1、通过转动片、连接杆、转动杆和调节组件的相互组合,当使用时,能够通过向上拉动转动杆带动转动齿轮与固定块的顶部相互分离,在通过转动旋钮带动转动杆旋转,进而转动杆通过转动齿轮带动固定齿轮旋转,进而使得连接杆旋转,能够带动底部的转动片旋转,进而能够有效的调节转动片一端远离中心管的程度,当驱动组件带动中心管旋转时,能够带动内部的转动片旋转,使得进料斗内部的原料通过转动片的旋转被带动到中心管的内部,通过出料孔进入筒体,进而无需人工进行操作,当转动片的一侧越远离中心管,物料的输送速度就越快,反之就越小,方便操作使用。
2、通过中心管、顶杆粉碎叶片、反转组件和筛分组件的相互组合,能够使得物料通过出料孔进入筒体内部时,通过中心管的旋转带动其底部的粉碎叶片转动,并且由于反转组件的作用,使得顶杆顶部的粉碎叶片反向旋转,能够有效的对筒体内部的芝麻进行破碎,破碎后的芝麻壳被过滤网阻拦,能够防止进入底部的打磨槽中,并且能够通过筒体底部的贯穿孔到达固定片的顶部,方便使用者及时的将其取出,并且能够通过固定环与支撑杆的上下移动,来带动过滤网移动,防止堵塞,无需人工操作,方便使用者的不同需求。
3、通过筛分组件、打磨槽、连接管、打磨球和升降组件的相互组合,使得物料通过过滤网能够进入打磨槽内部,连接管在顶杆的带动下进行旋转,进而带动打磨球进行旋转,继而对物料进行挤压磨粉,并且在转动的同时,能够通过支撑杆和固定环的旋转带动过滤网上下往复移动,继而带动连接管上下往复移动,从而使得底部打磨球能够进行升降移动,对打磨槽内部的物料进行冲捣,加快磨粉的速度,并且能够通过升降组件推动打磨槽上下进行移动,进而带动固定环上下进行移动,从而调节支撑杆与固定环的接触距离,从而调节过滤网上下往复移动的程度,继而通过连接管调节底部打磨球冲捣的程度,操作便捷,加快打磨成粉的速度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-5,一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,包括筒体1,筒体1的底部滑动连接有打磨槽2,筒体1的顶部设置有进料斗3,进料斗3的内部呈竖直贯穿设置有中心管4,中心管4靠近进料斗3外部底端的外壁安装有驱动组件5,中心管4靠近进料斗3内部底端的外壁呈环绕安装有多个转动片6,转动片6的顶部一端呈竖直固接有连接杆7,连接杆7的顶部贯穿中心管4内部固接有固定齿轮701,中心管4内部呈竖直设置有转动杆8,转动杆8的外壁安装有调节组件9,中心管4的底部贯穿筒体1的顶部与筒体1内部相互连通,中心管4的底部转动连接有顶杆10,中心管4的底部和顶杆10的顶部外壁均环绕固定连接有粉碎叶片11,粉碎叶片11的一侧安装有反转组件12,顶杆10靠近筒体1内部的一端外壁呈环绕开设有多个出料孔13,顶杆10的底部滑动连接有连接管14,连接管14的底部固接有打磨球15,连接管14的顶部呈环绕安装有筛分组件16,筒体1的外壁固接有支撑架17,支撑架17的底部靠近打磨槽2的位置安装有升降组件18。
驱动组件5包括驱动电机501、主动轮502、从动轮503和转动带504,驱动电机501与支撑架17的一侧顶部相互固定连接,主动轮502与驱动电机501的顶部输出端固接,从动轮503与中心管4靠近筒体1顶部的外壁相互套接固定,主动轮502的外壁通过转动带504与从动轮503传动连接。
调节组件9包括转动齿轮901、固定块902、滑动块903和固定弹簧904,转动齿轮901与转动杆8靠近中心管4顶部的外壁相互套接固定,转动齿轮901与固定齿轮701相互啮合,固定块902与中心管4的顶端内部相互固定连接,且固定块902的顶部开设有与转动齿轮901相互对应的凹槽,滑动块903与转动杆8的底部相互固定连接,且滑动块903与中心管4的内壁竖直滑动连接,转动杆8的底端外壁呈环绕设置有固定弹簧904,且固定弹簧904的底部分别滑动块903转动连接。
反转组件12包括斜齿环121、斜齿轮122和固定杆123,斜齿环121分别与两个粉碎叶片11相互靠近的一端固定连接,两个斜齿环121之间通过斜齿轮122进行转动连接,斜齿轮122远离斜齿环121的一端通过固定杆123与筒体1的内部侧壁转动连接。
