Abstract
熱媒体が流れる伝熱配管(60)と、伝熱配管(60)が接続され、熱源側からの配管が接続される接続口(21,22)と、接続口(21,22)と伝熱配管(60)とを連通させる熱媒体の流路とが形成されたヘッダ(80)と、を備える熱交換器である。熱交換器のヘッダ(80)は、伝熱配管(60)が挿通された挿通孔、および、挿通孔の周囲に形成され伝熱配管(60)との間に第1シール部材が圧入された第1シール部材設置溝、が形成された第1部材(40)と、接続口(21,22)、流路を形成する溝部(23c)、および、第1部材(40)を収容する収容凹部(30a)、が形成された第2部材(50)と、を有する。挿通孔に挿通された伝熱配管(60)の端部には、第1シール部材の抜け落ちを防止するための拡径部(60b)が形成されている。
Description
本開示は、熱交換器、及び熱交換器を備えた空気調和機の室内機に関する。
熱交換器を流れる熱媒体として水を用いる場合、流速が速いと熱交換器の伝熱配管を腐食させることが知られている。そのため、電熱配管の数を多くする多パス化により、流速の抑制が図られている。一方で、接続部が複雑になる多パス化した熱交換器に高い耐圧性能を確保する場合、配管部品を接続するためのスペースが大きくなりやすい。特許文献1は、伝熱配管とヘッダとの接続部に、比較的省スペースでかつ比較的高い耐圧性能を確保することができる接続手段を開示している。
しかしながら、特許文献1が開示する熱交換器用の接続手段は、特別に設計および製造されたコネクタ、シール部材、およびシート状のパッキンから形成されたものであるため、製造コストがかかるという問題がある。また、内圧がかかった場合にシール部材の圧縮状態を維持するためには、ネジによる締め込みが必要である。そのため、ネジを配置するための空間が必要となり、小型化には限界がある。
本開示は、上記のような問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、耐圧性能を確保しつつ製造コストを抑えた省スペースな熱交換器、及びこの熱交換器を備えた空気調和機の室内機を提供することを目的としている。
本開示に係る熱交換器は、熱媒体が流れる伝熱配管と、伝熱配管が接続され、熱源側からの配管が接続される接続口と、接続口と伝熱配管とを連通させる熱媒体の流路とが形成されたヘッダと、を備える。ヘッダは、伝熱配管が挿通された挿通孔、および、挿通孔の周囲に形成され伝熱配管との間に第1シール部材が圧入された第1シール部材設置溝、が形成された第1部材と、接続口、流路を形成する溝部、および、第1部材を収容する収容凹部、が形成された第2部材と、を有する。挿通孔に挿通された伝熱配管の端部には、第1シール部材の抜け落ちを防止するための拡径部が形成されている。
本開示によれば、第1部材と、第1部材を収容する第2部材とを備えるヘッダに伝熱配管が挿通されており、この伝熱配管の端部に形成された拡径部によりヘッダと伝熱配管との間に圧入された第1シール部材の抜け落ちを防止できる。このように簡単な部品構成とすることができ、耐圧性能を確保しつつ製造コストの低減と省スペース化を図ることができる。
以下、本開示の好適な実施の形態に係る熱交換器及び空気調和機の室内機について、図面を参照しながら説明する。各実施の形態を説明するにあたり、図1に示すように、水平方向に延びるX軸及びY軸と、X軸及びY軸に直交し鉛直方向に延びるZ軸とを規定した直交座標系を適宜参照する。なお、XY平面は室内の天井に平行であり、+Z方向は上方、-Z方向は下方である。
(実施の形態1)
図1に示すように、空気調和機1は、屋外に設けられた室外機2と、室内の天井に埋め込まれ内部に熱交換器10と送風機11とが設置された室内機3と、室外機2と室内機3とに熱媒体配管5を介して接続された中継器4とを有している。この空気調和機1は、いわゆるビル用マルチエアコンである。なお、図1において、熱媒体を室外機2と室内機3との間で循環させるための複数の配管を、1本の熱媒体配管5で概略的に示している。
図1に示すように、空気調和機1は、屋外に設けられた室外機2と、室内の天井に埋め込まれ内部に熱交換器10と送風機11とが設置された室内機3と、室外機2と室内機3とに熱媒体配管5を介して接続された中継器4とを有している。この空気調和機1は、いわゆるビル用マルチエアコンである。なお、図1において、熱媒体を室外機2と室内機3との間で循環させるための複数の配管を、1本の熱媒体配管5で概略的に示している。
