鉴于相关技术的不足,本公开的车门开合装置通过在导轨座上设置与车门预设开合轨迹匹配的导轨,以及,在从动机构上设置沿导轨滑动的第一滑动部,使得车门在主动臂的带动下能够沿着车门预设开合轨迹进行单独的开合,而不受限于其他车门,从而提升乘客的乘车体验。
请参考图1至图3,本公开实施例中,车门开合装置应用于无B柱车型的后车门的开合。车门开合装置包括主动臂10、导轨座20和从动机构30;主动臂10的主动臂车身端11与车身转动连接,主动臂10的主动臂车门端12与车门转动连接;导轨座20固 定设置于车门上,导轨座20上设置有与车门预设开合轨迹匹配的导轨21;从动机构30的一端与导轨座20转动连接,从动机构30的另一端与车身转动连接;从动机构30设置有第一滑动部,第一滑动部和导轨21滑动连接。
在一个实施例中,车门设置有导轨座安装座,导轨座20固定设置于导轨座安装座上。具体的,导轨座安装座设置于车门朝向车内空间的一侧。
在一个实施例中,导轨座20上设置有导轨21,导轨21用于约束车门的运动轨迹。
在一个实施例中,从动机构30连接导轨座20和车身,具体地,从动机构30的靠近车门的一端与导轨座20转动连接,从动机构30的靠近车身的一端与车身转动连接。
具体的,从动机构30的靠近车门的一端与导轨座20活动铆接,从动机构30的靠近车身的一端与车身通过销轴实现转动连接。
在一个实施例中,从动机构30凸出设置有第一滑动部,第一滑动部与导轨21配合滑动。
在一个实施例中,无B柱车型在前车门和后车门均关闭的情况下,前车门靠近后车门的一端和后车门靠近前车门的一端,沿车身的宽度方向重叠,且后车门靠近前车门的一端位于前车门靠近后车门的一端的内侧,即,前车门靠近后车门的一端为前车门针对后车门开合的干涉区域。
本公开实施例中,车门开合装置通过在导轨座上设置与车门预设开合轨迹匹配的导轨,以及,在从动机构上设置沿导轨滑动的第一滑动部,使得车门在主动臂的带动下能够沿着车门预设开合轨迹进行单独的开合,而不受限于其他车门,从而提升乘客的乘车体验。
本公开实施例中,从动机构30包括转动连接的第一从动臂31和第二从动臂32;第一从动臂31的远离第二从动臂32的一端与车身转动连接,第二从动臂32的远离第一从动臂31的一端与导轨座20转动连接;第一滑动部设置在第一从动臂31上。
在一个实施例中,具体地,第一从动臂31的远离第二从动臂32的一端与车身通过销轴转动连接,第二从动臂32的远离第一从动臂31的一端与导轨座20活动铆接。
在一个实施例中,在车门相对车身运动的过程中,第一从动臂31和第二从动臂32既存在相对转动,又存在相对滑动。
本公开实施例中,第一从动臂31的靠近第二从动臂32的一端设置有第二滑动部,第二从动臂32的靠近第一从动臂31的一端设置有与第二滑动部匹配的限位槽321;第二滑动部与限位槽321转动连接,限位槽321的长度方向的尺寸大于第二滑动部的外径。
在一个实施例中,第一从动臂31的靠近第二从动臂32的一端凸出设置有第二滑动 部,第二滑动部在限位槽321中转动,同时在限位槽321中滑动,以使车门沿着车门预设开合轨迹运动。
在一个实施例中,限位槽321的长度方向的尺寸大于第二滑动部的外径,如此,第二滑动部能够在限位槽321中沿着限位槽321的长度方向滑动。
本公开实施例中,第一滑动部设置在第一从动臂31的远离第二从动臂32的一端与第二滑动部之间,以实现车门沿着车门预设开合轨迹运动。
在本公开实施例中,第一滑动部包括固定连接的第一滑动轴和第一限位端,第一滑动轴与第一从动臂31固定连接,第一限位端大径大于第一滑动轴大径。
在一个实施例中,具体地,第一滑动部为第一球头销轴,其中,第一滑动轴为沿着导轨21滑动的第一光轴,第一限位端为第一球形端,第一球形端的大径大于第一光轴的外径,如此,可以防止第一球头销轴从导轨21中脱出。
具体的,导轨21为第一锥形导轨,导轨21的靠进第一从动臂31的开口小于导轨21的靠进车门的开口。
具体的,第一球头销轴和第一锥形导轨滑动卡接。
本公开实施例中,第二滑动部包括固定连接的第二滑动轴和第二限位端,第二滑动轴与第一从动臂31固定连接,第二限位端大径大于第二滑动轴大径。
在一个实施例中,具体地,第二滑动部为第二球头销轴,其中,第二滑动轴为沿着限位槽321滑动的第二光轴,第二限位端为第二球形端,第二球形端的大径大于第二光轴的外径,如此,可以防止第二球头销轴从限位槽321中脱出。
具体的,限位槽321为第二锥形导轨,限位槽321的靠进第一从动臂31的开口小于限位槽321的靠进导轨座20的开口。
具体的,第二球头销轴和第二锥形导轨滑动卡接。
本公开实施例中,车门开合装置包括至少两个导轨座20和至少两个从动机构30,导轨座20和从动机构30一一对应设置。
在一个实施例中,车门下端侧和车身之间设置一个导轨座20、一个从动机构30和一个主动臂10,同时,车门上端侧和车身之间设置一个导轨座20和一个从动机构30,如此,能够增加车门开合装置连接车门和车身的稳固性。
在另一个实施例中,车门下端侧和车身之间设置一个导轨座20和一个从动机构30,同时,车门上端侧和车身之间设置一个导轨座20、一个从动机构30和一个主动臂10,如此,能够增加车门开合装置连接车门和车身的稳固性。
本公开实施例中,车门开合装置还包括驱动机构,驱动机构与车辆控制器电连接; 驱动机构和主动臂10传动连接。
在一个实施例中,车辆的控制系统响应于车门开合信号控制驱动机构工作,驱动机构通过传动机构带动主动臂10转动。
本公开实施例中,导轨21为S形导轨,限位槽321为条形槽。
在一个实施例中,具体的,限位槽321为腰形孔槽,以使车门在主动臂10的带动下沿着车门预设开合轨迹运动。
