する環状オレフィン単量体、エステル基や酸無水物基等の酸素含有基を有する環状オレフィン単量体、シアノ基等の窒素含有基を有する環状オレフィン単量体、スルホニル基を有する環状オレフィン単量体、シリル基を有する環状オレフィン単量体、又はハロゲン原子を有する環状オレフィン単量体等が挙げられる。
[上記式(A)中、Xは水素原子もしくは炭素数1~16の直鎖、環状、若しくは分岐状アルキル基又はベンジル基等のアリール基を表し、nは1又は2である。]
なお、カルボキシル基含有単量体単位を含む(共)重合体は、(共)重合体を構成する全単量体単位を100質量%として、カルボキシル基含有単量体単位の割合が、10質量%以上であることが好ましく、15質量%以上であることがより好ましく、100質量%であってもよい。なお、(共)重合体中におけるカルボキシル基含有単量体単位の割合は、1H-NMR等により測定することができる。
より具体的には、カルボキシル基含有単量体単位を含む(共)重合体は、例えば、上記のようなアクリル酸エステル単量体を用いて得られた重合体により構成されるアクリル樹脂;並びに、上記のようなカルボキシル基含有単量体と、任意の他の単量体とを用いて得られうる(共)重合体により構成される、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂、及びポリシロキサン樹脂等であり得る。
中でも、樹脂膜の透明性を更に向上させる観点から、カルボキシル基含有樹脂としては、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂及びアクリル樹脂が好ましい。なお、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂とは、環状オレフィン単量体単位を含む樹脂である。環状オレフィン単量体単位には、上記したようなカルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体に由来するカルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単位、及びそれ以外の環状オレフィン単量体に由来する環状オレフィン単量体単位が含まれる。また、カルボキシル基含有樹脂であるポリ環状オレフィン樹脂としては、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位を含む樹脂がより好ましく、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位と、上述した式(A)にて表されるN-置換イミド基を有する環状オレフィン単量体単位とを含む樹脂がさらに好ましい。特に、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体として4-ヒドロキシカルボニルテトラシクロ[6.2.1.13,6.02,7]ドデカ-9-エン(TCDC)を用いて形成された共重合体であるポリ環状オレフィン樹脂が好ましい。
中でも、樹脂膜の透明性を更に向上させる観点から、カルボキシル基含有樹脂としては、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂及びアクリル樹脂が好ましい。なお、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂とは、環状オレフィン単量体単位を含む樹脂である。環状オレフィン単量体単位には、上記したようなカルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体に由来するカルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単位、及びそれ以外の環状オレフィン単量体に由来する環状オレフィン単量体単位が含まれる。また、カルボキシル基含有樹脂であるポリ環状オレフィン樹脂としては、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位を含む樹脂がより好ましく、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位と、上述した式(A)にて表されるN-置換イミド基を有する環状オレフィン単量体単位とを含む樹脂がさらに好ましい。特に、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体として4-ヒドロキシカルボニルテトラシクロ[6.2.1.13,6.02,7]ドデカ-9-エン(TCDC)を用いて形成された共重合体であるポリ環状オレフィン樹脂が好ましい。
環状オレフィン単量体単位を含むカルボキシル基含有樹脂における環状オレフィン単量体単位の含有割合(カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位の割合とそれ以外の環状オレフィン単量体単位の合計割合)は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂を構成する全単量体単位を100質量%として、50質量%超であることが好ましく、70質量%超であることがより好ましく、90質量%超であることが更に好ましい。また、カルボキシル基含有樹脂中、100質量%が環状オレフィン単量体単位であってもよい。
特に、「環状オレフィン単量体単位を含むカルボキシル基含有樹脂」がカルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位を含む場合には、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位の含有割合は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂を構成する全単量体単位を100質量%として、40質量%超であることが好ましく、55%質量超であることがより好ましく、100質量%未満が好ましい。
