Abstract
Description
布類Wの右角部WR付近をクランプ部20における第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bとの間、および、第2爪部22aと第2爪受け部22bとの間に取り付けると、投入センサー25が感知し、LED照明26がそのクランプ部20を照らす。これにより図示しない作業者に対し、クランプ部20に布類Wの右角部WRの取り付けが完了したことを知らせる。またそれと同時に第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bおよび、第2爪部22aと第2爪受け部22bが共に閉じ右角部WR付近をつかみ固定する(図8A、B、9参照)。
その後クランプ部20は駆動部24によって上昇する。中間保持部100は、さらに受け渡し位置センサー200を有するので、その受け渡し位置センサー200は、中間保持部100における中間保持部100が、布類Wの右両角部WRをつかめる位置までクランプ部20を上昇させる(図10、11参照)。
クランプ部20は駆動部24によって上昇し、中間保持部100における一対の布類挟持部110、110が布類Wを挟める位置に停止する(図12、13参照)。
布類Wの右角部WRは、第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bの外方Gに位置しているので、され下がる場合がある。その布類Wの右角部WRの垂れ下がりを防止するために、吸引部140で吸引する。これにより、布類Wの右角部WRが、屹立するように整えられる(図14、15参照)。なお、外方Gとは、布類Wの右角部WR付近を第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bで挟んだ時にその布類Wの中心から右角部WRへ向かう方向をいう。また、布類Wの左角部WL付近を第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bで挟んだ時にその布類Wの中心から左角部WLへ向かう方向をいう。すなわち、外方Gとは、布類の中心から、互いにその布類の左右の両端に向かう方向をいう。
上述の通り、中間保持部100は、布類Wの右角部WR付近を挟むように保持する一対の布類挟持部110、110とを有し、一対の布類挟持部110、110は、布類Wを挟む第1押さえ部材111と、布類Wを挟む第2押さえ部材112と、布類Wを挟む第3押さえ部材113とを有するので、受け渡し爪シリンダー135が駆動することによって、クランプ部20における第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bおよび、第2爪部22aと第2爪受け部22bとの所定の間隔Hに配置された布類Wの部分を、第2押さえ部材112と、第3押さえ部材113で挟み、第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bとの外方G方向にはみ出した当該布類Wの右角部WRを、第1押さえ部材111が挟む。上記の通り、吸引部140で布類Wの右角部WRが吸引され、屹立するように整えられているので、第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bの外方にはみ出した当該布類Wの右角部WRを第1押さえ部材111が挟むことができる。まだこの時点では、クランプ部20における第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bおよび、第2爪部22aと第2爪受け部22bに布類Wが取り付けられた状態である(図16、17参照)。このように、はみ出した当該布類Wの右角部WRを第1押さえ部材111が挟むので、垂れ下がりを防止することができる。
次に、第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21b、および、第2爪部22aと第2爪受け部22bがそれぞれ開き、クランプ部20が保持した布類Wを開放する。一方で、布類Wは、中間保持部100に保持されている(図18、19参照)。このようにして、布類Wはクランプ部20から、中間保持部100に受け渡される。このとき、第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bおよび第2爪部22aと第2爪受け部22bとの開きは最大となる。
次に、回転シリンダー150が回転し、布類Wを挟んだ一対の布類挟持部110、110と受け渡し爪シリンダー135は、ともに、後方Kに回転する(図20、21参照)。すなわち直立状態の一対の布類挟持部110、110が水平方向に向くように回転する。これにより、クランプ部20が上下動する軌道から一対の布類挟持部110、110が外れる。したがってその中間保持部100に保持された布類Wとクランプ部20が干渉することはない。このように、回転シリンダー150によって、一対の布類挟持部110、110が後方に回転することで布類Wが後述する布類Wを溜め置く位置に移動する。すなわち、回転シリンダー150によって、一対の布類挟持部110、110が布類Wを保持したまま後方に回転することでバッファ位置に移動する。
上記の工程と同様に、布類Wの左角部WLもクランプ部20に取り付け、そのクランプ部20から中間保持部100に受け渡して保持することで、布類Wの右角部WRと左角部WLが、それぞれ、中間保持部100、100に保持される(図22、23参照)。
このとき、中間保持部100、100における一対の布類挟持部110、110に保持された布類Wとクランプ部20、20は互いに干渉しないので、クランプ部20、20は、元の位置(最下部)に戻る(図24、25参照)。
図示しない作業者は再び、クランプ部20、20に布類Wを取り付けることができる。本実施例の布類展開装置500は、布類投入装置10を4基配置していることから、各クランプ部に4枚の布類Wを取り付けるとともに、各中間保持部100に4枚の布類Wを保持することができる。このように布類展開装置500は計8枚の布類Wを一時的に留め置く、すなわち保管することができる。いうなれば、布類展開装置500は計8枚の布類Wをバッファすることができる(図32参照)。
布類Wの右角部WRと左角部WLは、それぞれ、一対の布類挟持部110における第1押さえ部材111と、第2押さえ部材112と、第3押さえ部材113によって、第2間隔H2をあけて固定されている。また、拡げクランプ510は、布類Wを把持するために開閉する第1開閉爪521と、開閉する第2開閉爪522とを有し、それらは第3の間隔H3を有すように配置されている(図25参照)。なお、本実施例の第3の間隔H3は、28ミリメートルが好ましいがこれに限られるものではない。
