3、该辣木籽油的制取方式及装置,通过设置的四个导向杆和四 个移动块,从而起到了有效的导向的效果,使得密封盖只能进行竖向的位移;通过设置的密封橡胶圈,密封橡胶圈与制取罐的内壁紧密贴合,起到了有效的密封效果;通过设置的第一连接杆、第二连接杆、第一套环和第二套环,从而可以在搅拌套筒转动时,对搅拌套筒起到有效的支撑效果,同时蜗杆与蜗轮具有自锁的效果,只能蜗杆带动蜗轮进行转动,蜗轮无法带动蜗杆进行转动,因此在传动电机的输出端停止转动时,蜗轮无法进行转动,进而对密封盖的位置进行固定。

实施例一:
本发明实施例公开辣木籽油的制取方式及装置。
请参照附图1-4,包括:
支撑板1,支撑板1下表面的四角处均焊接有支撑杆101,支撑板1的上表面焊接有四个导向杆102,支撑板1开设有上下贯通的固定槽;
制取罐2,制取罐2的外表面与固定槽的内壁固定连接,制取罐2的下半部分设置有圆锥形,且制取罐2的底部固定连接有排料口201,且排料口201的装配有电磁阀202,制取罐2的内部装配有搅拌套筒203,搅拌套筒203的外圆表面对称固定连接有两个搅拌杆204,制取罐2的外圆表面固定连接有四个固定块205,且固定块205固定套接在导向杆102的外表面,通过设置的四个导向杆102和四个移动块304,从而起到了有效的导向的效果;
密封盖3,密封盖3的下表面与制取罐2的底部紧密贴合,密封盖3与搅拌套筒203之间装配有驱动机构,密封盖3的顶部开设有进料口301,且密封盖3的顶部固定安装有固定箱302,固定箱302装配有移动机构,密封盖3的外圆表面固定连接有四个移动块304,且四个移动块304分别活动套接在四个导向杆102的外表面;
通过设置的驱动机构,开启驱动电机4,带动了驱动轴401和花键轴403同时进行转动,因花键轴403活动插接在花键槽402的内壁上,使得搅拌套筒203相对于第一套环和第二套环进行转动,进而搅拌套筒203、两个搅拌杆204和多个搅拌叶208进行转动,加快了辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液的混合,直至辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液混合均匀。
请参照附图4,制取罐2的内壁上固定四个第一连接杆206和四个第二连接杆207,搅拌套筒203的外表面转动连接有第一套环和第二套环,第一连接杆206和第二连接杆207的另一端分别和第一套环和第二套环的外表面固定连接,通过设置的第一连接杆206、第二连接杆207、第一套环和第二套环,从而可以在搅拌套筒203转动时,对搅拌套筒203起到有效的支撑效果。
请参照附图4,两个搅拌杆204的外表面固定连接有多个搅拌叶208,密封盖3的底部固定安装有密封橡胶圈303,且密封橡胶圈303与制取罐2的内壁紧密贴合,使得密封盖3只能进行竖向的位移;通过设置的密封橡胶圈303,密封橡胶圈303与制取罐2的内壁紧密贴合,起到了有效的密封效果。
请参照附图4-6,驱动机构包括驱动电机4,驱动电机4固定安装在固定箱302的内部,驱动电机4的输出端固定安装有驱动轴401,且驱动轴401与密封盖3轴承连接,搅拌套筒203的顶端开设有花键槽402,驱动轴401的底端固定连接有花键轴403,花键轴403活动 插接在花键槽402的内壁上。
工作原理:在搅拌时,开启驱动电机4,带动了驱动轴401和花键轴403同时进行转动,因花键轴403活动插接在花键槽402的内壁上,使得搅拌套筒203相对于第一套环和第二套环进行转动,进而搅拌套筒203、两个搅拌杆204和多个搅拌叶208进行转动,加快了辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液的混合,直至辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液混合均匀。
实施例二:
本发明实施例公开辣木籽油的制取方式及装置。
请参照附图1-4,包括:
支撑板1,支撑板1下表面的四角处均焊接有支撑杆101,支撑板1的上表面焊接有四个导向杆102,支撑板1开设有上下贯通的固定槽;
