所述门扶手板200包括条形的水平部,该水平部的一边贴靠所述门内饰板100的内侧面,该水平部的另一边连接有竖向翻折部,竖向翻折部既用于增强水平部,又对水平部下方构件起到部分遮挡作用,水平部与竖向翻折部 之间连接有扶手板加强肋,扶手板加强肋沿着长度方向分布,以提高水平部的承压力。水平部起到车门扶手的作用。所述水平部的中部向远离所述门内饰板100的方向收窄,以形成所述拉手201。所述拉手盒300的上边缘连接有向外的拉手盒翻边310,拉手盒300外侧壁与拉手盒翻边310之间连接有拉手盒加强肋,拉手盒翻边310位于所述拉手201下方,该拉手盒翻边310与所述拉手201之间设有至少一个所述第三插接结构。
如图3、4,所述第一插接结构包括第一插柱210和第一插孔110,所述门内饰板100的下边缘处贯穿有至少两个所述第一插孔110,所述水平部贴靠所述门内饰板100的一边下表面水平连接有所述第一插柱210,所述第一插柱210与所述第一插孔110一一对应并分别插设配合。
所述第一挂接结构包括第一挂钩120和第一插块220,所述门内饰板100的下边缘连接有所述第一挂钩120,所述第一挂钩120朝向所述门扶手板200,所述水平部下方连接有所述第一插块220,所述第一插块220与所述第一挂钩120一一对应,所述第一插块220插设在相应的所述第一挂钩120内。
第一挂接结构具体为:如图6,第一挂钩120包括竖向连接在所述门内饰板100下边缘的挂耳121,该挂耳121朝向所述门扶手板200的一面连接有支撑槽122,该支撑槽122的一端与所述挂耳121下端连接,另一端向上延伸的同时向所述门扶手板200倾斜,该支撑槽122的开口向上。所述第一插块220插设在所述支撑槽122内。如图7,所述第一插块220呈斜楔形,所述第一插块220的竖直面贴靠所述挂耳121,所述第一插块220的斜面与所述支撑槽122的槽底斜楔配合。所述挂耳121上贯穿有挂接让位孔123,所述第一插块220的下端插入所述挂接让位孔123。
第一插接结构具体为:如图6,所述挂耳121上开设有第一插孔110,部分挂耳121上开设有所述挂接让位孔123,挂接让位孔123上方开设有所述第 一插孔110。挂接让位孔123上方的所述挂耳121局部向一侧凸起以形成环绕所述第一插孔110的矩形的第一加强筋124,该第一加强筋124的局部向另一侧凸起形成三角形的第二加强筋125,第二加强筋125内贯穿有第一插孔110。
如图7,所述第一插块220呈槽状,所述第一插块220的槽口朝向所述挂耳121,所述第一插块220的槽底内面连接有所述第一插柱210,所述第一插柱210的前端外径缩小以形成限位台阶211,所述第一插柱210的外壁与所述第一插块220的槽底和槽壁之间连接有至少一块第一插柱加强板212。
所述第一插柱210与所述第一插块220的插设方向夹角大致为90°,装配后,二者相互约束,不易脱出。
所述第二插接结构与所述第一插接结构的结构一致。如图5,所述第二插接结构包括第二插柱330和第二插孔130,所述拉手盒背板101的下边缘处贯穿有至少两个所述第二插孔130,所述拉手盒300贴靠所述拉手盒背板101的一边下表面水平连接有所述第二插柱330,所述第二插柱330与所述第二插孔130一一对应并分别插设配合。第二插柱330和第二插孔130的结构分别与第一插柱210和第一插孔110一致。
所述第二挂接结构与所述第一挂接结构的结构一致。第二挂接结构包括第二挂钩140和第二插块340,所述拉手盒背板101的下边缘连接有所述第二挂钩140,所述第二挂钩140朝向所述门扶手板200,所述拉手盒300下方连接有所述第二插块340,所述第二插块340与所述第二挂钩140一一对应,所述第二插块340插设在相应的所述第二挂钩140内。第二挂钩140和第二插块340的结构分别与第一挂钩120和第一插块220结构一致。
如图5和8,拉手盒300侧方的所述拉手盒翻边310局部向上弯折以形成翻边加强凸条320,该翻边加强凸条320沿着所述拉手盒300的上边缘延伸。所述拉手201的靠近所述门内饰板100的边缘向下延伸并贴合所述翻边加强 凸条320的朝向所述门内饰板100的侧面。这样,拉手盒翻边310与拉手201装配一体性好,翻边加强凸条320对拉手201起到加强作用,并与其边缘贴合度高,装配间隙小。
