  1. 一种用于生产橡胶配件的上料机,其特征在于:包括加工台(1),所述加工台(1)的顶部固定安装有熔融箱(101),熔融箱(101)的进料口内固定安装有进料斗(102),进料斗(102)的顶部设置有定量出料箱(103),定量出料箱(103)位于进料斗(102)的正上方,定量出料箱(103)的顶部顶部固定安装有U形架(2),U形架(2)上安装有定量出料机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生产橡胶配件的上料机,其特征在于:所述定量出料机构包括固定安装在U形架(2)底部的驱动电机(201),驱动电机(201)的输出轴固定安装有转动轴(202),转动轴(202)的外侧壁上固定安装有转动杆(203),转动杆(203)的底部固定安装有圆柱块(204),圆柱块(204)上安装有滑动复位组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于生产橡胶配件的上料机,其特征在于:所述定量出料箱(103)的顶部开设有转动孔,转动轴(202)的底端贯穿转动孔延伸至定量出料箱(103)内,转动轴(202)的周侧均匀固定安装有两组异形搅动棍(205)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于生产橡胶配件的上料机,其特征在于:所述滑动复位组件包括固定安装在定量出料箱(103)的固定滑套(3),固定滑套(3)的内壁上滑动安装有滑动连接杆(301),滑动连接杆(301)的一端固定安装有安装块(302),安装块(302)的顶部固定安装有固定板(303),固定板(303)的顶部开设有圆弧槽(304),圆柱块(204)位于圆弧槽(304)内,滑动连接杆(301)的另一端固定安装有挡料板(306),定量出料箱(103)的底部固定安装有出料管(104),出料管(104)的一侧内壁上开设有挡料槽,挡料板(306)位于挡料槽内,挡料槽与出料管(104)的出料口大小相适配,定量出料箱(103)上安装有送料单元。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于生产橡胶配件的上料机,其特征在于: 所述滑动连接杆(301)上套接有复位弹簧(305),复位弹簧(305)的两端分别与固定滑套(3)和安装块(302)固定安装。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于生产橡胶配件的上料机,其特征在于:所述送料单元包括固定安装在定量出料箱(103)连接孔的输料管(4),输料管(4)的底端固定安装有放置板,放置板的一侧固定安装有送料电机(401),送料电机(401)的输出轴固定安装有驱动轴(402),输料管(4)的底端开设有活动孔,驱动轴(402)的一端贯穿活动孔并固定套接安装有旋转送料页(403),输料管(4)上安装有减震元件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于生产橡胶配件的上料机,其特征在于:所述输料管(4)的进料孔内固定安装有进料箱(404),进料箱(404)与定量出料箱(103)的一侧固定安装导料管(405)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于生产橡胶配件的上料机,其特征在于:减震元件包括固定安装在输料管(4)外侧壁上的两个活动支撑杆(501),两个活动支撑杆(501)的底端套接有固定支撑杆(5),两个固定支撑杆(5)的底端分别固定安装在加工台(1)和熔融箱(101)的顶部上,两个活动支撑杆(501)与两个固定支撑杆(5)分别固定安装有减震弹簧(502)。