制取罐2,制取罐2的外表面与固定槽的内壁固定连接,制取罐2的下半部分设置有圆锥形,且制取罐2的底部固定连接有排料口201,且排料口201的装配有电磁阀202,制取罐2的内部装配有搅拌套筒203,搅拌套筒203的外圆表面对称固定连接有两个搅拌杆204,制取罐2的外圆表面固定连接有四个固定块205,且固定块205固定套接在导向杆102的外表面;
密封盖3,密封盖3的下表面与制取罐2的底部紧密贴合,密封盖3与搅拌套筒203之间装配有驱动机构,密封盖3的顶部开设有进 料口301,且密封盖3的顶部固定安装有固定箱302,固定箱302装配有移动机构,密封盖3的外圆表面固定连接有四个移动块304,且四个移动块304分别活动套接在四个导向杆102的外表面;
通过设置的移动机构,在将下层溶液排出时,开启传动电机505,传动电机505在工作时,其输出端带动了传动轴506和蜗杆507进行转动,因蜗杆507与蜗轮508传动连接,从而使得蜗轮508进行转动,进而带动了转动轴503和驱动齿轮504同时进行转动,又因齿条502与驱动齿轮504啮合连接,从而带动了齿条502和移动杆501同时向上移动,则拉动了密封盖3向上滑动,同时拉动花键轴403在花键槽402中向外移动,直至滑动到一定的高度,此时清晰观察到混合液的上下两层溶液,将上层液体抽出,然后将下层液体通过排料口201排出,简单方便,大大节省了制备时间,同时减少材料的浪费。
请参照附图5、附图7-8,移动机构包括十字固定条5,十字固定条5固定安装在四个导向杆102的顶端,十字固定条5几何中心处开设有上下贯通的通孔,且通孔的内壁上活动插接有移动杆501,移动杆501的底端固定安装在固定箱302的顶部,移动杆501的外圆表面竖向开设有条形槽,且条形槽的内壁上固定连接有齿条502。
请参照附图8,十字固定条5的上表面固定连接有两个轴承座,两个轴承座之间转动连接有转动轴503,转动轴503的外表面固定套接有驱动齿轮504,且齿条502与驱动齿轮504啮合连接。
请参照附图8,移动机构还包括传动电机505,传动电机505固 定安装在十字固定条5的上表面,传动电机505的输出端固定安装有传动轴506,且传动轴506的端部固定连接有蜗杆507,转动轴503其中一端穿过轴承座向外延伸,且固定套接有蜗轮508,蜗杆507与蜗轮508传动连接。
工作原理:在将下层溶液排出时,开启传动电机505,传动电机505在工作时,其输出端带动了传动轴506和蜗杆507进行转动,因蜗杆507与蜗轮508传动连接,从而使得蜗轮508进行转动,进而带动了转动轴503和驱动齿轮504同时进行转动,又因齿条502与驱动齿轮504啮合连接,从而带动了齿条502和移动杆501同时向上移动,则拉动了密封盖3向上滑动,同时拉动花键轴403在花键槽402中向外移动,直至滑动到一定的高度,此时清晰观察到混合液的上下两层溶液,将上层液体抽出,然后将下层液体通过排料口201排出,简单方便,大大节省了制备时间,同时减少材料的浪费。
同时蜗杆507与蜗轮508具有自锁的效果,只能蜗杆507带动蜗轮508进行转动,蜗轮508无法带动蜗杆507进行转动,因此在传动电机505的输出端停止转动时,蜗轮508无法进行转动,进而对密封盖3的位置进行固定。
辣木籽油的制取方式,包括以下步骤:
S1:将新鲜辣木籽烘干后去壳,然后通过加热箱进行微波加热,去除辣木籽中的水分后,通过粉碎机进行粉碎和过筛,直至达到超微粉碎的效果,得到辣木籽粉;
S2:将辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液通过进料口301投入到制取罐2中,开启驱动电机4,带动了驱动轴401和花键轴403同时进行转动,因花键轴403活动插接在花键槽402的内壁上,使得搅拌套筒203相对于第一套环和第二套环进行转动,进而搅拌套筒203、两个搅拌杆204和多个搅拌叶208进行转动,加快了辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液的混合,直至辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液混合均匀;
S3:然后开启制取罐2底部排料口201的电磁阀202,将混合液排出,然后移动至分散乳化机,经过分散乳化机进行混合液的剪切与乳化,得到辣木籽匀浆液;
