首先是实现泡罩枕包装盒的包装方式:如图1所示,本发明将泡罩包装机1与出料格栅输送装置2输送衔接(即泡罩包装机1将泡罩板输送到出料格栅输送装置2上),出料格栅输送装置2的一侧并排设有枕包输送链装置3(枕包输送链装置3也是格栅输送装置的一种,只是格栅只有一排),在出料格栅输送装置2的上方设有泡罩板移送装置4(如图2所示,泡罩板移送装置4具有能吸住泡罩板的泡罩真空吸嘴40,为现有技术),泡罩板移送装置4能将出料格栅输送装置2上的泡罩板移送到枕包输送链装置3上,该枕包输送链装置3与枕式包装机6输送衔接,枕包输送链装置3将泡罩板输送到枕式包装机6,枕式包装机6将泡罩板包装在包装膜内,形成枕包袋,枕式包装机6的输出端与枕包格栅输送装置8输送连接,从枕式包装机6的输出端出来的枕包袋就进入到枕包格栅输送装置8,由枕包格栅输送装置8继续输送,在枕包格栅输送装置8的一侧设有装盒输送链装置10(装盒输送链装置10也是格栅输送装置的一种,只是格栅只有一排),在装盒输送链装置10的上方设有物料移送装置9(如图3所示,物料移送装置9具有能吸住泡罩板或者枕包袋的物料真空吸嘴90,为现有技术),物料移送装置9能将枕包格栅输送装置8上的枕包袋移送到装盒输送链装置10上(能实现跟踪多包堆叠),装盒输送链装置10与装盒机11输送衔接,装盒输送链装置10就将枕包袋输送到装盒机11,装盒机11就将枕包袋装入纸盒中。通过上述结构,能实现泡罩枕包装盒的包装方式。
其次是实现泡罩装盒包装的包装方式:如图1所示,在出料格栅输送装置2的另一侧设有过渡格栅输送装置5,泡罩板移送装置4能将出料格栅输送装置2上的泡罩板移送到过渡格栅输送装置5上,该过渡格栅输送装置5延伸至装盒输送链装置10的一侧,装盒输送链装置10就位于过渡格栅输送装置5与枕包格栅输送装置8之间,物料移送装置9能将过渡格栅输送装置5上的泡罩板移送到装盒输送链装置10上(能实现跟踪多板堆叠),装盒输送链装置10就将泡罩板输送到装盒机11,装盒机11就将泡罩板装入纸盒中。通过上述结构,能实现泡罩装盒的包装方式。
这种高速双线泡罩枕包装盒一体机占地空间较少,用户可以根据需求,自行在泡罩装盒包装与泡罩枕包装盒包装之间切换,十分方便灵活。
如图1所示,由于枕式包装机6对于物料之间的间距与装盒机11对于物料之间的间距要求不同,因此,枕包输送链装置3的格栅间距与装盒输送链装置10的格栅间距不同,由于过渡格栅输送装置5需要将泡罩板移送到装盒输送链装置10上,因此过渡格栅输送装置5的格栅间距要与装盒输送链装置10的格栅间距一致,也就是说,在正常情况下,枕包输送链装置3的格栅间距与过渡格栅输送装置5的格栅间距是不一致的,在这种情况下,切换不同包装方式时,就必须要更换泡罩板移送装置4的吸取机构,让吸取机构上的泡罩真空吸嘴间距与之相匹配,这样会十分不便。
为了解决上述问题,如图4所示,本发明的过渡格栅输送装置5由第一格栅输送装置50与第二格栅输送装置51组成(两者的格栅间距不同),第一格栅输送装置50与第二格栅输送装置51之间具有衔接斜坡52,衔接斜坡52的高点与第一格栅输送装置50衔接,而衔接斜坡52的低点与第二格栅输送装置51衔接,另外第一格栅输送装置50与第二格栅输送装置51均由独立电机驱动,通过对应的独立电机控制第一格栅输送装置50与第二格栅输送装置51工作,让第一格栅输送装置50移动一个格栅间距的时间与第二格栅输送装置51移动一个格栅间距的时间相等,这样第一格栅输送装置50上一个格栅内的泡罩板就通过衔接斜坡52滑落到第二格栅输送装置51上的一个格栅内;当然,第一格栅输送装置50要与出料格栅输送装置2并排,并且第一格栅输送装置50的格栅间距与枕包输送链装置3的格栅间距相等,而第二格栅输送装置51与装盒输送链装置10并排,并且第二格栅输送装置51的格栅间距与装盒输送链装置10的格栅间距相等。
