所述卡块112向所述插板111一侧伸出,所述卡块112伸出所述插板111相应侧面的距离为1.5mm,所述插板111的另一侧两边缘分别与所述盖板本体之间一体成型有插块加强筋113。
如图1,所述盖板本体的凸出面上还设置有T形的止位筋140。
安装后,盖板本体的内凹面朝向汽车车内。
实施例二
如图4和6所示,一种安装结构,包括如实施例一中的螺钉盖板100,还包括用于安装在车门内侧的扣手底座200,该扣手底座200的内侧面上设有向外凹陷的凹口,该凹口形状与所述螺钉盖板100的形状相适配,所述螺钉盖 板100的凸出面朝向所述所述凹口并遮挡其内壁。其中止位筋140贴靠凹口内壁,以增强凹口内壁对螺钉盖板100的支撑作用,防止按压下陷。
如图4和5,所述凹口的壁上对应每个所述卡扣插块110开设有卡扣孔210,所述卡扣插块110插设在所述卡扣孔210内,所述卡块112贴靠所述凹口的外壁。所述卡扣孔210的孔壁内端设有导向倒角,以便于卡扣插块110插入。所述卡扣孔210所在的凹口的壁局部向一侧变形,以形成环绕卡扣孔210的卡孔加强筋211。
如图6~8所示,所述凹口内壁上对应所述限位插片120开设有插孔,所述限位插片120插设在所述插孔内,所述限位插片120两侧的所述插孔的两个内缘分别向所述插孔中部延伸以形成两个弹片220,两个所述弹片220的前端分别抵靠所述限位插片120的两侧面以将其夹紧,所述弹片220垂直于限位插片120的两边缘分别与插孔边缘之间存在间隙,使得弹片220仅一个边缘被固定,从而具有较好的弹性变形能力。本实施例中,所述弹片220与所述限位插片120干涉配合,干涉量为0.2mm。为便于安装,所述弹片220的前端向所述插孔外端延伸,形成弧形导向边,所述限位插片120的前端也为圆弧面,安装时限位插片120顺着弧形导向边伸入插孔。环绕所述插孔设有插孔加强筋221。
螺钉盖板100通过卡扣方式安装在扣手底座200上。安装完成后,拆卸槽130位于凹口下边缘处,拆卸槽130对应螺钉盖板100边缘的一端与凹口内壁之间形成拆卸孔。需要拆卸时,工具从该拆卸孔伸入,撬动螺钉盖板100,此时螺钉盖板100发生变形,其两边缘有相互靠近的趋势,但由于限位插片120位于插孔内,起到限位约束作用,抑制螺钉盖板100自身变形。另一方面,由于拆卸槽130的槽底与所述限位插片120相互平行,弹片220也具有一定弹性,撬动螺钉盖板100时,限位插片120顶压弹片220使其发生弹性变形, 弹片220的变形能够适应螺钉盖板100的运动,从而使得螺钉盖板100转动并整体向凹口开口方向运动,使得各卡扣插块110脱出卡扣孔210,从而将螺钉盖板100拆卸。限位插片120与弹片220的配合结构能够避免螺钉盖板100拆卸不动。
实施例三
如图9~13所示,一种内扣手解锁结构,包括如实施例二的安装结构。在扣手底座200上设有解锁组件盒230,该解锁组件盒230位于所述凹口的一端外,该解锁组件盒230的内侧面和外侧面均开口,解锁组件盒230内设置有解锁组件。
如图12~15所示,解锁组件包括解锁转轴400,该解锁转轴400竖向设置在所述解锁组件盒230的内侧开口处并靠近凹口,其两端分别穿设在所述解锁组件盒230的上壁和下壁上。解锁转轴400连接有条形的手柄300,该手柄300的一端套在解锁转轴400上,另一端沿着所述凹口的下边缘延伸。手柄300遮挡所述凹口的下部,手柄300与凹口的上边缘之间的开口形成解锁操作口。所述手柄300连接有拉索600。所述解锁组件盒230外侧开口处还设有导向套800,该导向套800内穿设有所述拉索600。所述解锁组件盒230远离所述凹口的壁上开设有拉索导槽231。
如图14和15所示,所述解锁转轴400上套设有复位扭簧500,该复位扭簧500的两个力臂分别与所述手柄300和所述解锁组件盒230连接。使得手柄300处于转动解锁位时,释放手柄300后其能够自动复位。
如图12~15所示,所述手柄300的固定端与所述解锁组件盒230之间还设置有转动稳定机构。该转动稳定机构包括固定设置在所述手柄300固定端的不完全齿轮310以及转动安装在所述解锁组件盒230内的导向齿轮700。所述不完全齿轮310以所述解锁转轴400为齿轮轴,所述不完全齿轮310位于 解锁组件盒230内,所述不完全齿轮310与所述导向齿轮700啮合,导向齿轮700安装在解锁组件盒230的外壳开口处。通过齿轮啮合机构,对手柄300的转动起到导向作用,提高转动稳定性。此外,不完全齿轮310仅允许所述手柄300的解锁转动行程为42°-45°,从而对手柄300起到转动限位作用。
如图14和15所示,所述手柄300与所述扣手底座200之间设置有复位缓冲机构。所述复位缓冲机构包括橡胶钉320,该橡胶钉320立设在所述手柄300朝向所述扣手底座200一侧,该橡胶钉320位于所述解锁转轴400和所述凹口之间并靠近所述凹口边缘。如图9,所述扣手底座200上对应所述橡胶钉320开设有缓冲孔240,所述螺钉盖板100边缘对应所述缓冲孔240处向其中心内收以形成避让口。设置橡胶钉320可以防止手柄300复位时发生撞击响声。
本发明的汽车内扣手螺钉盖板及其安装结构简单,安装方便,大大的提升了生产线的装配效率,并且在易于拆卸。整个内扣手解锁结构结构紧凑,解锁时手柄转动平稳,使用体验感好。