如图8和9,所述第三插接结构包括连接在所述拉手201下表面的第三插柱230,所述拉手盒翻边310上对应所述第三插柱230开设有第三插孔311,所述第三插柱230插设在所述第三插孔311内,环绕所述拉手盒300分布有至少两个所述第三插柱230。
所有所述第三插柱230在向下延伸的同时向所述门内饰板100一侧偏移,所有所述第三插孔311局部的所述拉手盒翻边310分别倾斜以形成插接配合面312,所述插接配合面312与所述第三插柱230垂直,该设计的效果在于,装配时门扶手板200将拉手盒300拉向门内饰板100,防止拉手盒300受压力时向车内远离门内饰板100一侧倾斜,保证连接强度和尽可能减小拉手盒300与门内饰板100之间的装配间隙。任意相邻的两个所述插接配合面312之间的所述拉手盒翻边310形成向上拱起的翻边加强筋313,这样能够提高拉手盒翻边310的强度和刚度。所述第三插柱230的侧壁与所述拉手201下表面之间连接有至少一个竖向设置的第三插柱加强板231,所述第三插柱加强板231下端抵靠对应的所述插接配合面312,以防止第三插柱230在第三插孔311内下行,提高拉手盒300对水平部的支撑力。
如图8,所述门扶手板200局部下凹以形成面板安装区,该面板安装区上开设有所述条形孔202。所述条形孔202的边缘上表面立设有边板203,所述边板203沿着所述条形孔202的两长边设置。
如图8,所述门控盒包括车门控制面板410,所述车门控制面板410下表面一体成型有控制盒420,所述车门控制面板410覆盖在所述面板安装区上,所述控制盒420插设在所述条形孔202内,所述控制盒420具有竖向通孔。
如图9,所述车门控制面板410下方对应所述边板203竖向连接有外限位板411,该外限位板411贴靠所述边板203背向所述条形孔202的侧面。所述车门控制面板410下方还竖向连接有内抵紧板412,所述内抵紧板412抵靠所述条形孔孔壁,所述内抵紧板412下部连接有第一防脱倒钩413,所述第一防脱倒钩413挂靠所述条形孔边缘下表面。
如图8和9,环绕所述控制盒420分布有所述内抵紧板412,所述内抵紧板412平行于所述控制盒420的相应侧壁,所述内抵紧板412的上端与所述车门控制面板410连接,所述内抵紧板412的两竖向边缘上部分别向所述控制盒420的侧壁延伸并与其连接。所述边板203对应相应的所述内抵紧板412开设有让位缺口。
所述车门控制面板410靠近所述拉手盒300的一端贴着所述拉手盒300的内壁向下延伸并插设在所述拉手盒300的底部,所述车门控制面板410的插设端设有第二防脱倒钩430,该第二防脱倒钩430挂靠所述拉手盒300的底部外壁。所述车门控制面板410的插设端对应的所述拉手盒300局部向外凸出以形成盒底加强筋301,以提高第二防脱倒钩430与拉手盒300之间的连接强度。
所述车门控制面板410的前端下表面竖向连接有前插设部440,该前插设部440穿设在所述面板安装区。
门内饰板100、门扶手板200、拉手盒300和门控盒400分别注塑成型。第一插柱210、第二插柱330和第三插柱230均为圆筒状结构,其前端开口,以降低壁厚,便于成型。装配顺序为:先将拉手盒300的第二挂钩140插入第二插块340,同时第二插柱330穿入第二插孔130,完成拉手盒300与门内饰板100的装配;接着门扶手板200的第三插柱230插入第三插孔311,第一插柱210插入第一插孔110,第一挂钩120插入第一插块220,将门扶手板200、 拉手盒300以及门内饰板100组装到一起,装配到位后,第二插柱330与拉手盒翻边310、第一插柱210与门内饰板100、第二插柱330与门内饰板100之间可分别通过焊接连接,或第一插柱210、第二插柱330和第三插柱230前端穿过对应的插孔后其内孔插入螺栓,使三个零件连成一体;然后,将门控盒400的控制盒420卡入条形孔202,车门控制面板410的插设端插入拉手盒300底部,前插设部440穿设在所述面板安装区。最后,将内衬板500安装在拉手盒300底部。
最后需要说明的是,上述描述仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不违背本发明宗旨及权利要求的前提下,可以做出多种类似的表示,这样的变换均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:包括门内饰板(100),该门内饰板(100)的内侧设置有门扶手板(200)、拉手盒(300)和门控盒(400);