通过上述结构,只需一种泡罩板移送装置4就能满足两种模式泡罩板的移送要求,不需要更换泡罩板移送装置4的吸取机构。过渡格栅输送装置5分两段的另外一个好处是,每段传动链会更短(格栅板就安装在传动链上),传动链运行会更加稳定,同时更加便于机器的运输(过渡格栅输送装置5很长的话就无法装车)。当然,如果过渡格栅输送装置5 分成两段后还是太长的话,可以将第二格栅输送装置51再分成两段,这样过渡格栅输送装置5就分成一段第一格栅输送装置50与两段第二格栅输送装置51,这样基本上能满足装车要求。需要说明的是,不管过渡格栅输送装置5分成几段,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图3所示,枕式包装机6的输出端是一条输送带60,枕式包装机6就通过输送带60将枕包袋输送出来,输送带60上的枕包袋可以直接落到枕包格栅输送装置8的格栅内,不过枕式包装机6出来的枕包袋是横向排列的,而装盒机11的进料要求纵向排列,因此最好是让输送带60上的枕包袋旋转90°后落到枕包格栅输送装置8,这样物料移送装置9就能直接将枕包格栅输送装置8上物料移送到装盒输送链装置10上。为此,本发明将枕式包装机6的输出端通过旋转移送机械手7与枕包格栅输送装置8输送衔接,旋转移送机械手7可以将枕式包装机6的输送带60上的枕包袋旋转90°移送到枕包格栅输送装置8上。旋转移送机械手7为现有技术,其结构这里不再赘述。当然,也可以不采用旋转移送机械手7,而是让物料移送装置9吸住枕包袋实现旋转,不过需要采用更加复杂的物料移送装置9。不管是采用何种方式,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图3所示,物料移送装置9包括有机械手91与吸取机构,吸取机构包括有吸嘴座92与多个物料真空吸嘴90,物料真空吸嘴90安装在吸嘴座92上。而如上面所述,物料移送装置9既要满足从枕包格栅输送装置8到装盒输送链装置10的枕包袋移送,又要满足从过渡格栅输送装置5到装盒输送链装置10的泡罩板移送,由于枕包袋是一排输送,而泡罩板是多排输送,因此当需要切换到其中一种包装方式时,物料移送装置9的吸取机构就要更换。为了能实现快速更换,本发明在吸嘴座92上连接有连接座,连接座具有连接槽,另外连接座上连接有定位销,机械手91上连接有连接块,该连接块上具有销孔,连接块设于连接座的连接槽内,定位销可销入连接块的销孔内。更换时,只要将机械手91上的连接块卡在连接座的连接槽内,然后将定位销销入连接块上的销孔内即可,十分方便快捷。
最后值得一提的是,泡罩板移送装置4移送泡罩板时可以实现跟踪多板堆叠,然而由于需要跟踪的枕包输送链装置3或者过渡格栅输送装置5都是处于出料格栅输送装置2的两侧边,所以就需要保证泡罩板移送装置4处于合适的位置点,当需要跟踪枕包输送链装置3时,就要保证泡罩板移送装置4处于出料格栅输送装置2与枕包输送链装置3之间的上方位置;当需要跟踪过渡格栅输送装置5时,就需要保证泡罩板移送装置4处于出料格栅输送装置2与过渡格栅输送装置5之间的上方位置。为此,本发明在泡罩板移送装置4的上方设有导轨41,而泡罩板移送装置4通过滑座可滑动设置导轨41上,通过滑动滑座,就可以让泡罩板移送装置4移动到出料格栅输送装置2与过渡格栅输送装置5之间的上方或者移动到出料格栅输送装置2与枕包输送链装置3之间的上方,从而满足不同包装方式下的泡罩板移送跟踪堆叠。

Claims (5)