具体的,当前车门关闭而后车门需要开启时,车辆的控制系统响应于车门开合信号控制驱动机构工作,驱动机构通过传动机构带动主动臂10转动,后车门远离前车门的一端在主动臂10的带动下,绕着主动臂车身端11运动,此时,第一从动臂31上的第一滑动部在导轨21中滑动,第一从动臂31上的第二滑动部在限位槽321中转动且沿限位槽滑动,第二从动臂32与导轨座20转动,通过第一滑动部21、第二滑动部、第二从动臂32与导轨座20的协同运动,实现导轨21、第一从动臂31和第二从动臂32对后车门运动的约束,使后车门在开启初始,后车门靠近前车门的一端先进行平动,至后车门靠近前车门的一端脱离前车门针对后车门开合的干涉区域,然后继续摆动,以使后车门按照车门预设开合轨迹完全打开。
后车门关闭和开启时的运动轨迹一致,具体地,当后车门需要关闭时,车辆的控制系统响应于车门开合信号控制驱动机构工作,驱动机构通过传动机构带动主动臂10反向转动,后车门在主动臂10的带动下进行摆动,此时,第一从动臂31上的第一滑动部在导轨21中滑动,第一从动臂31上的第二滑动部在限位槽321中转动且沿限位槽滑动,第二从动臂32与导轨座20转动,通过第一滑动部21、第二滑动部、第二从动臂32与导轨座20的协同运动,实现导轨21、第一从动臂31和第二从动臂32对后车门运动的约束,使后车门在关闭结束前刻,后车门靠近前车门的一端进行平动,以避开前车门针对后车门开合的干涉区域,以使后车门按照车门预设开合轨迹完全关闭。
此外,本公开实施例还提供一种汽车,包含如上所述的车门开合装置。
本公开提供的车门开合装置通过在导轨座上设置与车门预设开合轨迹匹配的导轨,以及,在从动机构上设置沿导轨滑动的第一滑动部,使得车门在主动臂的带动下能够沿着车门预设开合轨迹进行单独的开合,而不受限于其他车门,从而提升乘客的乘车体验。
以上仅为本公开的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本公开,凡在本公开的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车门开合装置,其特征在于,包括主动臂(10)、导轨座(20)和从动机构(30);
    所述主动臂(10)的主动臂车身端(11)与车身转动连接,所述主动臂(10)的主动臂车门端(12)与车门转动连接;
    所述导轨座(20)固定设置于所述车门上,所述导轨座(20)上设置有与所述车门预设开合轨迹匹配的导轨(21);
    所述从动机构(30)的一端与所述导轨座(20)转动连接,所述从动机构(30)的另一端与所述车身转动连接;
    所述从动机构(30)设置有第一滑动部,所述第一滑动部和所述导轨(21)滑动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车门开合装置,其特征在于,所述从动机构(30)包括转动连接的第一从动臂(31)和第二从动臂(32);
    所述第一从动臂(31)的远离所述第二从动臂(32)的一端与所述车身转动连接,所述第二从动臂(32)的远离所述第一从动臂(31)的一端与所述导轨座(20)转动连接;
    所述第一滑动部设置在所述第一从动臂(31)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车门开合装置,其特征在于,所述第一从动臂(31)的靠近所述第二从动臂(32)的一端设置有第二滑动部,所述第二从动臂(32)的靠近所述第一从动臂(31)的一端设置有与所述第二滑动部匹配的限位槽(321);
    所述第二滑动部与所述限位槽(321)转动连接,所述限位槽(321)的长度方向的尺寸大于所述第二滑动部的外径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车门开合装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑动部设置在所述第一从动臂(31)的远离所述第二从动臂(32)的一端与所述第二滑动部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车门开合装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑动部包括固定连接的第一滑动轴和第一限位端,所述第一滑动轴与所述第一从动臂(31)固定连接,第一限位端大径大于第一滑动轴大径。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的车门开合装置,其特征在于,所述第二滑动部包括固定连接的第二滑动轴和第二限位端,所述第二滑动轴与所述第一从动臂(31)固定连接,第二限位端大径大于第二滑动轴大径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的车门开合装置,其特征在于,包括至少两个所述导轨座(20)和至少两个所述从动机构(30),所述导轨座(20)和所述从动机构(30)一一对应设 置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车门开合装置,其特征在于,还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构与车辆控制器电连接;
    所述驱动机构和所述主动臂(10)传动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的车门开合装置,其特征在于,所述导轨(21)为S形导轨,所述限位槽(321)为条形槽。
  10. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任何一项所述的车门开合装置。