筛分组件16包括过滤网161、支撑杆162和固定环163,过滤网161与连接管14的顶部外壁相互固定连接,固定环163与打磨槽2的顶部相互固定连接,多个支撑杆162呈环绕设置于过滤网161的底部并与过滤网161固定连接,支撑杆162的底部与固定环163的顶部相互贴合,且固定环163的顶部呈波浪形,通过固定环163与支撑杆162的上下移动,来带动过滤网161移动,防止堵塞,无需人工操作。
升降组件18包括液压伸缩杆181、转动支撑片182和连接片183,打磨槽2的两侧均呈竖直安装有液压伸缩杆181,液压伸缩杆181的底部均通过转动支撑片182与支撑架17转动连接,液压伸缩杆181的顶部通过连接片183与打磨槽2的侧壁相互固定连接,通过升降组件18推动打磨槽2上下进行移动,进而带动固定环163上下进行移动,从而调节支撑杆162与固定环163的接触距离,从而调节过滤网161上下往复移动的程度。
转动杆8的顶部固定连接有旋钮801,中心管4靠近进料斗3底部的外壁通过密封轴承与进料斗3进行转动连接,进料斗3的一侧通过铁杆与筒体1进行固定连接,中心管4的底部外壁通过轴承与筒体1顶端进行转动连接,转动旋钮801带动转动杆8旋转,进而转动杆8通过转动齿轮901带动固定齿轮701旋转,进而使得连接杆7旋转,能够带动底部的转动片6旋转。
过滤网161呈锥形,且过滤网161的中心处向顶部凸起,筒体1外壁靠近过滤网161边缘的位置开设有多个贯穿孔,且筒体1外壁靠近贯穿孔的位置呈环绕向上倾斜设置有固定片19,破碎后的芝麻壳被过滤网161阻拦,能够防止进入底部的打磨槽2中,并且能够通过筒体1底部的贯穿孔到达固定片19的顶部,方便使用者及时的将其取出。
工作原理:通过转动片6、连接杆7、转动杆8和调节组件9的相互组合,当使用时,能够通过向上拉动转动杆8,带动转动齿轮901与固定块902的顶部相互分离,在通过转动旋钮801带动转动杆8旋转,进而转动杆8通过转动齿轮901带动固定齿轮701旋转,进而使得连接杆7旋转,能够带动底部的转动片6旋转,进而能够有效的调节转动片6一端远离中心管4的程度,当驱动组件5带动中心管4旋转时,能够带动内部的转动片6旋转,使得进料斗3内部的原料通过转动片6的旋转被带动到中心管4的内部,在重力和离心力的作用下通过出料孔13进入筒体1,进而无需人工进行操作,当转动片6的一侧越远离中心管4,物料的输送速度就越快,反之就越小,方便使用,通过中心管4、顶杆10、粉碎叶片11、反转组件12和筛分组件16的相互组合,能够使得物料通过出料孔13进入筒体1内部时,通过中心管4的旋转带动其底部的粉碎叶片11转动,并且由于反转组件12的作用,使得顶杆10顶部的粉碎叶片11反向旋转,能够有效的对筒体1内部的芝麻进行破碎,破碎后的芝麻壳被过滤网161阻拦,能够防止进入底部的打磨槽2中,并且能够通过筒体1底部的贯穿孔到达固定片19的顶部,方便使用者及时的将其取出,并且能够通过固定环163与支撑杆162的上下移动,来带动过滤网161移动,防止堵塞,无需人工操作,十分方便,通过筛分组件16、打磨槽2、连接管14、打磨球15和升降组件18的相互组合,使得物料通过过滤网161能够进入打磨槽2内部,连接管14在顶杆10的带动下进行旋转,进而带动打磨球15进行旋转,继而对物料进行挤压磨粉,并且在转动的同时,能够通过支撑杆162和固定环163的旋转带动过滤网161上下往复移动,继而带动连接管14上下往复移动,从而使得底部打磨球15能够进行升降移动,对打磨槽2内部的物料进行冲捣,加快磨粉的速度,并且能够通过升降组件18推动打磨槽2上下进行移动,进而带动固定环163上下进行移动,从而调节支撑杆162与固定环163的接触距离,从而调节过滤网161上下往复移动的程度,继而通过连接管14调节底部打磨球15冲捣的程度,加快打磨成粉的速度。