なお、環状オレフィン単量体単位を含むカルボキシル基含有樹脂中における各単量体単位の割合は、1H-NMRにより測定することができる。
特に、「環状オレフィン単量体単位を含むカルボキシル基含有樹脂」がカルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位を含む場合には、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体単位の含有割合は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂を構成する全単量体単位を100質量%として、40質量%超であることが好ましく、55%質量超であることがより好ましく、100質量%未満が好ましい。
なお、環状オレフィン単量体単位を含むカルボキシル基含有樹脂中における各単量体単位の割合は、1H-NMRにより測定することができる。
カルボキシル基含有樹脂としては、市販品、あるいは、既知の製造方法に従って製造された(共)重合体を用いることができる。製造方法は特に限定はされず、例えば、溶液重合法、懸濁重合法、塊状重合法、乳化重合法などのいずれの方法も用いることができる。また、重合様式としては、イオン重合、ラジカル重合、リビングラジカル重合などの付加重合及び開環重合を採用することができる。また、重合開始剤としては、既知の重合開始剤を用いることができる。特に、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂の製造に際して、例えば、特開2015-25892号に記載されたような既知の開環重合触媒及び添加剤を用いた方法に従って各種環状オレフィン単量体を重合させて(共)重合体を得た後に、既知の水素化触媒の存在下で(共)重合体を水素化してもよい。そして、カルボキシル基含有樹脂の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、通常1,000以上であり、好ましくは3,000以上であり、通常100,000以下であり、好ましくは50,000以下である。また、カルボキシル基含有樹脂は、重量平均分子量(Mw)と数平均分子量(Mn)の比で表される分子量分布(Mw/Mn)が、通常、3以下であり、好ましくは2以下である。なお、カルボキシル基含有重合体の重量平均分子量(Mw)、数平均分子量(Mn)は、実施例に記載の方法によって測定することができる。
<防錆剤>
本発明の樹脂組成物は、溶解パラメータ(SP値)が17.0(MPa)1/2以上25.5(MPa)1/2以下である防錆剤を含んでいる。そのため、本発明の樹脂組成物を用いれば、塗布欠陥の発生を抑制することができる。また、上記特定のSP値を有する防錆剤と上述したカルボキシル基含有樹脂との相互作用により、防錆性及び透明性の双方に優れた樹脂膜を形成することができる。
本発明の樹脂組成物は、溶解パラメータ(SP値)が17.0(MPa)1/2以上25.5(MPa)1/2以下である防錆剤を含んでいる。そのため、本発明の樹脂組成物を用いれば、塗布欠陥の発生を抑制することができる。また、上記特定のSP値を有する防錆剤と上述したカルボキシル基含有樹脂との相互作用により、防錆性及び透明性の双方に優れた樹脂膜を形成することができる。
ここで、防錆剤のSP値は、18.0(MPa)1/2以上であることが好ましく、19.0(MPa)1/2以上であることがより好ましく、24.0(MPa)1/2以下であることが好ましく、21.0(MPa)1/2以下であることがより好ましい。防錆剤のSP値が上記範囲内であれば、透明性が更に優れた樹脂膜を得ることができる。
さらに、防錆剤は、窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であることが好ましい。なお、本明細書において、窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物とは、複素環の構成原子に1つ以上3つ以下の窒素原子を含む化合物である。窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物は、有機溶剤に対する溶解性に優れている。したがって、窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物を防錆剤として用いれば、得られる樹脂膜の透明性を維持したまま、防錆性を更に高めることができる。
窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物としては、例えば、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸2-ベンゾチアゾール(窒素原子数:2、SP値:25.0(MPa)1/2)、下記式(B)で表されるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物(窒素原子数:3、SP値:20.4(MPa)1/2)、ジメチルベンゾトリアゾール(窒素原子数:3、SP値:23.0(MPa)1/2)、3-(2ベンゾチアゾリールチオ)プロピオン酸(窒素原子数:1、SP値:25.3(MPa)1/2)等が挙げられる
〔式(B)中、R1はウレア結合、ウレタン結合、アミド結合、エーテル結合、エステル結合、又は単結合を表し、R2は炭素数1~8のアルキレン基を表し、R3は炭素数1~8のアルコキシ基を表す。〕
中でも、得られる樹脂膜の防錆性及び透明性をより一層向上させる観点からは、防錆剤としては、上記式(B)で表されるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物が好ましい。上記式(B)で表されるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物としては、例えば、市販品(信越シリコーン社製、「X-12-1214-A」)を用いることができる。
