Description

一种烤炉 技术领域
本发明涉及烤炉技术领域,尤其涉及一种无烟烤炉。
背景技术
现有技术的无烟烤炉中,无烟效果欠佳。如CN109259617A的无烟烤炉,具有过滤网吸收油烟,油烟从烤盘的四周吸入烤炉,但没有形成循环风道,经过滤网过滤后从底部排出烤炉。由于过滤网的过滤效果有限,一次过滤未必能完全过滤干净油烟,这种未过滤干净的气体没有循环而排出,也会造成空气污染。又如CN105212770A的无烟烤炉,具有这样的缺点:1、虽然形成了循环的油烟风道,当其油烟风道的特点是风从烤炉的一侧吹向另一侧,这样如果风力控制不好,油烟气流容易从被吹一侧涌出到烤炉外,从而污染空气,特别是引起被吹一侧使用者的不适;2、没有充分发挥风机的有效抽风距离,烤炉的形状只能做成长方形,且限制了烤炉不能做得更大,不能让更多人同时使用。
发明内容
本发明克服上述现有技术的不足并采用如下技术方案:
一种烤炉,包括底座和烤盘组件,在底座向上的空间中安装了风扇,烤盘组件在风扇上方,在烤盘组件上设置了风口,前述风口从上到下贯穿所述烤盘组件,在烤盘组件周围设置了若干通风孔,烤盘组件下侧面与底座上侧面之间留有一定的通风间隙。
上述风口和通风孔的设置,使得气流不是从烤炉的一侧吹向另一侧,而是从烤盘组件的四周流向烤盘组件中间的风口,再经过风口流向底座上方空间。因为烤盘组件下侧面与底座上侧面之间留有一定的通风间隙,前述气流从该通风间隙流向烤盘组件周围若干通风孔,最后由这些通风孔流向烤盘组件上的风口。气流在风扇带动下,如此反复,形成循环。
上面介绍了循环气流。为了实现过滤气流中油烟的效果,在风扇和底座底 部之间设置了水槽,风扇转动时引起的气流以一定的角度向下吹向水槽的水面,实现了将气流中的油烟与水结合,进一步实现了对油烟的过滤。经过水面的气流最后从前述通风间隙流向了烤盘组件周围的若干通风孔,再由通风孔向在烤盘组件上的风口流动。上述气流的流动方式可称为气流正向运动。
为了把流经风扇的气流导向水面,在风扇上套了风扇支架,该风扇支架上有若干导风口,这些导风口围绕在风扇的周围,气流经过这些导风口后流向前述水槽的水面,把更多的气流吹向水面,从而实现更好的油烟分离效果。
本专利也可以实现气流逆向运动,即,从烤盘组件中间的风口流向烤盘组件的四周,再经过烤盘组件周围若干通风孔后到达烤盘组件下侧面与底座上侧面之间留有一定的通风间隙,然后向下流向底座底部,在底座底部的四周流向底座底部的中央同时经过水槽的水面,然后再底座底部中央向上被风扇抽吸,吹向烤盘组件中间的风口回到烤盘组件上表面的起点,如此反复,形成逆循环。为了实现气流逆向运动,需要更换风扇的风叶为特殊形状的风叶来实现。
所述风口包括第一风口和第二风口,在所述烤盘上设置了所述第一风口,在所述内壳上设置了所述第二风口;所述风扇设置在所述底座的中央,风口在所述烤盘的中央,所述第二风口在所述内壳的中央,所述风扇、所述第一风口、所述第二风口三者在上下方向上正对。这样设计的优势在于:当风扇和风口位于中央位置时能最大化地利用风扇的有效抽风距离,使得烤炉可以做得更大,而且最好做成中心对称的形状,如正方向形、圆形,同时让更多的人围在一起使用,例如七、八个人。
风扇正转的时候,气流在烤炉的中部从上往下流动,吸风口形成在烤炉中部,而吹风口位于烤炉四周;气流逆向运动的时候,气流流动的方向相反,吸风口位于烤炉四周,吹风口位于烤炉中部。试验表明,前者,即油烟风道的吸风口位于烤炉中部,吹风口位于烤炉四周的抽吸油烟效果更佳。
所述烤盘上设有阻挡第一风口上方的挡风盖。挡风盖挡住了第一风口上方的清洁空气流向第一风口的通道。这样的设计,使得风扇更有效率地抽入烤盘表面形成的油烟,而不吸入风口上方的清洁空气。同时挡风盖可以充当烤盘的提手,一举两得。
上述设计已经使得油烟气流限制在油烟循环风道中不停循环而不排除烤炉,避免污染空气。但如果对油烟不加消除处理,随着油烟的不断产生,油烟 气流浓度将逐渐累积升高,最后也会由于扩散而污染外部空气。因此有必要进行油烟消除处理,本专利采用油烟吸收物质吸收油烟和水槽吸收油烟两种方式消除油烟。
在所述第一风口和第二风口之间设置了油烟吸收物质。油烟吸收物质一般是固体的多孔物质,例如活性炭、PP棉、过滤网等。在所述风扇和底座底部之间设置了水槽,所述风扇转动时引起的气流向下吹向所述水槽的水面。这种气流吹向和现有技术某些仅仅掠过水面的吹向有很大的区别,直接向下吹向水面能迫使气流中的油烟粒子更多地接触水面而起到清洁效果。
所述水槽可以以抽拉的形式被插入或拉出所述底座,以便于清洗。
