铰链安装座10,所述铰链安装座10包括安装座第一轴座13和安装座第二轴座14,进一步的,所述所述铰链安装座10还包括安装座安装孔11,所述铰链安装座10安装于车身框架上;
铰链臂20,所述包括铰链臂工作部20A和铰链臂连接部20B,所述铰链臂工作部20A包括铰链臂高度轴块安装部26和铰链臂开度轴块安装部27,所述铰链臂连接部20B上设有铰链臂车门安装孔21,所述铰链臂连接部20B用于与车门连接;
销轴结构组件30,所述销轴结构组件30包括铰链高度轴块35和铰链开度轴块36,进一步的,请参考图3,在本实施例中,所述铰链高度轴块35设有铰链高度轴块连接孔351和铰链高度轴块连接轴352,在某些实施例中所述连接轴和连接孔的形式可以互换,只要满足轴向转动即可,所述铰链高度轴块连接孔351安装于所述安装座第一轴座13,所述铰链高度轴块35与所述安装座第一轴座13配合形成第一转动轴线31,所述铰链高度轴块连接轴352与所述铰链臂高度轴块安装部26连接,且配合形成第二转动轴线32,进一步的,请参考图4,所述铰链开度轴块36包括铰链开度轴块第一连接孔361和铰链开度轴块第二连接孔362,在某些实施例中,所述铰链开度轴块36的连接孔也可以为连接轴,所述开度轴块第一连接孔361与所述安装座第二轴座14连接,且配合形成第三转动轴线33,所述铰链开度轴块第二连接孔362与所述铰链臂开度轴块安装部27连接,且配合形成第四转动轴线34,进一步的,所述铰链开度轴块36上还设有铰链开度轴块限位凸起363,当铰链臂20开到最大开启度时,铰链开度轴块限位凸起363与所述铰链安装座10抵接。进一步的,所述铰链臂20通过所述销轴结构组件30能够实现与铰链安装座10的相对运动,车门铰链100开启时,所述铰链高度轴块35绕第一转动轴线31转动,所述铰链臂20绕第二转动轴线32转动,所述铰链开度轴块36的第一连接孔361 和第二连接孔362分别绕第三转动轴线33和第四转动轴线34转动,所述车门铰链通过轴销结构组件30使车门运动简化为绕四根销轴旋转的协同运动。
在某些实施例中,所述第一转动轴线31、第二转动轴线32、第三转动轴线33和第四转动轴线34转动轴线相交于一点,且相交点位于所述铰链开度轴35块上。
在某些实施例中,所述铰链臂20包括铰链上滑块球头23、铰链下滑块球头28,所述车门铰链100还包括:铰链上滑块40和铰链下滑块41,请参考图5-图6,所述铰链上滑块40设有铰链上滑块滑道401,所述铰链下滑块41设有铰链下滑块滑道411,所述铰链上滑块40和所述铰链下滑块41固定于所述铰链安装座100上,且所述铰链上滑块40和所述铰链下滑块41之间形成能供铰链臂20通过的空间,所述铰链臂20通过铰链上滑块球头23和铰链下滑块球头28分别与所述铰链上滑块滑道401和铰链下滑块滑道411抵接,且所述铰链滑块球头可沿铰链滑块滑道滑动,所述铰链滑块能够为铰链臂提供稳定的支撑,进一步增加了车门铰链100开启时的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,所述车门铰链100还包括:限位部件,所述限位部件包括铰链上部限位块51、铰链下部限位块52和铰链中部限位块53,所述铰链上部限位块51设于所述铰链安装座10上,所述铰链下部限位块52设于车身框架上,所述铰链中部限位块53设于所述铰链上滑块40上,所述铰链上部限位块51和铰链下部限位块52限制所述铰链臂连接部20B位移,所述铰链中部限位块53限制所述铰链臂工作部20A位移。所述限位部件能够保证车门关闭状态时的稳定性。
在某些实施例中,所述车门铰链100还包括气弹簧60和电撑杆70,所述气弹簧60一端与车身框架200连接,另一端与铰链臂气弹簧安装球头24连接,所述电撑杆70一端与车身框架200连接,另一端与电撑杆安装球头22连接,所述气弹簧安装球头24和所述电撑杆安装球头22设于所述铰链臂20上。所述电撑杆70用于提供电力动力,能够使车门不通过人力开启,且可以是车门铰链100在任意开启位置悬停,所述气弹簧60能够为铰链开启提供推力,能够承受车门重力,辅助电撑杆70开启关闭车门,增加车门开启时的稳定性。