樹脂組成物中における防錆剤の含有量は、カルボキシル基含有樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上であることが好ましく、0.5質量部以上であることがより好ましく、2質量部以上であることが更に好ましく、30質量部以下であることが好ましく、20質量部以下であることがより好ましく、10質量部以下であることが更に好ましい。防錆剤の含有割合が上記下限値以上であれば、防錆剤による防錆効果が十分に発揮されるため、得られる樹脂膜の防錆性を更に高めることができる。また、防錆剤の含有割合が上記上限値以下であれば、得られる樹脂膜の密着性を高めるとともに、防錆剤のブリードアウトを抑制することができる。
<架橋剤>
架橋剤としては、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と架橋反応して架橋構造を形成し得るものであれば特に限定されず、公知の架橋剤を用いることができる。中でも、カルボキシル基含有樹脂との反応性に優れており、得られる樹脂膜の透明性を十分に高めることができると共に、樹脂膜の耐熱性及び強度を向上させることができることから、架橋剤としては多官能エポキシ化合物を用いることが好ましい。
架橋剤としては、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と架橋反応して架橋構造を形成し得るものであれば特に限定されず、公知の架橋剤を用いることができる。中でも、カルボキシル基含有樹脂との反応性に優れており、得られる樹脂膜の透明性を十分に高めることができると共に、樹脂膜の耐熱性及び強度を向上させることができることから、架橋剤としては多官能エポキシ化合物を用いることが好ましい。
多官能エポキシ化合物としては、特に限定されることなく、1分子中にエポキシ基を2個以上有する化合物が挙げられる。
多官能エポキシ化合物としては、例えば、エポキシ化ブタンテトラカルボン酸テトラキス(3-シクロヘキセニルメチル)修飾ε-カプロラクトン(ダイセル化学工業製、「エポリードGT401」)、3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル3,4-エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート(ダイセル社製、「セロキサイド2021P」、)、ε-カプロラクトン変性3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル3,4-エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート(ダイセル社製、「セロキサイド2081」)等の脂環式エポキシ化合物;エポキシ化ポリブタジエン(ダイセル社製、「エポリードPB4700」)等のブタジエン骨格を有するエポキシ化合物;2,2-ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)-1-ブタノールの1,2-エポキシ-4-(2-オキシラニル)シクロヘキサン付加物(ダイセル社製、「EHPE3150」)等の末端エポキシ基を有するエポキシ化合物;キシリレンビスオキセタン(東亜合成社製、「OXT-121」)等のオキセタン基を有するエポキシ化合物等が挙げられる。中でも、カルボキシル基含有樹脂のとの架橋反応を向上させることができることから、多官能エポキシ化合物は、脂環式エポキシ化合物であることが好ましく、エポキシ化ブタンテトラカルボン酸テトラキス(3-シクロヘキセニルメチル)修飾ε-カプロラクトンであることがより好ましい。
多官能エポキシ化合物としては、例えば、エポキシ化ブタンテトラカルボン酸テトラキス(3-シクロヘキセニルメチル)修飾ε-カプロラクトン(ダイセル化学工業製、「エポリードGT401」)、3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル3,4-エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート(ダイセル社製、「セロキサイド2021P」、)、ε-カプロラクトン変性3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル3,4-エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート(ダイセル社製、「セロキサイド2081」)等の脂環式エポキシ化合物;エポキシ化ポリブタジエン(ダイセル社製、「エポリードPB4700」)等のブタジエン骨格を有するエポキシ化合物;2,2-ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)-1-ブタノールの1,2-エポキシ-4-(2-オキシラニル)シクロヘキサン付加物(ダイセル社製、「EHPE3150」)等の末端エポキシ基を有するエポキシ化合物;キシリレンビスオキセタン(東亜合成社製、「OXT-121」)等のオキセタン基を有するエポキシ化合物等が挙げられる。中でも、カルボキシル基含有樹脂のとの架橋反応を向上させることができることから、多官能エポキシ化合物は、脂環式エポキシ化合物であることが好ましく、エポキシ化ブタンテトラカルボン酸テトラキス(3-シクロヘキセニルメチル)修飾ε-カプロラクトンであることがより好ましい。
<その他の成分>
本発明の樹脂組成物に任意に含まれ得るその他の成分としては、特に限定されることなく、例えば、酸化防止剤、熱塩基発生剤、熱酸発生剤、界面活性剤等が挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。その他の成分の含有量は、本発明の効果を損なわない限りにおいて、一般的な範囲内で適宜調節することができる。中でも、カルボキシル基含有樹脂の架橋反応を更に向上させることができることから、その他の成分として、熱塩基発生剤及び熱酸発生剤を用いることが好ましく、熱塩基発生剤を用いることがより好ましい。中でも、熱塩基発生剤としては、トリフェニルホスフィン誘導体塩を用いることが好ましく、エチルトリフェニルホスホニウムメタンスルホン酸を用いることがより好ましい。また、熱酸発生剤としては、オニウム塩型の熱酸発生剤を用いることが好ましい。
