一种蝴蝶门铰链及车辆 技术领域
本发明涉及车辆技术领域,特别是涉及一种蝴蝶门铰链及车辆。
背景技术
目前汽车车门开启方式大部分采用旋转平开车门,在当前车门开启个性化和时尚化要求越来越高的环境下,市场需求更多个性化开门方式,因此需要开发个性、时尚的开门方式以满足市场需求。
蝴蝶门不仅开启方式新颖时尚,可以迎合消费者的个性化需求,而且可以以较小的开门宽度满足消费者上下车方便性的需求。解决了停车位狭窄时乘客上下车方便性的需求。
传统单轴蝴蝶门开启方案需要锁体锁扣按照铰链旋转切向布置,无法满足在侧围外板共用的基础上升级蝴蝶门的需求。因此,需要设计一款既能满足锁体锁扣位置与旋转平开车门共用,也可以满足车门向上开启的铰链。
目前市场类似开启方式铰链较少,并且结构复杂,导致成本高、装配复杂、平顺性差、故障率高等缺陷,不符合通用化、量产化需求。
发明内容
鉴于以上现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种蝴蝶门铰链及车辆,以改善现有蝴蝶门铰链结构复杂、成本高、装配复杂、平顺性差、故障率高的问题。
为实现上述目的及其它相关目的,本发明提供一种蝴蝶门铰链,包括安装座、车门连接臂、铰链连接臂和限位组件,其中
铰链连接臂其中一端与所述安装座铰接,另一端与所述车门连接臂铰接,且两铰接轴的轴线的延长线相交于一点;
限位组件包括设置于所述安装座上的平面限位部,以及设置于所述车门连接臂上的限位体,所述限位体与所述平面限位部抵接,且抵接区域至少位于所述交点的两侧。
在本发明一实施例中,所述限位体与所述平面限位部抵接的区域具有回转型外轮廓,且所述两铰接轴的轴线的交点位于所述回转型外轮廓的轴线上。
在本发明一实施例中,所述限位体包括分置于所述交点两侧的两抵触单元,所述回转型外轮廓至少存在于所述两抵触单元上,且两抵触单元的回转型外轮廓的轴线共线。
在本发明一实施例中,所述抵触单元沿所述回转型外轮廓的轴线与所述车门连接臂相对转动连接,所述抵触单元与所述平面限位部滚动配合。

限位组件,包括设置于所述安装座上的平面限位部,以及设置于所述车门连接臂上的限位体,所述限位体具有回转型外轮廓,且所述两铰接轴的轴线的交点位于所述回转型外轮廓的轴线上,所述限位体的回转型外轮廓与所述平面限位部抵接,且抵接区域至少位于所述交 点的两侧。
综上所述,本发明首先利用铰链连接臂将车门限定为沿一固定点摆动,再通过限位体与平面限位部之间的抵触配合实现对车门姿态的约束,使车门在向上开启的过程中能够保持特定的姿态向旁侧开启,进而使蝴蝶门轿车能够与普通平开轿车共用一套锁扣系统,降低了制造成本,另外,本发明与现有技术中的蝴蝶门铰链、剪刀门铰链相比,结构更加简单,运动副更少,降低了故障率,同时提高了车门开闭过程的平顺性。
本发明的平面限位部与限位体之间并不存在任何实质连接关系,两者之间仅为抵触式配合,最大限度简化了铰链结构,降低了装配难度。
本发明的抵触单元与平面限位部之间形成滚动配合,能够进一步减小摩擦阻力,同时能够降低限位体的磨损,提高铰链的使用寿命。
本发明将平面限位部设置在凸台上,凸台的厚度明显大于安装座本身的厚度,能够为限位体提供可靠的支撑。
本发明的车门连接臂采用镂空式结构设计,能够在保证铰链整体结构强度满足设计要求的前提下,使铰链结构更加紧凑,减小铰链横向厚度,为车身其它结构腾出设计空间。

请参阅图10-13,所述安装座10用于连接车身1,具体的说,是用于连接车身1前侧翼子板或翼子板内侧的车架。可以理解的是,所述安装座10上设有车身连接部11,且在本发明中,车身连接部11与安装座10之间连接不局限于某一种方式,例如车身连接部11可以采用焊接方式与车身1固接,又例如车身连接部11可以采用铆接的方式与车身1连接,再例如所述车身连接部11可采用螺栓与车身1实施连接。
