  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种异性钢结构件加工用均匀喷漆设备,其特征在于:所述第一转轮与第二转轮通过传动带相连,且第二转轮的中轴线与转动齿轮的中轴线相互重合,并且转动齿轮的直径大于传动齿轮的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种异性钢结构件加工用均匀喷漆设备,其特征在于:所述转动扇叶通过传动齿轮与喷涂箱体构成旋转结构,且转动扇叶和发热板均关于喷涂箱体对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种异性钢结构件加工用均匀喷漆设备,其特征在于:所述固定座的内部还设置有升降块和转动杆;
    升降块,活动安装于所述固定座的内部,且升降块的边侧固定连接有限 位块,并且限位块的外壁连接有连接垫片;
    转动杆,螺纹连接于所述升降块的内部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种异性钢结构件加工用均匀喷漆设备,其特征在于:所述限位块通过升降块和转动杆与固定座构成升降结构,且转动杆的两端螺纹呈相反设置,且限位块与连接垫片之间为粘接连接。