    所述门扶手板(200)沿着所述门内饰板(100)的内侧面水平延伸,所述门扶手板(200)的两端分别与所述门内饰板(100)通过第一插接结构和第一挂接结构连接,所述门扶手板(200)的中部收窄以形成拉手(201),该拉手(201)与所述门内饰板(100)之间形成拉手盒安装孔;
    所述拉手盒安装孔下方设有所述拉手盒(300),所述拉手盒(300)与所述门内饰板(100)之间通过第二插接结构和第二挂接结构连接,所述拉手盒(300)的开口边缘被所述门扶手板(200)覆盖,所述拉手盒(300)与所述门扶手板(200)通过第三插接结构连接;
    所述门扶手板(200)的前部还开设有条形孔(202),该条形孔(202)内设置有所述门控盒(400),所述门控盒(400)与所述门扶手板(200)卡合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述门内饰板(100)的中部向下延伸以形成拉手盒背板(101);
    所述拉手盒(300)的上方以及对应所述门扶手板(200)的侧面敞开,该侧面被所述拉手盒背板(101)背板封闭,从而使所述拉手盒背板(101)与所述拉手盒(300)围成上方开口的盒状结构;
    所述拉手盒(300)的底部与所述拉手盒背板(101)之间设有所述第二插接结构和第二挂接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述门扶手板(200)包括条形的水平部,该水平部的一边贴靠所述门内饰板(100)的内侧面,该水平部的另一边连接有竖向翻折部;
    所述水平部的中部向远离所述门内饰板(100)的方向收窄,以形成所述 拉手(201);
    所述拉手盒(300)的上边缘连接有向外的拉手盒翻边(310),该拉手盒翻边(310)位于所述拉手(201)下方,该拉手盒翻边(310)与所述拉手(201)之间设有至少一个所述第三插接结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述第一插接结构包括第一插柱(210)和第一插孔(110),所述门内饰板(100)的下边缘处贯穿有至少两个所述第一插孔(110),所述水平部贴靠所述门内饰板(100)的一边下表面水平连接有所述第一插柱(210),所述第一插柱(210)与所述第一插孔(110)一一对应并分别插设配合;
    所述第一挂接结构包括第一挂钩(120)和第一插块(220),所述门内饰板(100)的下边缘连接有所述第一挂钩(120),所述第一挂钩(120)朝向所述门扶手板(200),所述水平部下方连接有所述第一插块(220),所述第一插块(220)与所述第一挂钩(120)一一对应,所述第一插块(220)插设在相应的所述第一挂钩(120)内;
    所述第一插柱(210)与所述第一插块(220)的插设方向夹角大于0°小于等于90°。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述第二插接结构包括第二插柱(330)和第二插孔(130),所述拉手盒背板(101)的下边缘处贯穿有至少两个所述第二插孔(130),所述拉手盒(300)贴靠所述拉手盒背板(101)的底壁水平连接有所述第二插柱(330),所述第二插柱(330)与所述第二插孔(130)一一对应并分别插设配合;
    所述第二挂接结构包括第二挂钩(140)和第二插块(340),所述拉手盒背板(101)的下边缘连接有所述第二挂钩(140),所述第二挂钩(140)朝向所述门扶手板(200),所述拉手盒(300)下方连接有所述第二插块(340), 所述第二插块(340)与所述第二挂钩(140)一一对应,所述第二插块(340)插设在相应的所述第二挂钩(140)内;
    所述第二插柱(330)与所述第二插块(340)的插设方向夹角大于0°小于等于90°。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述第一挂接结构和所述第二挂接结构的结构一致;