本発明の樹脂組成物に任意に含まれ得るその他の成分としては、特に限定されることなく、例えば、酸化防止剤、熱塩基発生剤、熱酸発生剤、界面活性剤等が挙げられる。これらは、1種を単独で、又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。その他の成分の含有量は、本発明の効果を損なわない限りにおいて、一般的な範囲内で適宜調節することができる。中でも、カルボキシル基含有樹脂の架橋反応を更に向上させることができることから、その他の成分として、熱塩基発生剤及び熱酸発生剤を用いることが好ましく、熱塩基発生剤を用いることがより好ましい。中でも、熱塩基発生剤としては、トリフェニルホスフィン誘導体塩を用いることが好ましく、エチルトリフェニルホスホニウムメタンスルホン酸を用いることがより好ましい。また、熱酸発生剤としては、オニウム塩型の熱酸発生剤を用いることが好ましい。
<溶剤>
本発明の樹脂組成物が任意に含有し得る溶剤としては、特に限定されることなく、樹脂組成物の溶剤として公知の溶剤を用いることができる。そのような溶剤としては、例えば、直鎖のケトン類、アルコール類、アルコールエーテル類、エステル類、セロソルブエステル類、プロピレングリコール類、ジエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテルなどのジエチレングリコール類、飽和γ-ラクトン類、ハロゲン化炭化水素類、芳香族炭化水素類、並びに、ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルホルムアミド及びN-メチルアセトアミドなどの極性溶媒などが挙げられる(例えば、国際公開第2015/033901号参照)。
なお、これらの溶剤は、1種を単独で、あるいは、2種以上を混合して用いることができる。
本発明の樹脂組成物が任意に含有し得る溶剤としては、特に限定されることなく、樹脂組成物の溶剤として公知の溶剤を用いることができる。そのような溶剤としては、例えば、直鎖のケトン類、アルコール類、アルコールエーテル類、エステル類、セロソルブエステル類、プロピレングリコール類、ジエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテルなどのジエチレングリコール類、飽和γ-ラクトン類、ハロゲン化炭化水素類、芳香族炭化水素類、並びに、ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルホルムアミド及びN-メチルアセトアミドなどの極性溶媒などが挙げられる(例えば、国際公開第2015/033901号参照)。

<樹脂組成物の調製方法>
本発明の樹脂組成物の調製方法は、特に限定されず、樹脂組成物を構成する各成分を公知の方法により混合すればよい。中でも、本発明による効果が十分に得られる観点からは、防錆剤以外の成分を先に混合した後、防錆剤を添加して更に混合することが好ましい。ここで、混合には、スターラー、ボールミル、サンドミル、ビーズミル、顔料分散機、らい潰機、超音波分散機、ホモジナイザー、プラネタリーミキサー、フィルミックスなどの既知の混合機を用いることができる。
本発明の樹脂組成物の調製方法は、特に限定されず、樹脂組成物を構成する各成分を公知の方法により混合すればよい。中でも、本発明による効果が十分に得られる観点からは、防錆剤以外の成分を先に混合した後、防錆剤を添加して更に混合することが好ましい。ここで、混合には、スターラー、ボールミル、サンドミル、ビーズミル、顔料分散機、らい潰機、超音波分散機、ホモジナイザー、プラネタリーミキサー、フィルミックスなどの既知の混合機を用いることができる。
(樹脂膜)
本発明の樹脂膜は、本発明の樹脂組成物を用いて形成したことを特徴とする。本発明の樹脂膜は、本発明の樹脂組成物を用いて形成されているので、防錆性及び透明性に優れる。なお、本発明の樹脂膜は、上述した本発明の樹脂組成物の乾燥物よりなり、通常、少なくとも、カルボキシル基含有樹脂、防錆剤、及び架橋剤を含有し、任意にその他の成分を含有する。
本発明の樹脂膜は、本発明の樹脂組成物を用いて形成したことを特徴とする。本発明の樹脂膜は、本発明の樹脂組成物を用いて形成されているので、防錆性及び透明性に優れる。なお、本発明の樹脂膜は、上述した本発明の樹脂組成物の乾燥物よりなり、通常、少なくとも、カルボキシル基含有樹脂、防錆剤、及び架橋剤を含有し、任意にその他の成分を含有する。
本発明の樹脂膜の形成方法は、特に限定されず、例えば、本発明の樹脂組成物を所望の基板上に適用することにより形成することができる。なお、樹脂膜中に含まれる各成分は、上記樹脂組成物に含まれていたものであるため、それらの各成分の好適な存在比は、樹脂組成物中の各成分の好適な存在比と同じである。
基板としては、例えば、プリント配線基板、シリコンウエハ基板、ガラス基板、プラスチック基板等を用いることができる。また、ディスプレイ分野において使用される、ガラス基材やプラスチック基材上に、薄型トランジスタ型液晶表示素子、カラーフィルター、又はブラックマトリックス等が形成されてなる基板も好適に用いられる。
樹脂膜を基板上に適用する方法としては、特に限定されず、例えば、塗布法やフィルム積層法等の方法を用いることができる。
塗布法は、例えば、プラスチック基板等の基板上に樹脂組成物を塗布した後、溶剤を除去する方法である。樹脂組成物を塗布する方法としては、例えば、スプレー法、スピンコート法、ロールコート法、ダイコート法、ドクターブレード法、回転塗布法、バー塗布法、及びスクリーン印刷法等の各種の方法を採用することができる。溶剤は、例えば、乾燥により除去することができる。乾燥条件は、各成分の種類、配合割合、及びプラスチック基板等の基板の耐熱温度等に応じて異なる。例えば、乾燥温度は、通常、30℃以上、好ましくは60℃以上であり、通常、150℃以下、120℃以下である。また、乾燥時間は、通常、0.5分以上、好ましくは1分以上であり、通常、90分以下、好ましくは60分以下、より好ましくは30分以下である。