最后需要说明的是,上述描述仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不违背本发明宗旨及权利要求的前提下,可以做出多种类似的表示,这样的变换均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车内扣手螺钉盖板,包括盖板本体,该盖板本体呈中部向其一侧凸出的曲面状,其特征在于:所述盖板本体的凸出面上设置有至少两个卡扣插块(110),所述卡扣插块(110)间隔设置;
    所述盖板本体的凸出面上还设置有限位插片(120);
    所述限位插片(120)和卡扣插块(110)均背向所述盖板本体向外伸出;
    所述盖板本体的凸出面边缘开设有拆卸槽(130),该拆卸槽(130)的一端开口于所述盖板本体的边缘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内扣手螺钉盖板,其特征在于:所述卡扣插块(110)包括插板(111),该插板(111)的前端一体成型有卡块(112),该卡块(112)与所述插板(111)之间形成止逆台阶,该止逆台阶的两个面之间夹角为100°-110°。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车内扣手螺钉盖板,其特征在于:所述卡块(112)向所述插板(111)一侧伸出,所述插板(111)的另一侧两边缘分别与所述盖板本体之间一体成型有插块加强筋(113)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车内扣手螺钉盖板,其特征在于:所述盖板本体呈卵圆形,所述盖板本体的宽度从其一端到另一端先增大再减小;
    在所述盖板本体上沿着其长度方向分布有三个所述卡扣插块(110),其中有两个相邻的所述卡扣插块(110)靠近所述盖板本体的一个边缘,靠近所述盖板本体的另一边缘开设有所述拆卸槽(130);
    所述限位插片(120)与所述拆卸槽(130)的槽底相互平行;
    所述盖板本体的凸出面上设置有T形的止位筋(140)。
  5. 一种安装结构,包括如权利要求4所述的螺钉盖板(100),其特征在于:还包括用于安装在车门内侧的扣手底座(200),该扣手底座(200)的内 侧面上设有向外凹陷的凹口,该凹口形状与所述螺钉盖板(100)的形状相适配,所述螺钉盖板(100)的凸出面朝向所述所述凹口并遮挡其内壁;
    所述凹口的壁上对应每个所述卡扣插块(110)开设有卡扣孔(210),所述卡扣插块(110)插设在所述卡扣孔(210)内,所述卡块(112)倒扣所述凹口的外壁;
    所述凹口内壁上对应所述限位插片(120)开设有插孔,所述限位插片(120)插设在所述插孔内,所述限位插片(120)两侧的所述插孔的两个内缘分别向所述插孔中部延伸以形成两个弹片(220),两个所述弹片(220)的前端分别抵靠所述限位插片(120)的两侧面以将其夹紧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安装结构,其特征在于:所述弹片(220)的前端向所述插孔外端延伸,以形成弧形导向边;
    所述限位插片(120)的前端也为圆弧面;
    所述卡扣孔(210)的孔壁内端设有导向倒角。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的安装结构,其特征在于:所述卡扣孔(210)的边缘设有卡孔加强筋(211),环绕所述插孔也设有插孔加强筋(221)。
  8. 一种内扣手解锁结构,包括如权利要求5所述的安装结构,其特征在于:在所述扣手底座(200)上设有解锁组件盒(230),该解锁组件盒(230)位于所述凹口的一端外,该解锁组件盒(230)的内侧面和外侧面均开口,该解锁组件盒(230)内设置有解锁组件;
    该解锁组件包括解锁转轴(400),该解锁转轴(400)竖向设置在所述解锁组件盒(230)的内侧开口处,其两端分别穿设在所述解锁组件盒(230)的上壁和下壁上,该解锁转轴(400)连接有条形的手柄(300),该手柄(300)的一端套在所述解锁转轴(400)上,另一端沿着所述凹口的下边缘延伸,所述手柄(300)连接有拉索(600);
    所述解锁转轴(400)上套设有复位扭簧(500),该复位扭簧(500)的两个力臂分别与所述手柄(300)和所述解锁组件盒(230)连接;
    所述手柄(300)与所述扣手底座(200)之间设置有复位缓冲机构;
    所述手柄(300)的固定端与所述解锁组件盒(230)之间还设置有转动稳定机构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的内扣手解锁结构,其特征在于:所述转动稳定机构包括固定设置在所述手柄(300)固定端的不完全齿轮(310)以及转动安装在所述解锁组件盒(230)内的导向齿轮(700),所述不完全齿轮(310)以所述解锁转轴(400)为齿轮轴,所述不完全齿轮(310)与所述导向齿轮(700)啮合。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的内扣手解锁结构,其特征在于:所述复位缓冲机构包括橡胶钉(320),该橡胶钉(320)立设在所述手柄(300)朝向所述扣手底座(200)一侧,该橡胶钉(320)位于所述解锁转轴(400)和所述凹口之间并靠近所述凹口边缘;
    所述扣手底座(200)上对应所述橡胶钉(320)开设有缓冲孔(240),所述螺钉盖板(100)边缘对应所述缓冲孔(240)处向其中心内收以形成避让口。