S4:将辣木籽匀浆液再次通过进料口301投入到制取罐2中,并在制取罐2中加入氢氧化钠和95%乙醇,重复S2步骤,将内部溶液搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后进行静置;
S5:直至使得混合液呈现上下两层溶液,此时开启传动电机505,传动电机505在工作时,其输出端带动了传动轴506和蜗杆507进行转动,因蜗杆507与蜗轮508传动连接,从而使得蜗轮508进行转动,进而带动了转动轴503和驱动齿轮504同时进行转动,又因齿条502与驱动齿轮504啮合连接,从而带动了齿条502和移动杆501同时向上移动,则拉动了密封盖3向上滑动,同时拉动花键轴403在花键槽402中向外移动,直至滑动到一定的高度,此时清晰观察到混合液的上下两层溶液,将上层液体抽出,然后将下层液体通过排料口201排出;
S6:然后将上层液体抽出至离心机中进行离心,经过离心后溶液再次投入制取罐2中,然后开启传动电机505,使得传动电机505的输出端反向转动,重复S5中的步骤,使得密封盖3向下滑动,使得花键轴403重新插入到花键槽402中,直至使得密封盖3的下表面与制取罐2的底部紧密贴合,并将无水乙醇加入到制取罐2中,然后重复S2中的步骤再次进行搅拌,直至将内部溶液搅拌均匀即可得到辣木籽油。

Claims (8)

  1. 辣木籽油的制取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑板(1),所述支撑板(1)下表面的四角处均焊接有支撑杆(101),所述支撑板(1)的上表面焊接有四个导向杆(102),支撑板(1)开设有上下贯通的固定槽;
    制取罐(2),所述制取罐(2)的外表面与固定槽的内壁固定连接,所述制取罐(2)的下半部分设置有圆锥形,且所述制取罐(2)的底部固定连接有排料口(201),且所述排料口(201)的装配有电磁阀(202),所述制取罐(2)的内部装配有搅拌套筒(203),所述搅拌套筒(203)的外圆表面对称固定连接有两个搅拌杆(204),所述制取罐(2)的外圆表面固定连接有四个固定块(205),且所述固定块(205)固定套接在导向杆(102)的外表面;
    密封盖(3),所述密封盖(3)的下表面与制取罐(2)的底部紧密贴合,所述密封盖(3)与搅拌套筒(203)之间装配有驱动机构,所述密封盖(3)的顶部开设有进料口(301),且所述密封盖(3)的顶部固定安装有固定箱(302),所述固定箱(302)装配有移动机构,所述密封盖(3)的外圆表面固定连接有四个移动块(304),且四个所述移动块(304)分别活动套接在四个导向杆(102)的外表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的辣木籽油的制取装置,其特征在于:所述制取罐(2)的内壁上固定四个第一连接杆(206)和四个第二连接杆(207),所述搅拌套筒(203)的外表面转动连接有第一套环和第二套环,所述第一连接杆(206)和第二连接杆(207)的另一端分别和第一套环和第二套环的外表面固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的辣木籽油的制取装置,其特征在于:两个所述搅拌杆(204)的外表面固定连接有多个搅拌叶(208),所述密封盖(3)的底部固定安装有密封橡胶圈(303),且所述密封橡胶圈(303)与制取罐(2)的内壁紧密贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的辣木籽油的制取装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括驱动电机(4),所述驱动电机(4)固定安装在固定箱(302)的内部,所述驱动电机(4)的输出端固定安装有驱动轴(401),且所述驱动轴(401)与密封盖(3)轴承连接,所述搅拌套筒(203)的顶端开设有花键槽(402),所述驱动轴(401)的底端固定连接有花键轴(403),所述花键轴(403)活动插接在花键槽(402)的内壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