  1. 一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,包括筒体(1),其特征在于,所述筒体(1)的底部滑动连接有打磨槽(2),筒体(1)的顶部设置有进料斗(3),进料斗(3)的内部呈竖直贯穿设置有中心管(4),中心管(4)靠近进料斗(3)外部底端的外壁安装有驱动组件(5),中心管(4)靠近进料斗(3)内部底端的外壁呈环绕安装有多个转动片(6),转动片(6)的顶部一端呈竖直固接有连接杆(7),连接杆(7)的顶部贯穿中心管(4)内部固接有固定齿轮(701),中心管(4)内部呈竖直设置有转动杆(8),转动杆(8)的外壁安装有调节组件(9),中心管(4)的底部贯穿筒体(1)的顶部与筒体(1)内部相互连通,中心管(4)的底部转动连接有顶杆(10),中心管(4)的底部和顶杆(10)的顶部外壁均环绕固定连接有粉碎叶片(11),粉碎叶片(11)的一侧安装有反转组件(12),顶杆(10)靠近筒体(1)内部的一端外壁呈环绕开设有多个出料孔(13),顶杆(10)的底部滑动连接有连接管(14),连接管(14)的底部固接有打磨球(15),连接管(14)的顶部呈环绕安装有筛分组件(16),筒体(1)的外壁固接有支撑架(17),支撑架(17)的底部靠近打磨槽(2)的位置安装有升降组件(18)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(5)包括驱动电机(501)、主动轮(502)、从动轮(503)和转动带(504),驱动电机(501)与支撑架(17)的一侧顶部相互固定连接,主动轮(502)与驱动电机(501)的顶部输出端固接,从动轮(503)与中心管(4)靠近筒体(1)顶部的外壁相互套接固定,主动轮(502)的外壁通过转动带(504)与从动轮(503)传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,其特征在于,所述调节组件(9)包括转动齿轮(901)、固定块(902)、滑动块(903)和固定弹簧(904),转动齿轮(901)与转动杆(8)靠近中心管(4)顶部的外壁相互套接固定,转动齿轮(901)与固定齿轮(701)相互啮合,固定块(902)与中心管(4)的顶端内部相互固定连接,且固定块(902)的顶部开设有与转动齿轮(901)相互对应的凹槽,滑动块(903)与转动杆(8)的底部相互固定连接,且滑动块(903)与中心管(4)的内壁竖直滑动连接,转动杆(8)的底端外壁呈环绕设置有固定弹簧(904),且固定弹簧(904)的底部分别滑动块(903)转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,其特征在于,所述反转组件(12)包括斜齿环(121)、斜齿轮(122)和固定杆(123),斜齿环(121)分别与两个粉碎叶片(11)相互靠近的一端固定连接,两个斜齿环(121)之间通过斜齿轮(122)进行转动连接,斜齿轮(122)远离斜齿环(121)的一端通过固定杆(123)与筒体(1)的内部侧壁转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,其特征在于,所述筛分组件(16)包括过滤网(161)、支撑杆(162)和固定环(163),过滤网(161)与连接管(14)的顶部外壁相互固定连接,固定环(163)与打磨槽(2)的顶部相互固定连接,多个支撑杆(162)呈环绕设置于过滤网(161)的底部并与过滤网(161)固定连接,支撑杆(162)的底部与固定环(163)的顶部相互贴合,且固定环(163)的顶部呈波浪形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,其特征在于,所述升降组件(18)包括液压伸缩杆(181)、转动支撑片(182)和连接片(183),打磨槽(2)的两侧均呈竖直安装有液压伸缩杆(181),液压伸缩杆(181)的底部均通过转动支撑片(182)与支撑架(17)转动连接,液压伸缩杆(181)的顶部通过连接片(183)与打磨槽(2)的侧壁相互固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,其特征在于,所述转动杆(8)的顶部固定连接有旋钮(801),中心管(4)靠近进料斗(3)底部的外壁通过密封轴承与进料斗(3)进行转动连接,进料斗(3)的一侧通过铁杆与筒体(1)进行固定连接,中心管(4)的底部外壁通过轴承与筒体(1)顶端进行转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种健神养脑芝麻粉的电动石磨装置,其特征在于,所述过滤网(161)呈锥形,且过滤网(161)的中心处向顶部凸起,筒体(1)外壁靠近过滤网(161)边缘的位置开设有多个贯穿孔,且筒体(1)外壁靠近贯穿孔的位置呈环绕向上倾斜设置有固定片(19)。
