本实用新型的使用过程如下:在组装手机与手机屏幕时,需要将手机与 手机屏幕分别放置到左传送带1和右传送带2上,左传送带1和右传送带2会带动手机与手机屏幕进行移动,驱动伺服电机18带动丝轴19,使得丝轴19带动螺纹连接块17进行移动,使得滑块6在滑槽5顶部移动,就能带动支撑板7进行移动,最终使得支撑板7移动至手机屏幕的上方,在电动伸缩杆一8带动移动板9向下移动,使得移动板9带动伺服马达10与连接板11向下移动,从而使得电动吸盘14接触到手机屏幕,驱动电动吸盘14使得电动吸盘14产生强大的吸力将手机屏幕吸取起来,在通过电动伸缩杆一8回缩,使得电动吸盘14带动手机屏幕向上移动,在通过伺服电机18来带动支撑板7移动至手机上方,在电动伸缩杆一8下压,使得手机屏幕下压,从而使得手机屏幕与手机贴合,当在安装手机屏幕时,需要改变手机屏幕某一条边的朝向,可通过驱动伺服马达10,使得伺服马达10带动连接板11旋转,带动电动吸盘14与手机屏幕进行旋转,而在需要吸取手机屏幕尺寸比之前大的手机屏幕,可通过电动伸缩杆二16推动联动杆15移动,从而带动联动杆15连接的移动块13进行移动,从而使得移动块13带动电动吸盘14进行移动至合适的位置。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种自动化组装设备,其特征在于:包括左传送带(1)和右传送带(2),所述左传送带(1)和右传送带(2)相互对称,所述左传送带(1)和右传送带(2)左右两侧都转动连接有支撑架(3),两个所述支撑架(3)相反面顶部固定安装有支撑梁(4),所述支撑梁(4)顶部开设有滑槽(5);
    所述滑槽(5)内壁滑动连接有滑块(6),所述滑块(6)顶部固定安装有支撑板(7),所述支撑板(7)外壁安装有固定装置,其能带动手机屏幕进行上下移动,所述支撑板(7)背面外壁连接有移动装置,其能带动手机屏幕进行左右移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化组装设备,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括:电动伸缩杆一(8)、移动板(9)、连接板(11);
    所述电动伸缩杆一(8)有两个,两个所述电动伸缩杆一(8)外壁分别与所述支撑板(7)正面左右两侧外壁固定连接,所述电动伸缩杆一(8)底部输出端与所述移动板(9)顶部左右两侧固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动化组装设备,其特征在于,所述移动板(9)顶部固定安装有伺服马达(10),所述伺服马达(10)输出端与所述连接板(11)底部固定连接,所述连接板(11)左右两侧都对称开设有两个固定槽(12),四个所述固定槽(12)内壁都滑动连接有移动块(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动化组装设备,其特征在于,四个所述移动块(13)底部固定安装有电动吸盘(14),右侧两个所述移动块(13)顶部与左侧两个所述移动块(13)顶部都固定安装有联动杆(15),所述连接板(11)前后两侧都固定安装有电动伸缩杆二(16),两个所述电动伸缩杆二(16)输出端分别与两个所述联动杆(15)相对面固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动化组装设备,其特征在于,所述移动装置包括:伺服电机(18)、丝轴(19)、轴承座(20);
    所述伺服电机(18)左侧转动连接有丝轴(19),所述丝轴(19)左侧外壁转动连接有轴承座(20)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种自动化组装设备,其特征在于,所述支撑板(7)背面顶部固定安装有螺纹连接块(17),所述丝轴(19)外壁与所述 螺纹连接块(17)内壁螺纹连接,所述伺服电机(18)底部与所述支撑梁(4)右侧顶部外壁固定连接,所述轴承座(20)底部与所述支撑梁(4)左侧顶部外壁固定连接。
