可选地,本发明实施例一种尾梁还包括第一垫块组15及第二垫块组,第二垫块组与第一垫块组15结构相同,第二垫块组与第一垫块组15相互对称设置,其中第一垫块组15包括两垫块单元,两垫块单元均为长方形薄板,两垫块单元均连接于主梁盖板内壁的一端部,两垫块单元相互平行,两垫块单元端部相互平齐。具体地,两垫块单元均通过坡口焊与主梁盖板相互焊接。由于第一垫块组15及第二垫块组的设置,安装调平支腿后,第一垫块组15及第二垫块组与调平支腿直接接触,将调平支腿上的载荷传递至主梁盖板及上筋板组,防止装填运输物过程中调平支腿上载荷过大造成损坏,另一方面调平支腿上开设有与垫块单元相适应的导向槽,在安装过程中垫块单元对调平支腿具有导向 作用,保证调平支腿安装准确。
可选地,本发明实施例一种尾梁还包括第一限位块24及第二限位块,第一限位块24与第二限位块结构相同,第一限位块24与第二限位块在主梁11上的位置相互对称,其中第一限位块24为连接于主梁底板外侧一端部的凸块,第一限位块24突出于主梁11的“口”字形端部外,具体地,第一限位块24与主梁底板相互焊接。如图6所示,尾梁上的第一限位块24与支腿31上的支腿限位块311配合,在支腿31向尾梁中安装的过程中支腿限位块311与第一限位块24相互接触时,支腿31安装到位,第一限位块24起到定位及限位的作用。
可选地,本发明实施例一种尾梁还包括第一主梁立板16及第二主梁立板,第一主梁立板16设置于主梁11内腔,第一主梁立板16边缘与主梁盖板、主梁底板及两主梁侧板相连接,第一主梁立板16的靠近主梁11端口的侧面上连接有支腿回收座171,第二主梁立板与第一主梁立板16结构相同,第二主梁立板与第一主梁立板16相互对称设置。具体地,第一主梁立板16边缘与主梁盖板、主梁底板及两主梁侧板相互焊接,支腿回收座171与第一主梁立板16相互焊接。第一主梁立板16的设置,增大主梁11的强度,支腿回收座171的设置便于将调平支腿收回。
可选地,本发明实施例一种尾梁还包括第一下筋板组17、第二下筋板组、第一下加强板18、第二下加强板、第一下贴板19及第二下贴板,第一下筋板组17包括三个下筋板单元,三个下筋板单元为三个弯折板,第一下加强板18连接于主梁底板的外壁,第一下加强板18与主梁底板相互贴合,三个下筋板单元的边缘连接于第一下加强板18及一个主梁侧板上,三个下筋板单元相互平行并且相互间隔,第一下贴板19连接于主梁底板的外壁,第一下贴板19与主梁底板相互贴合,第一下贴板19一端连接于三个下筋板单元最里侧的下筋板单元外侧,第一下筋板组17与第二下筋板组结构相同,第一下筋板组17与第二下筋板组在主梁11上的位置相互对称,第一下加强板18与第二下加强板结构相同,第一下加强板18与第二下加强板在主梁11上的位置相互对称,第 一下贴板19与第二下贴板结构相同,第一下贴板19与第二下贴板在主梁11上的位置相互对称。具体地,第一下加强板18与主梁底板通过塞焊相互焊接,三个下筋板单元与第一下加强板18通过坡口焊相互焊接,三个下筋板单元与主梁侧板通过角缝焊焊接在一起,第一下贴板19分别通过坡口焊和角缝焊与主梁底板、下筋板单元相互焊接。第一下加强板18、第二下加强板承载了调平支腿下部传递至主梁底板的载荷,第一下筋板组17、第二下筋板组、第一下加强板18及第二下加强板的设置,增强了主梁底部的结构强度,第一下贴板19、第二下贴板的设置,避免主梁底板产生应力突变。
可选地,本发明实施例一种尾梁还包括支耳连接杆21、水平仪托架22及检修托架23,支耳连接杆21连接于第一支耳组12及第二支耳组的两个相互靠近第一立板124及第二立板之间,检修托架23设置于支耳连接杆21上,水平仪托架22设置于主梁侧板外壁上,水平仪托架22表面平行于水平面。具体地,支耳连接杆21与第一立板124、第二立板相互焊接,检修托架23与支耳连接杆21相互焊接,水平仪托架22与主梁11相互焊接。水平仪托架22的设置,保证装填过程开始前尾梁的水平和装填过程中装填物与地面的垂直;检修托架23的设置便于在装填前解锁装填物固定锁并且检修装填物在装填前的产品状态。

工业实用性
本发明实施例的尾梁包括主梁及第一支耳组、第二支耳组,第一支耳组包括一对第一支耳,一对第一支耳的支耳孔处均设置有回转轴承,第一支耳组及第二支耳组均连接于主梁上,一对第一支耳与主梁之间留有间距,第一支耳组、第二支耳组相对于主梁沿长度方向的中点相互对称。本发明实施例的尾梁在向 挂车上装填运输物时,能够以两支耳组作为支撑回转点,装填过程更方便,并且由于两支耳组与主梁之间留有间距,在装填运输物的过程中不与车架产生干涉,具有很好的应用推广价值,并且能够批量生产制造。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种尾梁,其特征在于:包括主梁(11)及第一支耳组(12)、第二支耳组(13),所述主梁(11)沿长度方向的两端用于连接外部调平支腿,所述第一支耳组(12)、所述第二支耳组(13)的结构相同,其中,所述第一支耳组(12)包括一对第一支耳(121),所述一对第一支耳(121)的支耳孔处均设置有回转轴承(125),所述第一支耳组(12)及所述第二支耳组(13)均连接于所述主梁(11)上,所述一对第一支耳(121)与所述主梁(11)之间留有间距,所述第一支耳组(12)、所述第二支耳组(13)相对于所述主梁(11)沿长度方向的中点相互对称,所述第一支耳组(12)、所述第二支耳组(13)均与所述主梁(11)相互垂直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的尾梁,其特征在于:所述第一支耳组(12)还包括第一安装板(122)、第一连接板(123)、第一顶板、第一底板及两第一立板(124),所述第一顶板、所述第一底板及所