フィルム積層法は、樹脂フィルム形成用基材上に樹脂組成物を塗布した後に、溶剤を除去して樹脂フィルムを得て、得られた樹脂フィルムを基板上に積層して樹脂膜を有する基板を形成する方法である。溶剤は、例えば、乾燥により除去することができる。乾燥条件は、各成分の種類や配合割合に応じて適宜選択することができる。例えば、乾燥温度は、通常、30℃以上150℃以下である。また、乾燥時間は、通常、0.5分以上90分以内である。また、樹脂フィルムを基板上に積層する際には、加圧ラミネータ、プレス、真空ラミネータ、真空プレス、ロールラミネータ等の圧着機を用いることができる。
樹脂膜の厚さとしては、特に限定されず、用途に応じて適宜設定することができる。例えば、樹脂膜の厚さは、好ましくは0.1μm以上、より好ましくは0.5μm以上であり、好ましくは100μm以下、より好ましくは50μm以下、更に好ましくは30μm以下、特に好ましくは10μm以下である。
以下、本発明について実施例に基づき具体的に説明するが、本発明はこれら実施例に限定されるものではない。なお、以下の説明において、量を表す「%」及び「部」は、特に断らない限り、質量基準である。
実施例及び比較例において、防錆剤の溶解パラメータ(SP値)、銅箔変色、透明性、塗布欠陥及びクロスカット密着性は、以下のようにして測定及び評価した。また、重量平均分子量(Mw)、数平均分子量(Mn)、分子量分布(Mw/(Mn)は、以下の方法で測定した。
実施例及び比較例において、防錆剤の溶解パラメータ(SP値)、銅箔変色、透明性、塗布欠陥及びクロスカット密着性は、以下のようにして測定及び評価した。また、重量平均分子量(Mw)、数平均分子量(Mn)、分子量分布(Mw/(Mn)は、以下の方法で測定した。
<防錆剤のSP値>
防錆剤のSP値は、Hansen Solubility Parameters in Practice (HSPiP)を用いて測定した。具体的には、Sphereプログラムを用い、ハンセンの溶解球より防錆剤のSP値を求めた。

<銅箔変色>
銅箔をエッチングし、銅箔に元から付着していた防錆剤を剥離した。次に、実施例及び比較例で調製した樹脂組成物をスピンコーターにて塗布し、110℃で2分間乾燥させ、銅箔上に膜厚1.5μm~2μmの樹脂膜が形成された樹脂膜付き銅箔を得た。得られた樹脂膜付き銅箔を半分に切断し、樹脂膜付き銅箔をホットプレート上で、135℃で2.5時間加温した。そして、分光測色計(コニカミノルタ製、「CM-26d」)を用いて、樹脂膜付き銅箔を加熱する前後での銅箔の色差(ΔE*ab)を測定した。上記測定を樹脂膜付き銅箔の任意の箇所で、合計3回行い、以下の基準で評価した。色差(ΔE*ab)の値が小さいほど、樹脂膜は防錆性に優れる。

<透明性>
ソーダガラス基板上に実施例及び比較例で調製した樹脂組成物を塗布し、110℃で2分間乾燥させて、膜厚1.8μm~2.2μmの樹脂膜が形成された樹脂膜付き基板を得た。得られた樹脂膜付き基板を135℃で30分間加温した。加温後、樹脂膜付き基板に波長400nmの光線を透過させた。そして、以下の基準で評価した。光線透過率が高いほど、樹脂膜は透明性に優れる。

<塗布欠陥>
上記<透明性>を評価する際に形成した樹脂膜を目視で観察し、樹脂膜に斑が生じているか否かを確認した。樹脂膜に斑が確認されなければ、樹脂組成物を塗布した際の塗布欠陥の発生が抑制されていることを意味する。

<クロスカット密着性>
シリコンウエハ上に実施例及び比較例で調製した樹脂組成物をスピンコートによって塗布した。次いで、ホットプレートを用いて、樹脂組成物が塗布されたシリコンウエハを110℃で2分間加熱し、さらに、ホットプレート上で、135℃で30分間加熱して樹脂組成物を硬化させ、膜厚10μmの樹脂膜付きシリコンウエハを得た。得られた樹脂膜付きシリコンウエハを用いて、クロスカット試験を行った。具体的には、まず、カッターナイフを用いて、樹脂膜付きシリコンウエハの樹脂膜に、1mm×1mmの大きさにて、10×10=100個の碁盤目を形成した。そして、碁盤目の部分にセロハンテープを強く圧着して、セロハンテープの端を45°の角度で一気に剥がし、樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目の数を確認し、以下の基準で評価した。樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目の数が少ないほど、樹脂膜は密着性に優れる。
A:樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目がない
B:樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目の数が1以上30未満である
C:樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目の数が30以上である
シリコンウエハ上に実施例及び比較例で調製した樹脂組成物をスピンコートによって塗布した。次いで、ホットプレートを用いて、樹脂組成物が塗布されたシリコンウエハを110℃で2分間加熱し、さらに、ホットプレート上で、135℃で30分間加熱して樹脂組成物を硬化させ、膜厚10μmの樹脂膜付きシリコンウエハを得た。得られた樹脂膜付きシリコンウエハを用いて、クロスカット試験を行った。具体的には、まず、カッターナイフを用いて、樹脂膜付きシリコンウエハの樹脂膜に、1mm×1mmの大きさにて、10×10=100個の碁盤目を形成した。そして、碁盤目の部分にセロハンテープを強く圧着して、セロハンテープの端を45°の角度で一気に剥がし、樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目の数を確認し、以下の基準で評価した。樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目の数が少ないほど、樹脂膜は密着性に優れる。
A:樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目がない
B:樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目の数が1以上30未満である
C:樹脂膜が剥離した碁盤目の数が30以上である
<重量平均分子量(Mw)及び数平均分子量(Mn)>
測定対象の樹脂についてゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーを用いて重量平均分子量(Mw)及び数平均分子量(Mn)を測定し、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を算出した。
具体的には、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフ(東ソー製、HLC-8220)を使用し、展開溶媒としてテトラヒドロフランを用いて、測定対象の樹脂の重量平均分子量(Mw)及び数平均分子量(Mn)を標準ポリスチレン換算値として求めた。そして、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を算出した。
測定対象の樹脂についてゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーを用いて重量平均分子量(Mw)及び数平均分子量(Mn)を測定し、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を算出した。
具体的には、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフ(東ソー製、HLC-8220)を使用し、展開溶媒としてテトラヒドロフランを用いて、測定対象の樹脂の重量平均分子量(Mw)及び数平均分子量(Mn)を標準ポリスチレン換算値として求めた。そして、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を算出した。
(実施例1)
<ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂の調製>
環状オレフィン単量体である8-エチリデンテトラシクロ[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-ドデセン(ETD)31.5モル%、及び、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体である4-ヒドロキシカルボニルテトラシクロ[6.2.1.13,6.02,7]ドデカ-9-エン(TCDC)68.5モル%からなる単量体混合物100部と、その他の単量体として1,5-ヘキサジエン7.0部と、開環重合触媒である(1,3-ジメシチルイミダゾリン-2-イリデン)(トリシクロへキシルホスフィン)ベンジリデンルテニウムジクロリド(Org.Lett.,第1巻,953頁,1999年に記載された方法で合成したもの)0.01部と、溶剤としてのジエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテル200部とを窒素置換したガラス製耐圧反応器に充填し、撹拌しながら40℃にて2時間反応させて重合反応液を得た。
得られた重合反応液をオートクレーブに入れて、130℃、水素圧5MPaの条件にて、5時間撹拌して水素化反応を実施し、脂環式オレフィン共重合体により構成される、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂を含む溶液を得た。上記ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂の重合転化率は99.9%、ポリスチレン換算での重量平均分子量(Mw)は7300、数平均分子量(Mn)は4720、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は1.55、水素添加率は99.9%であった。また、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂を含む溶液の固形分濃度は25.0質量%であった。
<ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂の調製>
環状オレフィン単量体である8-エチリデンテトラシクロ[4.4.0.12,5.17,10]-3-ドデセン(ETD)31.5モル%、及び、カルボキシル基含有環状オレフィン単量体である4-ヒドロキシカルボニルテトラシクロ[6.2.1.13,6.02,7]ドデカ-9-エン(TCDC)68.5モル%からなる単量体混合物100部と、その他の単量体として1,5-ヘキサジエン7.0部と、開環重合触媒である(1,3-ジメシチルイミダゾリン-2-イリデン)(トリシクロへキシルホスフィン)ベンジリデンルテニウムジクロリド(Org.Lett.,第1巻,953頁,1999年に記載された方法で合成したもの)0.01部と、溶剤としてのジエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテル200部とを窒素置換したガラス製耐圧反応器に充填し、撹拌しながら40℃にて2時間反応させて重合反応液を得た。
得られた重合反応液をオートクレーブに入れて、130℃、水素圧5MPaの条件にて、5時間撹拌して水素化反応を実施し、脂環式オレフィン共重合体により構成される、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂を含む溶液を得た。上記ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂の重合転化率は99.9%、ポリスチレン換算での重量平均分子量(Mw)は7300、数平均分子量(Mn)は4720、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は1.55、水素添加率は99.9%であった。また、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂を含む溶液の固形分濃度は25.0質量%であった。