室内機3に設けられた熱交換器10には、熱源機である室外機2において生成された温熱又は冷熱が、中継器4を介して供給される。熱交換器10は、内部を流れる熱媒体と室内の空気との間で熱交換することで室内を温度調節する。
送風機11は、室内機3の中央に配置され、四方が熱交換器10に囲まれている。送風機11は、例えば、ターボファンであり、四方に向けて室内の空気を送ることで、熱交換器10による熱交換を促す。
熱交換器10は、図2に示すように、熱媒体が流入する流入口21と流出する流出口22とが形成されたヘッダ80と、両端部がヘッダ80に接続された複数の伝熱配管60と、伝熱配管60に取り付けられた複数枚のフィン70とを備えている。熱交換器10は、折り曲げられ、Z軸方向からみると四角状の形状を有している。なお、図1~図4において、複数枚のフィン70を、一つのまとまりとして概略的に示しており、屈曲して四角形状をなした壁体のごとく図示している。なお、図2においては、1枚のフィン70を模式的に示している。
伝熱配管60は、例えば銅製の管であり、熱媒体が流れる流路が内部に形成されている。伝熱配管60を流れる熱媒体は、例えば水である。伝熱配管60は、図3に示すように、ヘッダ80に接続され熱媒体が流入する流入端部としての始端61と、ヘッダ80に接続され熱媒体が流出する流出端部としての終端62とを有する。伝熱配管60の始端61と終端62とは同一のフィン70から突出しており、始端61と終端62の中間部には折り返し部63が設けられている。始端61と折り返し部63との間の範囲、及び終端62と折り返し部63との間の範囲は四角形状に折り曲げられており、始端61、終端62及び折り返し部63は、この四角形状の同じ一隅に位置している。伝熱配管60は、主にX軸およびY軸に平行な方向に延設している。
フィン70は、空気との接触面積を大きくすることで、熱交換効率を高めるための平板状の部材である。複数枚のフィン70は、伝熱配管60に取り付けられており、図2に示すように、伝熱配管60の延設方向に直交して取り付けられている。フィン70の材質は、例えば、アルミ板の表面にろう材が圧延接合されたクラッド材である。
ヘッダ80は、図3に示すように、第1部材40及び第2部材50を有している。第2部材50は、第1接合部材20と第2接合部材30とが接合されることにより形成されている。
第1接合部材20は、例えば耐熱温度が150度以上の合成樹脂製で、Z軸方向に長手方向を有する矩形状の平板状部23と、平板状部23の-Y方向を向いた一方の面に設けられた円筒状の流入口21及び流出口22とを有している。流入口21は、図1に示す室外機2から室内機3へと熱媒体を流す熱媒体配管5が接続される接続口である。一方、流出口22は、図1に示す室内機3から室外機2へと熱媒体を流す熱媒体配管5が接続される接続口である。平板状部23の一方の面における上部及び下部には、図5Aに示すように、抜け止め部材51を装着するための切り欠き23aが形成されている。また、平板状部23の他方の面には、図4に示すように、Z軸方向に延びX軸方向に並んだ流入溝23b及び流出溝23cが形成されている。流入口21に形成された流入孔21aは、平板状部23を貫通して流入溝23bにまで到達している。また、流出口22に形成された流出孔22aは、平板状部23を貫通して流出溝23cにまで到達している。流入溝23bは、流入口21から流入した熱媒体を各伝熱配管60に分配するための流入流路を形成する。このように、流入溝23bにより形成された流路は、流入口21と伝熱配管60とを連通させる。また、流出溝23cは、各伝熱配管60から流出してきた熱媒体を合流させて流出口22に導く流路を形成する。このように、流出溝23cにより形成された流出流路は、流出口22と伝熱配管60とを連通させる。
第2接合部材30は、例えば耐熱温度が150度以上の合成樹脂製で、Z軸方向に長手方向を有する矩形の形状を有している。第2接合部材30は、熱溶着により第1接合部材20に接合される。第2接合部材30の+Y方向を向いた面には、第1部材40を収容するための矩形状の収容凹部30aと、伝熱配管60の終端62から流出した熱媒体を別の伝熱配管60の始端61へと導くための折り返し凹部30bが形成されている。収容凹部30aは、図4、図7に示すように、第1部材40と合致する凹部であり、その深さは第1部材40の厚みと同程度である。また、折り返し凹部30bは楕円状であり、図7に示すように有底であることから、伝熱配管60の終端62から流出してきた熱媒体を、第2接合部材30内で折り返すことができる。