    所述第一挂钩(120)包括竖向连接在所述门内饰板(100)下边缘的挂耳(121),该挂耳(121)朝向所述门扶手板(200)的一面连接有支撑槽(122),该支撑槽(122)的一端与所述挂耳(121)下端连接,另一端向上延伸的同时向所述门扶手板(200)倾斜,该支撑槽(122)的开口向上;
    所述第一插块(220)插设在所述支撑槽(122)内,所述第一插块(220)呈斜楔形,所述第一插块(220)的竖直面贴靠所述挂耳(121),所述第一插块(220)的斜面与所述支撑槽(122)的槽底斜楔配合;
    所述挂耳(121)上贯穿有挂接让位孔(123),所述第一插块(220)的下端插入所述挂接让位孔(123)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述第一插接结构和所述第二插接结构的结构一致;
    所述第一插孔(110)开设在所述挂耳(121)上,所述第一插孔(110)位于所述挂接让位孔(123)上方;
    所述第一插块(220)呈槽状,所述第一插块(220)的槽口朝向所述挂耳(121),所述第一插块(220)的槽底内面连接有所述第一插柱(210),所述第一插柱(210)的前端外径缩小以形成限位台阶(211),所述第一插柱(210)的外壁与所述第一插块(220)的槽底和槽壁之间连接有至少一块第一插柱加强板(212)。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述拉手盒(300)侧方的所述拉手盒翻边(310)局部向上弯折以形成翻边加强凸条(320),该翻边加强凸条(320)沿着所述拉手盒(300)的上边缘延伸;
    所述拉手(201)的靠近所述门内饰板(100)的边缘向下延伸并贴合所述翻边加强凸条(320)的朝向所述门内饰板(100)的侧面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述第三插接结构包括连接在所述拉手(201)下表面的第三插柱(230),所述拉手盒翻边(310)上对应所述第三插柱(230)开设有第三插孔(311),所述第三插柱(230)插设在所述第三插孔(311)内;
    环绕所述拉手盒(300)分布有至少两个所述第三插柱(230),所述第三插柱(230)均向下延伸的同时向所述门内饰板(100)一侧偏移,所有所述第三插孔(311)局部的所述拉手盒翻边(310)分别倾斜以形成插接配合面(312),所述插接配合面(312)与所述第三插柱(230)垂直,任意相邻的两个所述插接配合面(312)之间的所述拉手盒翻边(310)形成向上拱起的翻边加强筋(313);
    所述第三插柱(230)的侧壁与所述拉手(201)下表面之间连接有至少一个竖向设置的第三插柱加强板(231),所述第三插柱加强板(231)下端抵靠对应的所述插接配合面(312)。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种车门拉手盒结构,其特征在于:所述门扶手板(200)局部下凹以形成面板安装区,该面板安装区上开设有所述条形孔(202);
    所述条形孔的边缘上表面立设有边板(203),所述边板(203)沿着所述条形孔(202)的两长边设置;
    所述门控盒(400)包括车门控制面板(410),所述车门控制面板(410) 下表面一体成型有控制盒(420),所述车门控制面板(410)覆盖在所述面板安装区上,所述控制盒(420)插设在所述条形孔(202)内;
    所述车门控制面板(410)下方对应所述边板(203)竖向连接有外限位板(411),该外限位板(411)贴靠所述边板(203)背向所述条形孔(202)的侧面;
    所述车门控制面板(410)下方还竖向连接有内抵紧板(412),所述内抵紧板(412)抵靠所述条形孔孔壁,所述内抵紧板(412)下部连接有第一防脱倒钩(413),所述第一防脱倒钩(413)挂靠所述条形孔边缘下表面;
    所述车门控制面板(410)靠近所述拉手盒(300)的一端贴着所述拉手盒(300)的内壁向下延伸并插设在所述拉手盒(300)的底部,所述车门控制面板(410)的插设端设有第二防脱倒钩(430),该第二防脱倒钩(430)挂靠所述拉手盒(300)的底部外壁;
    所述车门控制面板(410)的前端下表面竖向连接有前插设部(440),该前插设部(440)穿设在所述面板安装区。