请参阅图1-4,所述铰链连接臂30其中一端与所述安装座10铰接,另一端与所述车门连接臂20铰接,且两铰接轴的轴线的延长线相交于一点;可以理解的是,由于安装座10与车身1是相对固定的,因此上述两轴线的延长线的交点相对于车身1也必然是固定的,所以铰链连接臂30能够将车门2限制为以上述交点为中心进行摆动。基于上述理解,在未引入限位组件40之前,车门2能够产生下列运动:车门2能够沿横向轴线上下摆动,该横向轴线是指与车辆宽度方向一致的轴线,该一致并非是指绝对的平行,而是指横向轴线大致沿车辆宽度方向布置,在此基础上,当车门2向上摆动时,铰链连接臂30与车门连接臂20铰接的一端会向远离安装座10的方向摆动,这一过程会将车门连接臂20向车辆旁侧推离,进而使车门连接臂20同时产生向上的摆动和向侧面的摆动;然而此时车门连接臂20还多出一个自由度,即车门连接臂20能够相对于铰链连接臂30自由摆动,这还无法使车门2产生唯一确定的运动轨迹,为此,本发明引入了限位组件40,限位组件40能够对上述多出的自由度进行约束,进而使车门2具有唯一确定的运动轨迹,限位组件40的具体原理将在后续内容进行详细介绍。
请参阅图1-6,所述限位组件40包括设置于所述安装座10上的平面限位部41,以及设置于所述车门连接臂20上的限位体,所述限位体具有回转型外轮廓,且所述两铰接轴的轴线的交点位于所述回转型外轮廓的轴线上,所述限位体的回转型外轮廓与所述平面限位部41抵接,且抵接区域至少位于所述交点的两侧。
可以理解的是,本发明所述平面限位部41并不代表该限位部一定是几何意义上的绝对平面,而应当从功能上来理解其定义,结合本发明的实施例可以看出,平面限位部41的主要功能是将所述限位体限制为仅能在一平面内运动,而为了使限位体的运动保持平顺,可以在平面限位部41和限位体上同时设置相应的具有凹凸轨迹的引导结构,这并不会与本发明要求保 护的范围相违背。
在本发明的设计构思中,为了尽可能简化限位组件40的结构,平面限位部41与限位体之间并不存在任何实质连接关系,两者之间仅为抵触式配合,在此前提下,本发明的限位组件40的具体原理为:首先,上述已经提到所述交点的位置相对于车身1是绝对固定的,而该交点又位于所述限位体的回转型外轮廓的轴线上,所以限位体仅能够以该交点为中心进行自由转动,在此前提下,采用平面限位部41抵紧所述限位体的两端,就能够使限位体的运动被限制在一特定平面内。
另一方面,请参阅图1-4,由于车门连接臂20与平面限位部41之间存在相对摆动,而限位体又与车门连接臂20固接,所以限位体需要能够产生一定的自转,为了避免平面限位部41限制限位体自转,本发明在限位体上设置了相应的回转型外轮廓,并使回转型外轮廓的轴心穿过所述交点。可以理解的是,所述回转型外轮廓不局限于圆柱形,例如回转型外轮廓也可以是球形或其它异形截面在立体空间内回转得到的异形柱体。而为了保证限位体能够被平面限位部41限制再特定平面内,回转型外轮廓与所述平面限位部41的接触区域至少应当分布于所述交点的两侧。应当理解的是,上述接触区域可以是一个整体的接触区域,也可以是两个或两个以上独立的接触区域,本发明后续将通过具体实施例对此进行详细说明。
请参阅图1-5,所述限位体包括分置于所述交点两侧的两抵触单元42,所述回转型外轮廓至少存在于所述两抵触单元42上,且两抵触单元42的回转型外轮廓的轴线共线。可以理解的是,本实施例将抵触区域分为两部分,这样能够在保证限位效果的前提下,减少抵触区域的滑动摩擦,进而降低铰链阻力。
请参阅图1-5,为了更好的实施本发明,所述抵触单元42沿所述回转型外轮廓的轴线与所述车门连接臂20相对转动连接,所述抵触单元42与所述平面限位部41滚动配合。可以理解的是,在本实施例中,所述抵触单元42例如可以是滚轮,抵触单元42与平面限位部41之间形成滚动配合,能够进一步减小摩擦阻力,同时能够降低限位体的磨损,提高铰链的使用寿命。在本发明的具体实施方式中,所述抵触单元42例如可以是金属滚轮或其它高分子耐磨材料制成的滚轮,例如可以是尼龙滚轮,又例如可以是橡胶滚轮。

请参阅图14,所述限位体例如可以是圆柱形结构,圆柱形结构的外周面整体形成所抵触区域,可以理解的是,与之相应的平面限位部41例如可以是圆盘形结构,当然也可以是圆环形机构,当平面限位部41为圆环形结构时,需要将所述限位体的两端分别搭在所述平面限位 部41上。
请参阅图15,所述抵触单元42是两个球头状结构,所述抵触单元42与所述车门连接臂20固接,所述抵触单元42与所述平面限位部41滑动配合。结合附图,更进一步的说,所述抵触单元42固定在一柱状体43的两端。可以理解的是,球头与平面限位部41之间为点接触,这样能够最大限度减小抵触单元42与平面限位部41之间的摩擦阻力,可以预见的是,为了提高车门2开闭过程的平顺性,所述平面限位部41例如可以设置于所述球头的运动轨迹相匹配的环形槽或弧形槽,然而需要强调的是,弧形槽对所述球头没有过多的限制作用,球头本质上还是与平面限位部41没有实质连接关系,符合本发明的总体设计构思。