また、第2接合部材30には、図3に示すように、Z軸方向に配列された複数の流入用貫通孔30cと、同じくZ軸方向に配列された複数の流出用貫通孔30dとが形成されている。流出用貫通孔30dは、流入用貫通孔30cよりも+X側に形成されている。流入用貫通孔30cは、図4に示す流入溝23bにより形成された流入流路と、図3に示す伝熱配管60の始端61とを連通させる貫通孔である。これにより、流入口21から流れ込み、流入溝23bにより形成された流入流路で分配された熱媒体を、伝熱配管60に始端61から流入させることができる。また、流出用貫通孔30dは、図4に示す流出溝23cにより形成された流出流路と、図3に示す伝熱配管60の終端62とを連通させる貫通孔である。これにより、伝熱配管60から流出した熱媒体を、流出溝23cにより形成された流出流路で合流させて流出口22から流出させることができる。
第1部材40は、例えば耐熱温度が150度以上の合成樹脂製で、Z軸方向に長手方向を有する矩形状の板状部材から形成されている。第1部材40は前述したように、第2接合部材30に形成された図4に示す収容凹部30aに合致する形状及び大きさで形成されている。第1部材40には、図3に示すように、伝熱配管60の始端61と終端62とが挿通される計20個の挿通孔40aが形成されている。
また第1部材40には、図7の拡大図に示すように、第2接合部材30側を向いた面から段落ちした第2シール部材設置溝40bが、外縁一周にわたって形成されている。すなわち、第2シール部材設置溝40bは、第1平板部41に第1平板部41よりも小さな第2平板部42が-Y方向を向いた面に重ねられることにより形成された溝部である。この第2シール部材設置溝40bには、図7に示す第2シール部材としての第2シール部材75が装着される。第2シール部材75は、例えば耐熱温度が150度以上のOリングである。第2シール部材75は、第1部材40が第2接合部材30の収容凹部30aに収容されることで、図6の拡大図に示すように第2接合部材30と第1部材40との間で圧縮される。このとき、第2シール部材75は、第2接合部材30に形成された収容凹部30aの内周面31と、第1部材40の第2シール部材設置溝40bの外周面43との間で挟まれる。内周面31と外周面43とは対向しており、それぞれY軸方向に平行である。このように圧縮された第2シール部材75により、第2接合部材30と第1部材40の外縁との間の水密性を確保することができる。
次に、図8を参照して、第1部材40に形成された挿通孔40aと、この挿通孔40aに挿通された伝熱配管60との接続部について説明する。なお、図6及び図7においては、この接続部の構造詳細については図示を省略している。第1部材40に形成された挿通孔40aは、+Y方向に凹んだ凹部の中心に位置している。この凹部は、挿通孔40aに伝熱配管60が挿通された際に、第1シール部材としての第1シール部材45が設置される第1シール部材設置溝40cである。第1シール部材設置溝40cは、複数の挿通孔40aのそれぞれに対応して形成されており、伝熱配管60が挿通孔40aに挿通された後に第1シール部材45が圧入される。第1シール部材45は、例えば耐熱温度が150度以上のOリングである。これにより、第1シール部材45は、第1部材40の第1シール部材設置溝40cの内周面44と、伝熱配管60の外周面との間で圧縮される。第1部材40の内周面44と、伝熱配管60の外周面とは対向しており、Y軸方向に平行である。このように圧縮された第1シール部材45により、伝熱配管60と第1部材40との間の水密性が確保される。なお、挿通孔40aに挿通された伝熱配管60の端部には、フレア拡管された拡管部60bが形成されている。拡管部60bは伝熱配管60の外径が拡径した拡径部として、第1シール部材設置溝40cに圧入された第1シール部材45の抜け落ちを防止する。
ヘッダ80は、図5Bに示すように、第1部材40を内部に収容する第2部材50に、Z方向における両端部すなわち上下2箇所に抜け止め部材51が装着されることで形成されている。抜け止め部材51は溝形状の断面形状を有しており、第2部材50と第2部材50に収容された第1部材40とを挟み込むことで、第1部材40が第2部材50から外れるのを防止する。