  1. 高速双线泡罩枕包装盒一体机,包括有泡罩包装机(1)、枕式包装机(6)以及装盒机(11),所述泡罩包装机(1)与出料格栅输送装置(2)输送衔接,所述出料格栅输送装置(2)的一侧并排设有枕包输送链装置(3),所述枕包输送链装置(3)与枕式包装机(6)输送衔接,其特征在于:所述枕式包装机(6)的输出端与枕包格栅输送装置(8)输送衔接,所述枕包格栅输送装置(8)的一侧设有装盒输送链装置(10),所述装盒输送链装置(10)与装盒机(11)输送衔接;所述出料格栅输送装置(2)的另一侧设有过渡格栅输送装置(5),所述过渡格栅输送装置(5)延伸至装盒输送链装置(10)的一侧,所述装盒输送链装置(10)位于过渡格栅输送装置(5)与枕包格栅输送装置(8)之间;所述出料格栅输送装置(2)的上方设有用于将出料格栅输送装置(2)上的泡罩板移送到枕包输送链装置(3)上或者移送到过渡格栅输送装置(5)上的泡罩板移送装置(4),所述泡罩板移送装置(4)具有泡罩真空吸嘴(40);所述装盒输送链装置(10)的上方设有用于将过渡格栅输送装置(5)上的泡罩板或者枕包格栅输送装置(8)上的枕包袋移送到装盒输送链装置(10)上的物料移送装置(9),所述物料移送装置(9)具有物料真空吸嘴(90)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高速双线泡罩枕包装盒一体机,其特征在于:所述过渡格栅输送装置(5)由第一格栅输送装置(50)与第二格栅输送装置(51)组成,所述第一格栅输送装置(50)与第二格栅输送装置(51)之间具有衔接斜坡(52),所述衔接斜坡(52)的高点与第一格栅输送装置(50)衔接,所述衔接斜坡(52)的低点与第二格栅输送装置(51)衔接,第一格栅输送装置(50)与第二格栅输送装置(51)均由独立电机驱动,所述第一格栅输送装置(50)与出料格栅输送装置(2)并排,并且第一格栅输送装置(50)的格栅间距与枕包输送链装置(3)的格栅间距相等,所述第二格栅输送装置(51)与装盒输送链装置(10)并排,并且第二格栅输送装置(51)的格栅间距与装盒输送链装置(10)的格栅间距相等。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高速双线泡罩枕包装盒一体机,其特征在于:所述枕式包装机(6)的输出端通过旋转移送机械手(7)与枕包格栅输送装置(8)输送衔接,所述旋转移送机械手(7)可以将枕式包装机(6)输出端上的枕包袋旋转90°移送到枕包格栅输送装置(8)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高速双线泡罩枕包装盒一体机,其特征在于:所述物料移送装置(9)包括有机械手(91)与吸取机构,所述吸取机构包括有吸嘴座(92)与多个物料真空吸嘴(90),所述物料真空吸嘴(90)安装在吸嘴座(92)上,所述吸嘴座(92)上连接有连接座,所述连接座具有连接槽,所述连接座上连接有定位销,所述机械手(91)上连接有连接块,所述连接块上具有销孔,所述连接块设于连接座的连接槽内,所述定位销可销入连接块的销孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高速双线泡罩枕包装盒一体机,其特征在于:所述泡罩板移送装置(4)的上方设有导轨(41),所述泡罩板移送装置(4)通过滑座可滑动设置导轨(41)上,所述泡罩板移送装置(4)可移动到出料格栅输送装置(2)与过渡格栅输送装置(5)之间的上方或者移动到出料格栅输送装置(2)与枕包输送链装置(3)之间的上方。