<樹脂組成物の調製>
カルボキシル基含有樹脂として、上記のようにして得たポリ環状オレフィン樹脂100部と、防錆剤として窒素原子数が3の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物〔信越化学製、「X-12-1214A」、SP値:20.4(MPa)1/2〕3部と、架橋剤として多官能エポキシ化合物であるエポキシ化ブタンテトラカルボン酸テトラキス(3-シクロヘキセニルメチル)修飾ε-カプロラクトン(ダイセル化学工業製、「エポリードGT401」)30部と、酸化防止剤としてペンタエリスリトール-テトラキス[3-(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオナート(BASF社製、「Irganox1010」)2部と、熱塩基発生剤としてエチルホスホニウムメタンスルホン酸(サンアプロ株式会社製、「U-CAT5050」)3部と、界面活性剤としてオルガノシロキサンポリマー(信越化学製、「KP341」)300ppmと、溶剤としてジエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテル(東邦化学製、「EDM」)100部とを混合し、樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
カルボキシル基含有樹脂として、上記のようにして得たポリ環状オレフィン樹脂100部と、防錆剤として窒素原子数が3の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物〔信越化学製、「X-12-1214A」、SP値:20.4(MPa)1/2〕3部と、架橋剤として多官能エポキシ化合物であるエポキシ化ブタンテトラカルボン酸テトラキス(3-シクロヘキセニルメチル)修飾ε-カプロラクトン(ダイセル化学工業製、「エポリードGT401」)30部と、酸化防止剤としてペンタエリスリトール-テトラキス[3-(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオナート(BASF社製、「Irganox1010」)2部と、熱塩基発生剤としてエチルホスホニウムメタンスルホン酸(サンアプロ株式会社製、「U-CAT5050」)3部と、界面活性剤としてオルガノシロキサンポリマー(信越化学製、「KP341」)300ppmと、溶剤としてジエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテル(東邦化学製、「EDM」)100部とを混合し、樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
(実施例2~7)
配合する防錆剤の量を1部(実施例2)、5部(実施例3)、10部(実施例4)、20部(実施例5)、30部(実施例6)、40部(実施例7)に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
配合する防錆剤の量を1部(実施例2)、5部(実施例3)、10部(実施例4)、20部(実施例5)、30部(実施例6)、40部(実施例7)に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
(実施例8)
防錆剤として、窒素原子数が3の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物に替えて、窒素原子数が2の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるジエチルジチオカルバミン酸2-ベンゾチアゾール3部〔SP値:25.0(MPa)1/2〕を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
防錆剤として、窒素原子数が3の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物に替えて、窒素原子数が2の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるジエチルジチオカルバミン酸2-ベンゾチアゾール3部〔SP値:25.0(MPa)1/2〕を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
(実施例9)
<アクリル樹脂の調製>
その他の単量体としてジシクロペンタニルアクリレート6.28gと、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体としてメタクリル酸1.23g及び2,2,2-トリフルオロエチルメタクリル酸2.40gと、溶剤としてのテトラヒドロフラン40.00gと、重合開始剤としてのアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.468gとを含む単量体組成物(モノマー濃度20質量%)をガラス容器に入れた。ガラス容器を密閉及び窒素置換して、窒素雰囲気下、76℃の恒温槽内で2時間撹拌した。その後、室温に戻し、ガラス容器内を大気解放した後、得られた溶液にTHF10gを加えた。そして、THF10gを加えた溶液をメタノール100g中に滴下し、重合物を析出させた。その後、析出した重合物を含む溶液をキリヤマ漏斗によりろ過し、アクリル樹脂として白色の凝固物(重合物)を得た。得られたアクリル樹脂のポリスチレン換算での重量平均分子量(Mw)は15000、数平均分子量(Mn)は6600、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は2.27であった。
<アクリル樹脂の調製>