次に、ヘッダ80の組み立て手順について説明する。まず、図3に示すように、フィン70が取り付けられた複数本の伝熱配管60に第1部材40を取り付ける。第1部材40の挿通孔40aは、伝熱配管60の端部にそれぞれ対応して形成されていることから、図9Aに示すように、第1部材40の挿通孔40aに、対応する全ての伝熱配管60を挿通する。
続いて、図9Bに示すように、伝熱配管60の周囲に形成されている第1シール部材設置溝40cに、第1シール部材45を圧入する。第1シール部材45は、例えばOリングである。
続いて、挿通孔40aに挿通させた伝熱配管60の端部を強制的に拡げ、図8に示す拡管部60bを形成する。これにより、第1シール部材設置溝40cに設置された第1シール部材45の抜け落ちが防止される。
続いて、図7に示す第1部材40に形成された第2シール部材設置溝40bに、第2シール部材75を装着する。第2シール部材75は、例えばOリングである。
続いて、第1接合部材20と第2接合部材30とを熱溶着して一体化させる。
続いて、第2シール部材75を装着した第1部材40を、第2接合部材30に形成された収容凹部30aに収容する。
最後に、抜け止め部材51を装着して、第1部材40と第2部材50とを挟み込む。これにより、第1部材40が第2部材50から外れるのを防止する。
本実施の形態によれば、伝熱配管60の端部に形成された拡管部60bにより、第1シール部材設置溝40cから第1シール部材45が抜け落ちるのを防止することができる。これにより、ヘッダ80に内圧が作用したとしても水漏れを防止することができ、熱交換器の耐圧性能を確保することができる。また、簡単な部品構成で熱交換器の耐圧性能を確保することができ、省スペース化を図ることができる。
また、差し込まれた伝熱配管60の周囲に、凹部である第1シール部材設置溝40cを第1部材40に形成し、第1シール部材設置溝40cの内周面44と、伝熱配管60の外周面との間に第1シール部材45が圧入されている。これにより、熱媒体による内圧が伝熱配管60に作用したとしても、径方向に膨らんだ伝熱配管60によりさらに第1シール部材45が圧縮されることになり、より高い水密性を発揮させることができる。
また、Y軸に平行な第1部材40の内周面44と、伝熱配管60の外周面とにより第1シール部材45を圧縮している。このY軸方向は、図7に示すように、第2接合部材30に形成された収容凹部30aが開口する方向である。そのため、熱媒体による内圧がヘッダ80に作用すると、第1部材40は収容凹部30aから抜けようとする方向、すなわち+Y方向に向けて変形しようとする。しかしながら、この第1部材40は変形する方向は、第1部材40の内周面44と伝熱配管60の外周面とにより第1シール部材45が圧縮される方向と直交する。そのため、ヘッダ80に内圧が作用し第1部材40が変形したとしても、第1シール部材45が圧縮された状態が緩むことがなく、水密性を維持することができる。
また、第2シール部材75は、第1部材40の第2接合部材30側を向いた面から段落ちした第2シール部材設置溝40bに設置されることで、図6に示すように、第2接合部材30に形成された収容凹部30aの内周面31と、第1部材40の第2シール部材設置溝40bの外周面43との間で挟まれている。これにより、熱媒体による内圧が作用すると伝熱配管60は径方向に膨らみ、第2シール部材75はさらに外周面43によって内周面31側に押される。このようにヘッダ80に内圧が作用することで、より高い水密性を第2シール部材75に発揮させることができる。
また、第2シール部材75は、収容凹部30aの内周面31と第2シール部材設置溝40bの外周面43といったY軸に平行な面により、Y軸に直交する方向に圧縮されている。一方、熱媒体による内圧がヘッダ80に作用することにより第1部材40が変形あるいは移動しようとする方向は、前述のようにY軸に平行な方向であり、第2シール部材75に作用する圧縮力を低下させるY軸に直交する方向ではない。このように、熱媒体によりヘッダ80に内圧が作用したとしても、第2シール部材75の圧縮を緩ませることがなく、水密性を維持することができる。
また、ヘッダ80の主たる構成部品は、第1部材40と、第1接合部材20と第2接合部材30とが接合されることにより形成された第2部材50であり、従来の熱交換器の部材数よりも少ない。そのため、熱交換器10の製造コストを抑制することができる。
また、ヘッダ80の水密性を確保するための第1シール部材45及び第2シール部材75に、汎用部材であるOリングを用いることができる。これにより、熱交換器10の製造コストを抑制することができる。