请参阅图15,在本实施例中,可以理解的是,所述柱状体43一方面是为了便于球头的固定连接,另一方面,柱状体43能够使两抵触单元42尽量相互远离,增大抵触单元42到所述交点之间的力臂,这样能够有效减小开关车门2过程中抵触单元42与平面限位部41相互之间作用的载荷,在提高铰链平顺性的同时,进一步减小摩擦力。
请参阅图16,在本实施例中,所述回转型外轮廓为半体式结构,可以理解的是,车门2开启或关闭过程中,其摆动形成是有限的,因此对应所述限位部的自转角度也是有限的,在此基础上,回转型外轮廓只要保证在该自转角度范围内能够与所述平面限位部41紧密贴合即可。因此在本发明中,所述回转型为轮廓并不一定是指具有360°回转角度的回转型外轮廓,实际上只要能够满足车门2的摆动行程即可,例如可以是120°的回转型外轮廓,又例如可以是180°的回转型外轮廓。
请参考图1-4和图6,所述安装座10上设有凸台,所述凸台的顶面构成所述平面限位部41。可以理解的是,所述凸台的厚度明显大于安装座10本身的厚度,能够为限位体提供可靠的支撑,在具体实施方案状中,所述凸台例如可以是与安装座10一体式成型,又例如凸台可以单独加工成型,再利用螺栓、铆接或焊接等手段将凸台与安装座10固定连接,这些方案都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4所示,基于同样的理解,由于车门2的开启角度有限,限位体只会在一定角度范围内进行扫摆,因此所述凸台也不必设置为整圆或整环结构,例如凸台可以是两段相互对称的弧形结构,这样能够减少材料消耗,提高经济效益,当然在实际生产过程中,还需要结合成型工艺,整体考虑其制造成本。
请参阅图5所示,本实施例中,所述车门连接臂20包括第一连接臂21、第二连接臂22以及车门连接部23,所述第一连接臂21和第二连接臂22的一端与所述车门连接部23固接, 另一端与所述柱状体43固接,所述第一连接臂21、第二连接臂22、车门连接部23和柱状体43共同围合成能够容纳所述铰链连接臂30的镂空部。可以理解的是,采用本发明的这一结构设计能够在保证铰链整体结构强度满足设计要求的前提下,使铰链结构更加紧凑,减小铰链横向厚度,为车身1其它结构腾出设计空间。
请参阅图5和图7-9,所述第一连接臂21上设有第一铰支座24,所述铰链连接臂30的一端设有管状的第一铰接部31,所述第一铰接部31内设有第一销轴,所述第一销轴连接于所述第一铰支座24。可以理解的是,所述第一铰支座24例如可以是与所述第一连接臂21一体式成型,也可以单独加工成型,再通过螺栓、铆接或焊接等手段与所述第一连接臂21固接。可以预见的是,所述第一铰接部31例如也可以与所述铰链连接臂30一体式加工成型,或者单独加工成型,再与所述铰链连接臂30固接。上述具体实时方式都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图6-9,所述安装座10上设有第二铰支座12,所述铰链连接臂30上远离第一铰接部31的一端设有管状的第二铰接部32,所述第二铰接部32内设有第二销轴,所述第二销轴连接于所述第二铰支座12。可以理解的是,所述第二铰支座12例如可以是与所述安装座10一体式成型,也可以单独加工成型,再通过螺栓、铆接或焊接等手段与所述安装座10固接。可以预见的是,所述第二铰接部32例如可以与所述铰链连接臂30一体式加工成型,或者单独加工成型,再与所述铰链连接臂30固接。上述具体实时方式都属于本发明保护的范围。

综上所述,本发明首先利用铰链连接臂30将车门2限定为沿一固定点摆动,再通过限位体与平面限位部41之间的抵触配合实现对车门2姿态的约束,使车门2在向上开启的过程中能够保持特定的姿态向旁侧开启,进而使蝴蝶门轿车能够与普通平开轿车共用一套锁扣系统,降低了制造成本,另外,本发明与现有技术中的蝴蝶门铰链、剪刀门铰链相比,结构更加简单,运动副更少,降低了故障率,同时提高了车门2开闭过程的平顺性。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的一些实际问题从而有很高的利用价值和使用意义。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,包括:
    安装座;
    车门连接臂;
    铰链连接臂,其中一端与所述安装座铰接,另一端与所述车门连接臂铰接,且两铰接轴的轴线的延长线相交于一点;
    限位组件,包括设置于所述安装座上的平面限位部,以及设置于所述车门连接臂上的限位体,所述限位体与所述平面限位部抵接,且抵接区域至少位于所述交点的两侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述限位体与所述平面限位部抵接的区域具有回转型外轮廓,且所述两铰接轴的轴线的交点位于所述回转型外轮廓的轴线上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述限位体包括分置于所述交点两侧的两抵触单元,所述回转型外轮廓至少存在于所述两抵触单元上,且所述两抵触单元的回转型外轮廓的轴线共线。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述抵触单元沿所述回转型外轮廓的轴线与所述车门连接臂相对转动连接,所述抵触单元与所述平面限位部滚动配合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述抵触单元与所述车门连接臂固接,所述抵触单元与所述平面限位部滑动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有凸台,所述凸台的顶面构成所述平面限位部。
  7. 根据权利要求3、4、5任意一项所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述限位体还包括与所述车门连接臂固接的柱状体,所述抵触单元设置于所述柱状体的两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述车门连接臂包括第一连接臂、第二连接臂以及车门连接部,所述第一连接臂和第二连接臂的一端与所述车门连接部固接,另一端与所述柱状体固接,所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂、车门连接部和柱状体共同围合成能够容纳所述铰链连接臂的镂空部。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述车门连接臂上设有第一铰支座,所述铰链连接臂的一端设有管状的第一铰接部,所述第一铰接部内设有第一销轴,所述第一销轴连接于所述第一铰支座。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述第一连接臂上设有第一铰支座,所述铰链连接臂的一端设有管状的第一铰接部,所述第一铰接部内设有第一销轴,所述第一销轴连接于所述第一铰支座。
  11. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的蝴蝶门铰链,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有第二铰支座,所述铰链连接臂的一端设有管状的第二铰接部,所述第二铰接部内设有第二销轴,所述第二销轴连接于所述第二铰支座。
  12. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:
    车身;
    车门;以及
    蝴蝶门铰链,所述蝴蝶门铰链包括:
    安装座,连接于所述车身;
    车门连接臂,连接所述车门;
    铰链连接臂,其中一端与所述安装座铰接,另一端与所述车门连接臂铰接,且两铰接轴的轴线的延长线相交于一点;
    限位组件,包括设置于所述安装座上的平面限位部,以及设置于所述车门连接臂上的限位体,所述限位体具有回转型外轮廓,且所述两铰接轴的轴线的交点位于所述回转型外轮廓的轴线上,所述限位体的回转型外轮廓与所述平面限位部抵接,且抵接区域至少位于所述交点的两侧。