その他の単量体としてジシクロペンタニルアクリレート6.28gと、エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸単量体としてメタクリル酸1.23g及び2,2,2-トリフルオロエチルメタクリル酸2.40gと、溶剤としてのテトラヒドロフラン40.00gと、重合開始剤としてのアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.468gとを含む単量体組成物(モノマー濃度20質量%)をガラス容器に入れた。ガラス容器を密閉及び窒素置換して、窒素雰囲気下、76℃の恒温槽内で2時間撹拌した。その後、室温に戻し、ガラス容器内を大気解放した後、得られた溶液にTHF10gを加えた。そして、THF10gを加えた溶液をメタノール100g中に滴下し、重合物を析出させた。その後、析出した重合物を含む溶液をキリヤマ漏斗によりろ過し、アクリル樹脂として白色の凝固物(重合物)を得た。得られたアクリル樹脂のポリスチレン換算での重量平均分子量(Mw)は15000、数平均分子量(Mn)は6600、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)は2.27であった。
<樹脂組成物の調製>
カルボキシル基含有樹脂として、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂に替えて上記で得られたアクリル樹脂100部を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
カルボキシル基含有樹脂として、ポリ環状オレフィン樹脂に替えて上記で得られたアクリル樹脂100部を使用した以外は、実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
(実施例10)
溶剤としてEDMに替えてN-メチルピロリドン(NMP)を使用した以外は、実施例9と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。

得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。

(比較例2~5)
防錆剤として、窒素原子数が3の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物に替えて、比較例2ではベンゾトリアゾール〔SP値:25.8(MPa)1/2〕1部、比較例3では1H-ベンゾトリアゾール-1-メタノール〔SP値:26.2(MPa)1/2〕1部、比較例4では1H-ベンゾトリアゾール-1-メタノール〔SP値:26.2(MPa)1/2〕3部、比較例5ではカルボキシベンゾトリアゾール〔SP値:28.3(MPa)1/2〕3部を使用した。それ以外は、実施例1と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。

防錆剤として、窒素原子数が3の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物に替えて、比較例6では1H-ベンゾトリアゾール-1-メタノール〔SP値:26.2(MPa)1/2〕、比較例7ではカルボキシベンゾトリアゾール〔SP値:28.3(MPa)1/2〕を使用した。それ以外は、実施例9と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
防錆剤として、窒素原子数が3の含窒素複素環を有する化合物であるトリメトキシシリル基含有ベンゾトリアゾール系化合物に替えて、比較例6では1H-ベンゾトリアゾール-1-メタノール〔SP値:26.2(MPa)1/2〕、比較例7ではカルボキシベンゾトリアゾール〔SP値:28.3(MPa)1/2〕を使用した。それ以外は、実施例9と同様にして樹脂組成物を調製した。
得られた樹脂組成物を用いて実施例1と同様にして各種評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
表1及び2中、
「EDM」は、ジエチレングリコールエチルメチルエーテルを示し、
「NMP」は、N-メチルピロリドンを示す。

表1より、カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、SP値が17.0(MPa)1/2以上25.5(MPa)1/2以下である防錆剤と、架橋剤とを含む樹脂組成物を用いた実施例1~11では、塗布欠陥の発生を抑制することができ、防錆性及び透明性に優れた樹脂膜を形成できることが分かる。
一方で、表2より、防錆剤を配合しなかった比較例1では、防錆性に優れた樹脂膜が得られなかったことが分かる。また、SP値が25.5(MPa)1/2を上回る防錆剤を配合した比較例2~7では、塗布欠陥の発生の抑制と、得られる樹脂膜の透明性の向上との双方を十分に満足させることができないことが分かる。
一方で、表2より、防錆剤を配合しなかった比較例1では、防錆性に優れた樹脂膜が得られなかったことが分かる。また、SP値が25.5(MPa)1/2を上回る防錆剤を配合した比較例2~7では、塗布欠陥の発生の抑制と、得られる樹脂膜の透明性の向上との双方を十分に満足させることができないことが分かる。
本発明によれば、塗布欠陥の発生を抑制することができ、防錆性及び透明性に優れる樹脂膜の形成に好適に用い得る樹脂組成物を提供することができる。

Claims (5)
- カルボキシル基含有樹脂と、
溶解パラメータが17.0(MPa)1/2以上25.5(MPa)1/2以下である防錆剤と、
架橋剤とを含む、
樹脂組成物。 - 前記防錆剤は、窒素原子数が1以上3以下の含窒素複素環を有する化合物である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記架橋剤は、多官能エポキシ樹脂である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記防錆剤の含有量が、前記カルボキシル基含有樹脂100質量部に対して0.1質量部以上30質量部以下である、請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂組成物を用いて形成した、樹脂膜。