また、溝形状の断面形状を有する抜け止め部材51でヘッダ80を挟み込んでいる。これにより、箱状構造を有するヘッダ80に熱媒体による内圧が作用したとしても、第1部材40が第2部材50から外れるのを防止することができる。
(実施の形態2)
次に、実施の形態2に係る熱交換器及び空気調和機の室内機について説明する。本実施の形態においては、上記の実施の形態1と共通する構成が多い。そのため、両形態で共通する構成には同じ符号を付して、重複する説明は省略する。

実施の形態1では伝熱配管60の端部に拡管部60bを形成して第1シール部材45の抜け落ちを防止したが、実施の形態2では、図10に示すように、伝熱配管160の端部に局所的に拡径した拡径部であるビード160aを形成することで、第1シール部材45の抜け落ちを防止している。ビード160aは、伝熱配管160を局所的に拡管パンチで押し広げながら座屈させることにより形成されている。
実施の形態2の構成によれば、伝熱配管の端部を拡管するための拡管機を用意することなく、他の金属加工方法を用いて、第1シール部材45の抜け落ちを防止することができる。また、伝熱配管に拡径部を形成するために、例えばディンプル付け加工により管壁を径増加方向に飛び出させる加工を施してもよい。このように、第1シール部材45の抜け落ちを防止するための加工方法を、複数の中から選択することができ、熱交換器の生産性を高めることができる。なお、その他の効果については、上記実施の形態1と同様である。
(実施の形態3)
また、上記実施の形態では、第1部材40及び第2部材50は合成樹脂製であると説明したが、その他の材料から形成してもよい。実施の形態3に係る熱交換器において、図3に示す伝熱配管60は銅製とし、第2部材50を形成する第1接合部材20及び第2接合部材30は合成樹脂製とし、第1部材40は黄銅製としている。
また、上記実施の形態では、第1部材40及び第2部材50は合成樹脂製であると説明したが、その他の材料から形成してもよい。実施の形態3に係る熱交換器において、図3に示す伝熱配管60は銅製とし、第2部材50を形成する第1接合部材20及び第2接合部材30は合成樹脂製とし、第1部材40は黄銅製としている。
実施の形態3の構成によれば、第1部材40の材料に伝熱配管60の材料である銅に近い黄銅を用いることで、熱媒体に水を用いた場合であっても、伝熱配管60及びヘッダ80の腐食が抑制される。そのため、ヘッダ80の腐食に由来する水漏れ、及び内圧負荷時のヘッダ80の破損を防ぐことができる。
また、第1部材40を黄銅製としているため、銅製の伝熱配管60とろう接合をすることができ、伝熱配管60と第1部材40との接続方法の選択肢が増える。これにより、熱交換器の生産性を向上させ、かつ伝熱配管60と第1部材40との接合部からの水漏れ、及び内圧負荷時におけるヘッダ80の破損を防ぐ効果を高めることができる。
(実施の形態4)
実施の形態3では、ヘッダ80の部材のうち、第1部材40のみを黄銅製としたが、ヘッダ80のその他の部材も同様に黄銅製とすることができる。実施の形態4に係る熱交換器において、第1部材40だけでなく、第2部材50を形成する第1接合部材20及び第2接合部材30も黄銅製としている。
実施の形態3では、ヘッダ80の部材のうち、第1部材40のみを黄銅製としたが、ヘッダ80のその他の部材も同様に黄銅製とすることができる。実施の形態4に係る熱交換器において、第1部材40だけでなく、第2部材50を形成する第1接合部材20及び第2接合部材30も黄銅製としている。
実施の形態4の構成によれば、ヘッダ80の部品に伝熱配管60の材料である銅に近い黄銅を用いることで、熱媒体として水を用いた場合であっても、伝熱配管60及びヘッダ80の腐食が抑制される。
また、第2部材50を形成する第1接合部材20と第2接合部材30との接合に、ろう接合を採用することができ、ヘッダの製造方法の選択の幅が広がる。また、第1接合部材20と第2接合部材30との接合部からの水漏れ、及び内圧負荷時におけるヘッダ80の破損を防ぐ効果を高めることができる。
(実施の形態5)
次に、実施の形態5の構成について説明する。本実施の形態に係る熱交換器では、図11に示すように、第1部材140の周囲面140bに一周にわたって形成された凹形状のシール部材設置溝140aが形成され、このシール部材設置溝140aに第2シール部材としての第2シール部材175が装着されている。シール部材設置溝140aは、周囲面140bにおいて第1部材140の厚み方向における中央部に形成されている。第2シール部材175は、例えばOリングである。第2シール部材175は、第1部材140が図4に示す第2接合部材30の収容凹部30aに収容されることで、第2接合部材30と第1部材140との間で圧縮される。これにより、第2接合部材30と第1部材140の外縁との間の水密性を確保することができる。