的辣木籽油的制取装置,其特征在于:所述移动机构包括十字固定条(5),所述十字固定条(5)固定安装在四个导向杆(102)的顶端,所述十字固定条(5)几何中心处开设有上下贯通的通孔,且通孔的内壁上活动插接有移动杆(501),所述移动杆(501)的底端固定安装在固定箱(302)的顶部,所述移动杆(501)的外圆表面竖向开设有条形槽,且条形槽的内壁上固定连接有齿条(502)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的辣木籽油的制取装置,其特征在于:所述十字固定条(5)的上表面固定连接有两个轴承座,两个轴承座之间转动连接有转动轴(503),所述转动轴(503)的外表面固定套接有驱动齿轮(504),且所述齿条(502)与驱动齿轮(504)啮合连 接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的辣木籽油的制取装置,其特征在于:所述移动机构还包括传动电机(505),所述传动电机(505)固定安装在十字固定条(5)的上表面,所述传动电机(505)的输出端固定安装有传动轴(506),且所述传动轴(506)的端部固定连接有蜗杆(507),所述转动轴(503)其中一端穿过轴承座向外延伸,且固定套接有蜗轮(508),所述蜗杆(507)与蜗轮(508)传动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的辣木籽油的制取方式,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1:将新鲜辣木籽烘干后去壳,然后通过加热箱进行微波加热,去除辣木籽中的水分后,通过粉碎机进行粉碎和过筛,直至达到超微粉碎的效果,得到辣木籽粉;
    S2:将辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液通过进料口(301)投入到制取罐(2)中,开启驱动电机(4),带动了驱动轴(401)和花键轴(403)同时进行转动,因花键轴(403)活动插接在花键槽(402)的内壁上,使得搅拌套筒(203)相对于第一套环和第二套环进行转动,进而搅拌套筒(203)、两个搅拌杆(204)和多个搅拌叶(208)进行转动,加快了辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液的混合,直至辣木籽粉料与柠檬酸水溶液混合均匀;
    S3:然后开启制取罐(2)底部排料口(201)的电磁阀(202),将混合液排出,然后移动至分散乳化机,经过分散乳化机进行混合液的剪切与乳化,得到辣木籽匀浆液;
    S4:将辣木籽匀浆液再次通过进料口(301)投入到制取罐(2)中,并在制取罐(2)中加入氢氧化钠和95%乙醇,重复S2步骤,将内部溶液搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后进行静置;
    S5:直至使得混合液呈现上下两层溶液,此时开启传动电机(505),传动电机(505)在工作时,其输出端带动了传动轴(506)和蜗杆(507)进行转动,因蜗杆(507)与蜗轮(508)传动连接,从而使得蜗轮(508)进行转动,进而带动了转动轴(503)和驱动齿轮(504)同时进行转动,又因齿条(502)与驱动齿轮(504)啮合连接,从而带动了齿条(502)和移动杆(501)同时向上移动,则拉动了密封盖(3)向上滑动,同时拉动花键轴(403)在花键槽(402)中向外移动,直至滑动到一定的高度,此时清晰观察到混合液的上下两层溶液,将上层液体抽出,然后将下层液体通过排料口(201)排出;
    S6:然后将上层液体抽出至离心机中进行离心,经过离心后溶液再次投入制取罐(2)中,然后开启传动电机(505),使得传动电机(505)的输出端反向转动,重复S5中的步骤,使得密封盖(3)向下滑动,使得花键轴(403)重新插入到花键槽(402)中,直至使得密封盖(3)的下表面与制取罐(2)的底部紧密贴合,并将无水乙醇加入到制取罐(2)中,然后重复S2中的步骤再次进行搅拌,直至将内部溶液搅拌均匀即可得到辣木籽油。
