在一个可选的实施例中,下清洁箱2的的底部设有排液口101;液体回收筒10的进液端口通过管道连接排液口101,液体回收筒10内设有过滤网。
需要说明的是,液体回收筒10内设有过滤网可以过滤出所收集清洁液中的杂物,方便对液体的回收再利用。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种轧光机轧辊清洁装置,其特征在于,包括底座(8)、支撑架(12)、两组夹紧装置(304)、下清洁箱(2)、上清洁箱(1)、液体回收筒(10)、弧形毛刷板(203)、弧形擦拭板(105)、进液管(109)、抽液装置、喷嘴(107)和旋转轴;其中,每组夹紧装置(304)均包括夹紧外壳(314)、第一夹紧块(311)、第二夹紧块(312)和丝杠(305);
    下清洁箱(2)的一端通过铰链转动连接上清洁箱(1)的一端,下清洁箱(2)的另一端通过锁具连接上清洁箱(1)的另一端,下清洁箱(2)连接支撑架(12);支撑架(12)连接底座(8);其中,上清洁箱(1)和下清洁箱(2)压紧状态下,上清洁箱(1)的内部和下清洁箱(2)的内部围成用于放置待清洁轧辊的放置空间;放置空间分别在上清洁箱(1)和下清洁箱(2)的两端设有用于供轧辊转轴(5)穿过的开口;
    上清洁箱(1)上延轧辊的旋转方向并排设有第一伸缩装置(201)和第二伸缩装置(102);第一伸缩装置(201)的伸缩端连接弧形毛刷板(203);弧形毛刷板(203)朝向轧辊的端面上均匀设有毛刷(204);第二伸缩装置(102)的伸缩端连接弧形擦拭板(105);弧形擦拭板(105)朝向轧辊的端面上设有擦布(106);
    进液管(109)的一端伸入上清洁箱(1)内并连接喷嘴(107),进液管(109)的另一端连接抽液装置的出液端;抽液装置的进液端通过管道连接液体回收筒(10)的出液端口;液体回收筒(10)位于下清洁箱(2)的正下方,液体回收筒(10)放置在底座(8)上;
    第一夹紧块(311)位于夹紧外壳(314)内,并滑动连接夹紧外壳(314),第一夹紧块(311)的端面设有第一夹持槽;第一夹持槽的底面设有第一螺纹孔 (306);第二夹紧块(312)位于夹紧外壳(314)内,并滑动连接夹紧外壳(314),第二夹紧块(312)的端面设有第二夹持槽;第二夹持槽的底面设有第二螺纹孔(315);丝杠(305)分别螺纹穿过第一螺纹孔(306)和第二螺纹孔(315)用于驱动第一夹紧块(311)和第二夹紧块(312)同步相互靠近或远离移动;第一夹紧块(311)和第二夹紧块(312)以丝杠(305)的中位线为中心对称分布;第一夹持槽和第二夹持槽形成用于夹持轧辊转轴(5)的夹持空间;
    两组旋转轴(401)的一端分别转动连接两组支撑架(12),两组旋转轴(401)的另一端分别连接两组夹紧外壳(314),其中一组旋转轴(401)传动连接电机(7);电机(7)连接底座(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轧光机轧辊清洁装置,其特征在于,底座(8)的底面设有多组带刹万向轮。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轧光机轧辊清洁装置,其特征在于,第一夹持槽和第二夹持槽的内壁均设为曲面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轧光机轧辊清洁装置,其特征在于,上清洁箱(1)与下清洁箱(2)的结构相同,且投影形状均为半圆形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轧光机轧辊清洁装置,其特征在于,还包括绕线装置;其中,上清洁箱(1)的另一端外壁设有拉绳(108);拉绳(108)缠设在绕线装置的绕线轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轧光机轧辊清洁装置,其特征在于,下清洁箱(2)的的底部设有排液口(101);液体回收筒(10)的进液端口通过管道连接排液口(101),液体回收筒(10)内设有过滤网。