次に、実施の形態5の構成について説明する。本実施の形態に係る熱交換器では、図11に示すように、第1部材140の周囲面140bに一周にわたって形成された凹形状のシール部材設置溝140aが形成され、このシール部材設置溝140aに第2シール部材としての第2シール部材175が装着されている。シール部材設置溝140aは、周囲面140bにおいて第1部材140の厚み方向における中央部に形成されている。第2シール部材175は、例えばOリングである。第2シール部材175は、第1部材140が図4に示す第2接合部材30の収容凹部30aに収容されることで、第2接合部材30と第1部材140との間で圧縮される。これにより、第2接合部材30と第1部材140の外縁との間の水密性を確保することができる。
実施の形態5の構成によれば、シール部材設置溝140aが第1部材140の周囲面140bに凹形状をなして形成されていることから、第2シール部材175をシール部材設置溝140aに嵌めやすい。これにより、ヘッダ80の製造が容易になり、製造コストを抑制することができる。
また、熱媒体による内圧が作用すると伝熱配管60は径方向に膨らむことで、第2シール部材175がさらに押圧される点は、図6に示す第2シール部材75と同様である。また、第2シール部材175の圧縮させる方向は、図6に示す第2シール部材75と同様に、Y軸に直交する方向であることから、熱媒体によりヘッダ80に内圧が作用したとしても、第2シール部材175の圧縮を緩ませることがない。その他の効果も、上記実施の形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
この開示は、上記実施の形態に限定されず、様々な変形及び応用が可能である。第1接合部材20において、図3に示すように図中左下に設けられた円筒状の部分を流入口21、図中右上に設けられた円筒状の部分を流出口22であると説明した。しかしながら、熱交換器において、熱媒体の流れる向きを上記で説明した方向とは反対にすることも可能であり、その場合には、流入口であった箇所は流出口となり、流出口であった箇所は流入口となる。
また、第2接合部材30には、図4に示すように、熱交換量の不足に対応するために2つの折り返し凹部30bが形成され、再度、熱媒体を伝熱配管60に通して2往復させていた。しかしながら、熱交換量が全流路で1往復で足りる場合には、折り返し凹部30bが形成された第2接合部材30を省略することができる。このように第2接合部材30を省略する場合には、第2接合部材30に形成されていた収容凹部30aに相当する構成を第1接合部材20に形成し、第1接合部材20に第1部材40を収容させればよい。この場合、第1接合部材が第2部材50に相当する。
また、溝形状の断面形状を有する抜け止め部材51でヘッダ80を挟みこんで、第1部材40が外れるのを防止したが、抜け止め部材はその他の態様であってもよい。例えば、ボルトを締め付けることでヘッダ80の各部材を一体化させてもよいし、クリップによりヘッダ80を挟み込んでもよい。
また、第1シール部材の抜け落ちを防止する拡径部の形成方法は上記の方法に限定されるものではなく、例えば、溶着金属を滴下して伝熱配管の外面に凸部を形成することにより拡径部を形成してもよい。また、拡管方法もフレア拡管したものに限定されず、平行拡管することにより拡径部を形成してもよい。
また、上記実施の形態の熱交換器を流れる熱媒体は水であると説明したが、他の熱媒体を採用する場合であっても上記の形態の構成を用いることができる。他の熱媒体としては、油、空気、ガス等である。
また、第1シール部材及び第2シール部材はOリングに限定されない。例えば矩形状の断面を有するゴム製のシール部材、あるいはシリコーン系のシール部材をシール部材設置溝に設置してもよい。
また、上記の各実施の形態の特徴部分を適宜組み合わせて、熱交換器及び空気調和機の室内機を構成することができる。たとえば、第1部材40を樹脂製あるいは金属製とするか、第1接合部材20及び第2接合部材30を樹脂製あるいは金属製とするか、第1シール部材45の抜け止めを行う伝熱配管60の端末部の加工を拡管加工あるいは局所的に拡管パンチで押し広げながら座屈させるといった他の加工とするか、第1部材に形成するシール部材設置溝を段差状のものあるいは凹形状のものとするか等、様々な組み合わせの中から最適なものを選択することができる。