进一步的,所述气弹簧60与车身框架200之间还设有气弹簧安装支架61,所述电撑杆70与车身框架200之间还设有电撑杆安装支架71,以增加所述身框架200受力性能。
本申请还提出了一种车辆。
根据本申请实施例的车辆,所述车辆包括,车身框架200,车门300,以及上述任一种实施例的车门铰链100,所述车门铰链100通过铰链安装座10固定于车身框架200, 所述车门铰链100通过铰链臂连接部20B固定于所述车门300,通过该车门铰链100可实现车门300相对于车身框架200的转动,且车门300的运动简化为绕四根销轴旋转的协同运动,使车门开启更加平顺。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车门铰链,其特征在于,包括:
    铰链安装座,所述铰链安装座包括安装座第一轴座和安装座第二轴座;
    铰链臂,所述包括铰链臂工作部和铰链臂连接部,所述铰链臂工作部包括铰链臂高度轴块安装部和铰链臂开度轴块安装部;
    销轴结构组件,所述销轴结构组件包括铰链高度轴块和铰链开度轴块,所述铰链高度轴块一端与所述安装座第一轴座连接且配合形成第一转动轴线,所述铰链高度轴块另一端与所述铰链臂高度轴块安装部连接且配合形成第二转动轴线,所述开度轴块的一端与所述安装座第二轴座连接且配合形成第三转动轴线,所述开度轴块的另一端与所述铰链臂开度轴块安装部连接且配合形成第四转动轴线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车门铰链,其特征在于,所述第一转动轴线、第二转动轴线、第三转动轴线和第四转动轴线相交于一点,且相交点位于铰链高度轴块上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车门铰链,其特征在于,所述铰链臂包括铰链上滑块球头、铰链下滑块球头。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车门铰链,其特征在于,所述铰链高度轴块包括:铰链高度轴块连接孔和铰链高度轴块连接轴。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车门铰链,其特征在于,所述铰链开度轴块包括铰链开度轴块第一连接孔和铰链开度轴块第二连接孔。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的车门铰链,其特征在于,所述车门铰链还包括:铰链上滑块和铰链下滑块,所述铰链上滑块设有铰链上滑块滑道,所述铰链下滑块设有铰链下滑块滑道,所述铰链上滑块球头沿铰链上滑块滑道滑动,所述铰链下滑块球头沿铰链下滑块滑道滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的车门铰链,其特征在于,所述车门铰链还包括:限位部件,所述限位部件包括铰链上部限位块、铰链下部限位块和铰链中部限位块,所述铰链上部限位块和铰链下部限位块限制所述铰链臂连接部位移,所述铰链中部限位块限制所述铰链臂工作部位移。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车门铰链,其特征在于,所述车门铰链还包括气弹簧和电撑杆,所述气弹簧一端与车身框架连接,另一端与铰链臂气弹簧安装球头连接,所述电撑杆一端与车身框架连接,另一端与电撑杆安装球头连接,所述气弹簧安装球头和所 述电撑杆安装球头设于所述铰链臂上。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的车门铰链,其特征在于,所述铰链开度轴块上设有限位凸起。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:
    车身框架、车门和如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的车门铰链;
    所述铰链安装座安装于所述车身框架,所述铰链臂安装于所述车门。