次に、中間保持部100、100から、一対の拡げクランプ510、510に布類をW受け渡す。具体的には、受け渡しシリンダー120が駆動し、布類Wを把持した一対の布類挟持部110、110を、拡げクランプ510、510に接するように駆動する。上記の通り、布類Wの右角部WRと左角部WLは、それぞれ、一対の布類挟持部110、110における第1押さえ部材111と、第2押さえ部材112と、第3押さえ部材113によって、所定の第2間隔H2をあけて固定されている。拡げクランプ510における第1開閉爪521と、第1開閉爪522はそれぞれ、第1押さえ部材111と第2押さえ部材112との間の第2の間隔H2、および、第2押さえ部材112と第3押さえ部材113との間の第2の間隔H2に配置された布類Wを、それぞれ開閉する第1開閉爪521と、開閉する第2開閉爪522によって掴むように把持する(図26、27参照)。
このように、クランプ部20から中間保持部100、拡げクランプ510へと布類Wが受け渡される工程において、クランプ部20における第1爪部21aと第1爪受け部21bおよび第2爪部22aと第2爪受け部22bが所定の間隔Hを有し、中間保持部100における第1押さえ部材111と、第2押さえ部材112と、第3押さえ部材113がそれぞれ所定の第2の間隔H2を有するので、拡げクランプ510における第1開閉爪521と、第1開閉爪522は、そのそれぞれの所定の第2の間隔H2に配置した布類Wを把持することで、布類Wの右角部WRと左角部WLの折れ曲がりを防止することができる(図26、27、28、29参照)。
上記の通り、第1押さえ部材111と第2押さえ部材112と第3押さえ部材113は軸状を呈するので、その幅は狭く布類Wの右角部WRと左角部WLを把持することができる。この後、一対の布類挟持部110、110が開き、布類Wの保持を開放する。また一対の布類挟持部110、110は、受け渡しシリンダー120によって、前方Fに移動する(図28、29参照)。
このように、一対の布類挟持部110、110は、受け渡しシリンダー120によって、前方Fに移動することで、一対の拡げクランプ510、510が、布類展開装置500における正面視左右それぞれの方向への移動と干渉することなく、その一対の拡げクランプ510、510が展開し布類Wを拡げることができる(図30、31参照)。このように、布類Wの右角部WRおよび左角部WLを、一対の布類挟持部110、110がそれぞれ把持し、またそれら布類Wの右角部WRおよび左角部WLを、一対の拡げクランプ510、510がそれぞれ把持するので、その布類Wの右角部WRおよび左角部WLの垂れ下がりを防止することができる。

Claims (6)
- 布類の角部を把持するクランプ部と、
前記布類の角部を把持した前記クランプ部から当該角部を把持する中間保持部と、を有し、
前記クランプ部は、前記角部を把持するために開閉可能に配置された第1爪部と第1爪受け部と、
前記中間保持部は、前記布類を挟み込むように開閉する一対の布類挟持部と、をさらに有し、
前記一対の布類挟持部は、前記布類を挟む第1押さえ部材と、を有し、
前記クランプ部から、前記中間保持部に前記布類を受け渡すときに、
前記一対の布類挟持部における第1押さえ部材は、前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部からはみ出した前記布類の角部を把持する布類投入装置。 - 布類の角部を把持するクランプ部と、
前記布類の角部を把持した前記クランプ部から当該角部を把持する中間保持部と、を有し、
前記クランプ部は、前記角部を把持するために開閉可能に配置された第1爪部と第1爪受け部と、
前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部と所定の間隔をあけて配置された開閉可能な第2爪部と第2爪受け部と、を有し、
前記中間保持部は、前記布類を挟み込むように開閉する一対の布類挟持部をさらに有し、
前記一対の布類挟持部は、前記布類を挟む第1押さえ部材と、前記布類を挟む第2押さえ部材と、前記布類を挟む第3押さえ部材と、をそれぞれ有し、
前記クランプ部から、前記中間保持部に前記布類を受け渡すときに、前記一対の布類挟持部における前記第2押さえ部材と、前記第3押さえ部材は、前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部と、前記第2爪部および第2受け部との間の前記所定の間隔に配置された布類を把持し、
前記一対の布類挟持部における第1押さえ部材は、前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部からはみ出した前記布類の角部を把持する布類投入装置。 - 前記一対の布類挟持部における前記第1押さえ部材と、前記第2押さえ部材と、前記第3押さえ部材とは、それぞれ所定の第2の間隔を有するように配置されている請求項2記載の布類投入装置。
- 前記中間保持部は、前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部からはみ出した前記布類の角部を吸引する吸引部を有する請求項1記載の布類投入装置。
- 布類の角部を把持するクランプ部と、
前記布類の角部を把持した前記クランプ部から当該角部を把持する中間保持部と、を有し、
前記クランプ部は、前記角部を把持するために開閉可能に配置された第1爪部と第1爪受け部と、
前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部と所定の間隔をあけて配置された開閉可能な第2爪部と第2爪受け部と、を有し、
前記中間保持部は、前記布類を挟み込むように開閉する一対の布類挟持部をさらに有し、
前記一対の布類挟持部は、前記布類を挟む第1押さえ部材と、前記布類を挟む第2押さえ部材と、前記布類を挟む第3押さえ部材と、をそれぞれ有し、
前記クランプ部から、前記中間保持部に前記布類を受け渡すときに、前記一対の布類挟持部における前記第2押さえ部材と、前記第3押さえ部材は、前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部と、前記第2爪部および第2受け部との間の前記所定の間隔に配置された布類を把持し、
前記一対の布類挟持部における第1押さえ部材は、前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部からはみ出した前記布類の角部を把持するとともに、
前記布類挟持部から前記拡げクランプにその布類を受け渡すときに、前記拡げクランプは、前記第1押さえ部材と、前記第2押さえ部材と、前記第3押さえ部材とのそれぞれ所定の第2の間隔に配置された布類を挟持する布類展開装置。 - 前記中間保持部は、前記第1爪部および第1爪受け部からはみ出した前記布類の角部を吸引する吸引部を有する請求項5記載の布類展開装置。