本開示は、本開示の広義の精神と範囲を逸脱することなく、様々な実施の形態及び変形が可能とされるものである。また、上述した実施の形態は、この開示を説明するためのものであり、本開示の範囲を限定するものではない。すなわち、本開示の範囲は、実施の形態ではなく、請求の範囲によって示される。そして請求の範囲内及びそれと同等の開示の意義の範囲内で施される様々な変形が、この開示の範囲内とみなされる。

Claims (14)
- 熱媒体が流れる伝熱配管と、
前記伝熱配管が接続され、熱源側からの配管が接続される接続口と、前記接続口と前記伝熱配管とを連通させる熱媒体の流路とが形成されたヘッダと、を備え、
前記ヘッダは、
前記伝熱配管が挿通された挿通孔、および、前記挿通孔の周囲に形成され前記伝熱配管との間に第1シール部材が圧入された第1シール部材設置溝、が形成された第1部材と、
前記接続口、前記流路を形成する溝部、および、前記第1部材を収容する収容凹部、が形成された第2部材と、
を有し、
前記挿通孔に挿通された前記伝熱配管の端部には、前記第1シール部材の抜け落ちを防止するための拡径部が形成されている、
熱交換器。 - 前記拡径部は、前記伝熱配管の端部において、拡管加工、座屈によりビードを形成する加工、あるいはディンプル付け加工により形成されている、
請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間の密閉性を確保するための第2シール部材が、前記第1部材に形成された第2シール部材設置溝に設けられている、
請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2シール部材設置溝は、前記第1部材の外縁一周にわたって形成されており、前記第2部材を向いた面から段落ちして形成されている、
請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2シール部材設置溝は、前記第1部材の周囲面に一周にわたって形成された凹部である、
請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2部材に収容された前記第1部材が前記収容凹部から抜け出るのを防止する抜け止め部材をさらに備える、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記抜け止め部材は、前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを挟み込む溝形の形状を有する、
請求項6に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱配管は、折り返し部を有し、前記端部である熱媒体が流入する流入端部と熱媒体が流出する流出端部とが前記挿通孔に挿通されており、
前記第2部材には、
前記接続口として、前記熱源側から熱媒体が流入する流入口と、前記熱源側へ熱媒体が流出する流出口とが形成されており、
前記流路を形成する前記溝部として、前記流入口と前記流入端部とを連通する流入流路を形成する流入溝と、前記流出口と前記流出端部とを連通する流出流路を形成する流出溝とが形成されている、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2部材は、互いに重なり合って接合された第1接合部材と第2接合部材とを有し、
前記第1接合部材には、前記接続口と前記溝部とが形成されており、
前記第2接合部材には、前記伝熱配管の前記流入端部と前記流入流路とを連通させる流入用貫通孔と、前記伝熱配管の前記流出端部と前記流出流路とを連通させる流出用貫通孔と、前記伝熱配管の前記流出端部と前記流入端部とを連通させる折り返し凹部とが形成されている、
請求項8に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1シール部材はOリングである、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2シール部材はOリングである、

前記熱交換器に室内の空気を送り、前記伝熱配管の内部を流れる熱媒体と室内の空気との間で熱交換を促す送風機と、を備える、