述两第一立板(124)相互连接形成“口”字形结构,所述两第一立板(124)一端与所述一对第一支耳(121)相连接,所述两第一立板(124)另一端连接于所述主梁(11)的侧壁上,所述第一连接板(123)连接于所述一对第一支耳(121)之间,所述第一安装板(122)一端连接于所述第一底板的远离所述第一支耳(121)的一端,所述第一安装板(122)另一端连接于所述主梁(11)的底面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的尾梁,其特征在于:所述主梁(11)沿长度方向的两端的高度高于中间的高度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的尾梁,其特征在于:所述主梁(11)包括主梁盖板、主梁底板及两主梁侧板,所述主梁盖板、所述主梁底板及所述两主梁侧板形成“口”字型结构,所述主梁(11)两端形成“口”字型端口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的尾梁,其特征在于:所述两主梁侧板上分别连接有液压绞盘接口(111)及电缆绞盘接口(112)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的尾梁,其特征在于:还包括两门型板(131), 所述两门型板(131)分别连接于所述主梁(11)的两端部,所述门型板(131)的豁口与所述主梁(11)的“口”字型端口平齐,所述两门型板(131)顶部均高于所述主梁盖板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的尾梁,其特征在于:还包括第一上筋板组(14)及第二上筋板组,所述第一上筋板组(14)与所述第二上筋板组结构相同,所述第一上筋板组(14)及所述第二上筋板组在所述主梁(11)上对称设置,其中,所述第一上筋板组(14)包括两上筋板单元,所述两上筋板单元结构相同,所述两上筋板单元均连接于所述门型板(131)的高出所述主梁盖板的部分及所述主梁盖板上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的尾梁,其特征在于:所述两上筋板单元均为一端较宽、一端较窄的薄板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的尾梁,其特征在于:所述两上筋板单元相互平行,所述两上筋板单元分别与两所述主梁侧板平齐。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的尾梁,其特征在于:还包括第一垫块组(15)及第二垫块组,所述第一垫块组(15)包括两垫块单元,所述两垫块单元均连接于所述主梁盖板内壁的一端部,所述第二垫块组与所述第一垫块组结构相同,所述第二垫块组与所述第一垫块组相互对称设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的尾梁,其特征在于:所述两垫块单元均为长方形薄板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的尾梁,其特征在于:所述两垫块单元相互平行,所述两垫块单元相互平齐。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的尾梁,其特征在于:还包括第一主梁立板(16)及第二主梁立板,所述第一主梁立板(16)设置于所述主梁(11)内腔,所述第一主梁立板(16)边缘与所述主梁盖板、所述主梁底板及所述两主梁侧板相连接,所述第一主梁立板(16)的靠近所述主梁(11)端口的侧面上连接有支腿回收座(171),所述第二主梁立板与所述第一主梁立板(16)结构相同,所述第二主梁立板与所述第一主梁立板(16)相互对称设置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的尾梁,其特征在于:还包括第一下筋板组(17)、第二下筋板组、第一下加强板(18)、第二下加强板、第一下贴板(19)及第二下贴板,所述第一下筋板组(17)包括三个下筋板单元,所述三个下筋板单元为三个弯折板,所述第一下加强板(18)连接于所述主梁底板的外壁,所述第一下加强板(18)与所述主梁底板相互贴合,所述三个下筋板单元的边缘连接于所述第一下加强板(18)及一个所述主梁侧板上,所述三个下筋板单元相互平行并且相互间隔,所述第一下贴板(19)连接于所述主梁底板的外壁,所述第一下贴板(19)与所述主梁底板相互贴合,所述第一下贴板(19)一端连接于三个所述下筋板单元中最里侧的所述下筋板单元外侧,所述第一下筋板组(17)与所述第二下筋板组结构相同,所述第一下筋板组(17)与所述第二下筋板组在所述主梁(11)上的位置相互对称,所述第一下加强板(18)与所述第二下加强板结构相同,所述第一下加强板(18)与所述第二下加强板在所述主梁(11)上的位置相互对称,所述第一下贴板(19)与所述第二下贴板结构相同,所述第一下贴板(19)与所述第二下贴板在所述主梁(11)上的位置相互对称。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的尾梁,其特征在于:还包括支耳连接杆(21)及检修托架(23),所述支耳连接杆(21)连接于所述第一支耳组(12)及所述第二支耳组(13)之间,所述检修托架(23)设置于所述支耳连接杆(21)上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的尾梁,其特征在于:还包括水平仪托架(22),所述水平仪托架(22)设置于所述主梁侧板外壁上。
